Haze is a Army Veteran and a good man... The store is stocked with nice weaponry and nice conversation too.... It's a good vibe but leave the dumb questions at home lol.... I bought my 19x from him and look forward to purchasing another weapon in the future.... Also, it's a black owned/veteran owned establishment.... read more

Not sure you can depend on them for firearm needs because they scheduled a USCCA Class and did not show up to conduct the class. They don't answer the phone or email and their voicemail is full. There was a parking lot full of class participants and no Instructor. Not recommended! read more

I thought this guy was doing good. Unfortunately he misrepresented the whole transaction and caused confusion for all involved. offered a special then switch after 2 weeks then said to make good it would be too troublesome. wanted to support a guy who represents a demographic but he messed up seriously so no more business shall I do with him. such a shame. He seemed like a good guy so he finishes last. NO MORE BUSINESS WILL I GIVE HIM OR ENDORSE HIS NAME! read more

Never been here or heard of here, I just needed ammo so I decided to give a call. Immediately when answering the phone someone is yelling at a customer or someone else... without clear indication of a simple "hello this is..." nope nothing just continued to yell at someone. I proceed to ask my question and I'm yelled at "did you check the website, go to the website!!" Very rude customer service already ... won't even bother giving business read more

Wild. They had some racist/sexist remarks/opinions printed out on the front glass. Made them take it down. Plus they're rude. Always act like the client is in the way of their day. Im good on them. Pass. read more

Haze Gun Lines is a great store to visit. His knowledge is excellent with explaining everything you need to know to get your HQL and any other things that you need to know. He has a credible gunsmith on site, which is a good person to have in a gun shop. Also, Haze has all updated 2nd amendment information you need to know. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is interested in looking for firearms and other courses to take if interested. Take care Hazen, I'll see you soon. Peace Out brother!! read more

CAUTION!!!! CROOK AT WORK Hopefully you're here to read the reviews before deciding to donate your money to Mr. Hazen Lancaster. I'm sure it doesn't take almost 2 months for an "instock" qd mount to be delivered. I checked the website again today (9-12-2020) prior to this post & it's still "in stock". I reached out to Mr. Crookcaster shortly after my purchase to confirm the shipping timeline & he responded around two weeks after the order is placed. I ordered in July it's now September. I've asked for a refund or the product I ordered in several emails but of course he stopped responding. Mr. Crookcaster I too wish this great country would take better care of vets in every way possible especially financially so they don't have to stoop to scandalous ploys such as this one. I get it 2020 has been rough for plenty of folks but if you needed $100 that bad I would have cash app'd you. In case no one has informed you Mr. Crookcaster stealing & scamming is not the move brody. Get your business affairs in order ASAP. If you need any further financial assistance from me Mr. Crookcaster feel free to reach out. Thanks for nothing pun intended. read more

Haze Line Guns - "in stock" product I ordered but never received. - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Fort Washington, Maryland

The prices on the website are different than their in store prices. Also, the guy that helped me at the register was really weird to me. I asked for a specific type of ammo (SS198LF) and they didn't have it and he said "do you even know what that means?" I responded no tell me and he said "nah just know that I know". Like I said... weird guy. Won't go back. read more

Thos place is great. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Only down side are the hours. They close so early. Other than that.. they are great. read more

I rarely leave reviews but felt the need to. This shop sucks, all the employees were rude and impatient and I even got told the shop was closed while the door was opened, other people were in there, and the sign said closes at 5:00PM and it was 3:30PM. Safe to say I took my business elsewhere. At Maryland Small Arms Range I had a much more pleasant experience then what the jerks at Haze could offer. read more

This shop is fantastic! The owner and his son have plenty of knowledge. I brought in an old shotgun I had inherited and I knew it was a rare antique. I took it to over 6 gun shops and ranges all over MD and they wouldn't even consider offering me a "real offer" Mr. Haze bought it off me for a very fair price (more than anyone else offered) and offered me store credit on top of that! I'm clearly going back. Great shop. They will help you get your HQL and all questions you have will be answered. 6 out of 5 stars for sure. read more

The store owner was simply rude. I don't leave many reviews, but trust the ones you see. Rude to the point where they had exactly what I wanted, but after a simple conversation I elected to just leave. I have spoke to them ok the phone in the months before and had a bad experience as well. For what it's worth, this place won't last long if they continue to do business this way. Treat your customers like they matter. read more

Great Mansperience! I went to haze line to purchase my first gun. I thought I knew what I wanted. I searched on the owner's website in the store and found it. Then I asked him to show me what he had in the store. I was able to sample and dry fire many guns. He even has a way to simulate live fire and also virtually fire weapons. That is what sold me on a completely different choice. Another customer stopped in and also joined the party. I am very happy I decided to make the trek from Montgomery county MD. The owner and I had a great conversation. He is ex military and has many interesting opinions about politics and government based on personal experience. He helped with all the ubiquitous paperwork and online forms. And had great suggestions to help me accomplish purchasing additional firearms. Thanks to his help I am able to expand my hobby and increase my emergency preparedness. read more

First time customer, I wish I have read reviews before I submitted my order back on March 26. It's been more 18 weeks since my order was placed, very little communication. We exchanged an email or two. I have requested a refund a couple of times. I understand the incredible surge un gun sales across the states. We all are customers. I really wanted to support my regional small business in good faith. $2,100 is not easy to forget. Invoice paid in full along with MD taxes. The pandemic situation makes the supply and demand situation complicated. Manufacture who's HQ is in Virginia notes fulfilling estimates are around 8 weeks. I am passed double the time estimate. I reached my bank to see what can I do, I don't feel this folks will complete my order. I am sure I can take into social media and make sure first time gun owners aim for better times and experience. read more

No eye contact, no handshake. The store is his house. Does not have patience with new customers. His way or the highway. He will try to take as much $ from you and run as possible. Stay away. Overpriced ammunition and transfer fees. Very compliant with laws. That's about it. Values money over customer service and retention. I like to support humble local businesses. This is not one of them. This was my first hand gun purchase so obviously I was looking to build a relationship with my FFL dealer and ask questions. He has a tendency to interrupt when asked any questions. Good luck to him. *Response to Business Owner: 3/28/2018 - Like I said folks. Not too friendly with new customers, even people that are pro-gun. His name is Hazen. He likes to talk (shout) over you and not listen to his *dwindling* customer base. Two 19-round magazines were accidentally shipped to Haze Line Guns by the private seller I bought from online. I never requested Hazen to release high-capacity round magazines to me. MD laws were to be completely abided. There are no laws prohibiting a VA resident purchase the magazines and then physically giving them to me in the state of VA. There are also no laws prohibiting Hazen from selling his products (especially products that Hazen did not pay for) for free if the buyer pays shipping. We had a mutual understanding of that happening. I told you that a VA resident would purchase the magazines sometime later. Little did I know that after I told you that, you would feel incentivized to sell the magazines for profit to another FFL dealer out-of-state ASAP instead of supporting me, your new customer, and holding onto them until the VA resident purchased. I know this was your intent because you didn't contact me before doing so. After finding out from directly from you of what you did, you raised your voice instead of admitting to squeeze profit. I asked you if you could play fair and give me magazines of equal or lesser value and you said "no". You giving me magazines for free has nothing to do with laws. It has to do with justice. TLDR: You overcharge me on the transfer fee. I still buy ammunition and a bore lock from you. Yet, you choose to think about short term profit gain and sell off my magazines to double dip off my unfortunate situation. Now you received an email from me demanding 100% refund, transfer fee included. You need to speak honestly and openly about these types of situations, potential customers know how to sniff out unethical business practices. This isn't about my happiness. I've already chosen to label you as a sunk cost. The purpose of this review is so that others may not fall for your antics. Hopefully you will learn from this and improve your business strategy. read more

Orders are received and processed quickly. Keeps you updated well. Selection is good, prices on part with other local dealers in many cases lower. His FFL charg is lower than most. Will keep using him two thumbs up read more

After a phone conversation Hazen ordered the SKO that I wanted. Set up when I was coming by for purchase by email. Good communications. All paper work was handled efficiently, and he was very organized. Price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees. Hazen is a veteran that has has a nice home based business. I'll be using his shop in the future. Very good experience ! Thanks Hazen! read more

Price online was 530 I called to see if he had it in stock said no he could order it for me. Told me he would honer price online even though it would cost him a little. He told me I could order it online. I went to log in and he had changed the price up by 50$. When I called back he told me if I had ordered over the phone right then he would have given me the price. When I told him I was going to order online he said nothing about the price change. Very shady. Also works out of his house so no store to go look at the gun but you pick up at his house? Still very shady read more
