During the class my "Colleague" would often disrupt the class with constant complaining and negative remarks. This would often upset not only myself, but the other students. Administration would have to pull her out of class to have private conversations to defuse the situation(s) . I am normally not the type of person to comment on situations that don't necessarily involve me however, I was SHOCKED at this review especially when she was the student that caused so many unnecessary disruptions. We've witnessed the faculty trying to work with this student however, she remained resentful and uncooperative. Healthcare Training Solutions honestly has benefited me and my career as Certified Nursing Assistant so much. I really appreciate the one on one attention I received from the instructors. All the skills I obtained, I am currently putting to use working at an assisted living facility! I passed the course with a 86% Overall average and I really hate to see such a amazing program be slandered by one unhappy student.

The owner is very disrespectful and unprofessional and very confrontational and very aggressive when speaking in which to some may trigger an altercation due to her way of speaking. Not considering emergencies that are no faultnof your own is not a way of dismissing a student who only missed a day and who has wriiten verification. Staff is very unorganized. When you call to speak to a particular person they always haveban excuse there response you will get a call back and never do. You keep calling so it appears they are being coached to repeat that exact response. Their sunshine on the go nursing isn't any better one staff member is very rude when you give a no response you are hung up on and no consequence is given for the disrespect. Alot of students get aid from the state for these classes but they are not charity cases they are human and deserve to be treated as a paying customer. You can not talk to them any kind of way and the owner feels she can and not receive consequences. The owner is very confrontational and as a owner of a company and regardless how long she has been an owner her management skills need to change. My recommendation, new owner and new staff and you'll receive better reviews. If you're being yelled at or cursed out it could of been something they said to cause that kind of reaction.

The quality of instructors has a quality mix to it, but most were very good. Also, if you like an instructor, you can try to schedule more lessons with that specific instructor, which was helpful. It can be difficult to find lessons when and where you want, but if you book far enough ahead of time, you can generally find several reasonable options. General communications: Every time we called the company for help, they were very responsive and always friendly. Overall, I would say our experience was very positive, and I would use them again if I need to and would recommend them.

9/15/2021 I am always saddened to speak ill against any…read morebusiness; especially when it is one that is of my own ethnicity. On September 7, 2021 I took my road test, with Ethio Star Driving School(Ethio Star) conducting it. Ethio Star has mastered the art of robbery without a gun. I advise you-all not to take your road test with them. They are failing people intentionally just to make more money off of you. I parked a few inches away from what would be the curb, and was told that it wasn't good enough. Mr. Eyob would eventually tell me that the road test was over because my parking didn't meet his standards. I was puzzled because to my knowledge the only deduction that'll end the test is failing to stop at a Stop sign or bumping one of the cones while attempting to park. I would learn later that they aren't in compliance with the DMV score deduction. Ethio Star deducts 80% of your score for failing to park . Furthermore, he would tell me that I can take the test again for $120. Well, I took the test again yesterday, but with CAS Driving school and passed. They were cordial. I recommend that anyone seeking to take a road test please contact CAS driving School LLC 202-636-1049 or contact@casdriving.com. The DMV need to sever their ties with Ethio Star immediately. If you don't attend their school, they will fail you
