Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

The woman working at the front was very kind and courteous. In contrast , it seemed like the other employees as well as the manager were trying their best to ignore me. It was if they considered me unimportant although I had plenty of money to spend. I'm seeing this behavior more and more when it comes to people from other countries in their treatment of black customers. I'm not usually one to complain aim of this but rudeness is rudeness and I thought that this should be brought to your attention. I'm particularly writing a review today, though, for a different reason. I stopped by to window shop while I happened to be nursing a terrible blister acquired while hiking. When I asked the staff there if they had any products that would help, they fixed me up with a combination of a small gel pad and an abrasion prevention tape, that made it possible for me to hike again immediately without any discomfort. Their advice on usage was very helpful as well.
