My son and I just got into town and were starving so we drove over to The Island to get a quick dinner. The vibe was fun and loud. The menu was pretty plentiful. But it took forever to get 2 meals. I mean an hour for nachos and salmon. The salmon was soo dry I needed to use a knife to cut it, the mashed potatoes were cold and the broccoli was frozen. The nachos were disgusting. My son hardly touched them. 45 minutes later our waitress just dropped the check and left. Never looked at the food still sitting there and never asking how our food was. Another 20 mins later she came and got my credit card. When I mentioned our food was horrible she told me I should have mentioned it earlier. I told her I never could find her. When you first arrive it just looks like a normal restaurant, until you sit down. Service was great even though they have to be mean to you since it's the point of Dick's.
