We went to Plumstead Grill for Bike Night, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and…read moredelicious the food was! It's not 5 star dining but for a grill and bar- fantastic! There was a band playing outside, the bar was packed, and there were easily 100+ people there but despite the crowd, the service was fantastic. My husband ordered a burger with sweet potato fries, and I had the grilled chicken Greek salad. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Great food, live music, motorcycles, and impressive service even on a packed night. We had a great time and will absolutely be back!

Upon entering, even though it was busy, they were able to seat us at a hightop table immediately…read more We waited about 10 minutes and finally a waitress came over and asked us for our drink order. She brought the drinks out quickly but it did take about 20 more minutes for her to come back and take our food order. We waited about another 20 minutes for the appetizers to come out. When they did, they were cold. The buffalo wings were literally cold to the touch. The flavor was good, but the sauce on top was no longer moist, it was dry as if the wings had been sitting out for a while. The mozzarella sticks had good flavor, but again, they were cold. We waited another 20 minutes for our entrees to come out. I ordered the Plumsted burger with sweet potato fries. The only thing that was hot was the burger itself. The bread was also cold to the touch, and the fries had completely cooled down as well. The description of the burger stated "fried onions". I thought this meant it would include something similar to an onion ring. Instead, the burger had sautéed onions on it, which I do not like, at all. We also ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The sauce tasted straight out of a can. The temperature was warm, not hot. It was closer to being cool. Fries that it came with were mediocre. Overall, the common issue was the temperature of the food. Nothing was hot. I don't know if it's because it was sitting out in the back for too long. Our waitress never came over to check on us/ask if we needed anything. We waited too long for each dish and even trying to pay took forever. I think everyone was very overwhelmed. This place might be better on a weekday when it isn't as busy. But as for my experience on this particular day, I wouldn't return. They had the bartenders serving the high top tables as well and I think this was the downfall. The bar was completely packed and it was just too much to handle. They need to let the bartenders focus on the people at the bar and get more servers for the floor. Also overheard one waitress saying "these customers think they could do whatever the f*** they want". Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.

I was seated almost right away, and seems many others im reviews have had issues with this and i think it stems from the restaurants layout - lot of young workers and no ones going to want to just sit in the quiet part greeting i suppose, Anyways- i had no issues, was served quick and was in and out. I went with clam spinach dip as an app which was 10/10 for me. They have to promote some of these best items more!!!! On my overall experience i had a good time , almost gave it 4 stars because the booths are awkwardly set up and you are an inch away from other people seating next to you inside the restaurant almost butting heads....
