We had family in town and ordered pulled pork sandwiches with Mac and cheese, beans and Cole slaw. The pulled pork sandwiches were so salty they were not eaten. The Mac and cheese was very dry. I've had Dickey's in Washington state and it has always been great. Very displeased. read more

Brie's exuberance for her job was so infectious I wanted to order one of everything! The ribs were meaty and moist like she said they would be, the brisket was done excellently and the sausage was my favorite. Brie even accommodated me in my request for a little brisket for my furkid- over all excellent experience here and the food was as promised. read more

Ordered a three meat plate, jalapeño kielbasa, sliced brisket and pullled pork. Got sides of Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. I tried the brisket and it was delicious! My husband had the rest but I did try the mashed potatoes also and really liked it. The Mac and cheese was just alright-wouldn't get it again. Tasted like it came out of a bag or can. I'd say the brisket was the best part. Portions could be a bit larger for the price. read more

Terrible experience and very rude staff - especially the younger female employee. Went in for lunch, and they were out of everything we ordered. Out of bread for sandwiches, out of potatoes, out of vegetables, out of cups for drinks (but still charging for them), out of ice cream. The girl behind the counter was sooo rude and snarky, never once apologized for the issue and when asked about cups said "you can just use the water cups" but not adjusting the pricing. (The cups we were paying for were the big yellow ones). We decided to leave because every meal we wanted was out of some essential ingredient and were met with a condescending "well have a great rest of your day then"., again with no attempt to have us stay or accommodate. I was so surprised by the rudeness of the staff, and that they were out of so many ingredients. We went to another location down the street, which had no issues with stock and were actually nice. We've been to this location before and the food was subpar - fried food clumped together in an inedible mass, etc. but this was the first time the staff (mostly the younger girl) was snarky, condescending and rude. Staff needs better training and management needs to do a better job of keeping up with ordering supplies. If they were out of things it would be one thing, but the staff being so incredibly bad and unprofessional is a no-go. read more

The BHS Class of 74 50th reunion contracted with corporate Dickey's for our Sunday picnic. corporate was great to work with but when it came to me Broomfield store and the event, they failed to deliver bbq lunch for 38 to east Interlocked Park at 12:15 for 12:30 lunch. no show no explanation and we were forced to get pizzas (not what guests were expecting or had paid for) and didn't eat until 2,pm for a once in a lifetime event. We have never been contacted by the owner to explain what happened. Although a credit was processed for what was paid we have requested reimbursement for the additional food and inconvenience,. Fries are soggy drenched in grease and undercooked/hard, not crunchy or crisp like normal. Ordered the plate yet didn't receive a physical plate. You might as well bust out your cornerware when you get home. Baked beans have green peppers in them so watch out. BBQ sauce cups are super watered-down so don't bother using theirs, once again use your own sauce when you get home. The pulled pork was fantastic though! read more

I usually order the brisket here, or the 2 meat plate with chicken and brisket. My favorite sides are the Mac and cheese and Cesar salad. One thing they can improve on is having someone double check that all the items are in the delivery orders. My last order had two items missing. This Dickeys location was fantastic! The customer service was bar none top service! The meat was tender, moist and delicious in every way! I could tell in the look, feel, and taste of my sandwich that the meat was expertly cooked to be authentic bbq. The type that you could eat all by itself all day long and still be craving more. They also have many different sauces from original to sweet and extra spicy to kick it up just that much more in taste. As an added bonus, if you dine in, you get a free soft serve ice cream cone with every meal, all day-every day. read more

As a general rule, I would never post a review of a place I've never used, but this situation is so egregious, I'm forced to make an exception. I was really looking forward to ordering food for curbside pick-up from Dickey's today, and in order to do that, of course I needed to view the entire menu first. Unfortunately, neither Yelp, nor Dickey's website allows customers to view the menu unless we are ready to place an order immediately. As if that wasn't bad enough, Dickey's pressures customers not to order curbside, but to use Grub Hub for delivery instead. I would never use Grub Hub! I will never place any sort of take-out order from anywhere without being allowed to view the entire menu first, before placing an order! Great specials for their daily specials- especially Thursday (2 meats, 2 sides, and a drink for $10). And free all you can eat ice cream from vending machine. Okra was tasty, pulled pork is well shredded, mac n cheese is cheesy, sweet tea is yumm just very sweet so I recommend mixing half unsweet and half sweet :) great friendly service! read more

For the cost I expected much better. Especially when there are several alternatives nearby. My keilbasa sausage was cold the cheese inside was solid the pulled pork was served barely warm and it was dry. Only thing I enjoyed was sides which cost them nothing. I got to the restaurant and Nick (the employee helping me) was so nice!! He was incredibly friendly and had my food hot and ready right when I walked in- he even gave me a free drink because I was so indecisive about if I wanted one or not! Amazing!!! The staff is SO friendly, the food is great! The manager (i think) came and checked in with everyone in the restaurant. I got a classic pulled pork with waffle fries. The fries were fried on the spot so they were perfect. I would assume for all the fried sides they'll fry it to order! Oh and not to mention... self serve ice cream!!! Can I give no stars? First off, I did not like the attitude the carver had, like we were bothering them, secondly how do you run out of turkey at 5:30 pm? Thirdly and most importantly, the portion size is pitiful. So, I decided on brisket since no turkey, Mr. Attitude slices 2 each 1/4" thick by 4" long slices and throws them on a scale, takes it off, cuts 1/2" off the end and puts it on the plate, same with the spicy kelbasa. The sausage was ice cold and the cheese hard inside. I asked the wife if I ordered the child's plate? No... I did not. so, $32 dollars later, I left pissed off and still hungry.
