Although I'd done some diagnosis on my own, they walked me through all the steps I needed to ascertain what the problem was, via phone. At no charge. Then they looked for the part and called manufacturers to see if it could be replaced or fixed. At no charge. When we determined that it could not be fixed and a new machine was needed, they did the research based on what I needed and made recommendations to me. At no charge (and no commission, no links, etc.. just, here's what we'd order, from where, when you're ready, on your own). I'm pretty sure they've put in a few hours of time helping me out so far, all via phone, at no charge. Of course, I'm sure they know that they'll be servicing the product anytime it needs it, but that's now twice that NEPW has saved my ass and not charged me one red cent. Thanks, guys.

Signage said hours started at 10am, lights were on, and lighted open window sign was flashing. Door was locked, waited about 20 min (anyone can be late, right?). There was a sign on the door stating if door was locked during business hours to call, but only an answering machine. I know what you're thinking, small town shop, probably on a call, give him a break.... Okay, but I met his expectations of customers, that is, don't show up wanting service when it isn't business hours. I didn't make his schedule, or put the lights on a timer. He did not meet my expectations of being open as he advertised. Obviously, this happens often, or there would be no need for the door sign. Pro tip: if your schedule is going to be crazy, or is just organically not reliable, put: "By appointment" I ultimately went to N. Attleborough and was well taken care of.
