I will never stop loving this place! My favorite part is that everyone is so nice and sweet and they remember you! This time I got a dulce de leche latte with oat milk. It was perfect! I actually sat there and did work on my laptop! They have upgraded their tables and have a little plant shop there now. This place looks like a tiny paradise!

Choclo arepa (sorry had cut it up as it was freshly made and hot).

Inside a farmer market type place. The corner coffee shop is very nicely decorated with Colombian vibes and trinkets you can purchase. Had the mango matcha and the hibiscus drink both very good and refreshing. Had a choclo cheese arepa which is a Colombian snack. Very delicious! Both guys at counter were very friendly and had excellent service! Will definitely be back!

Love this place . It was located inside of the Cedar Market Ranch which is like a farmers market. You have to go all the way to the back, we almost turned around and walked out. Very cute coffee stand with creative flavors. I ordered the Aubelita Latte which was explained to me as like a spicy chocolate flavored Latte. I didn't really get the spicy but I did get the taste of different spices. I enjoyed that you could order it semi sweet or sweet. I will be back on my next visit to try something new.

White Rock Coffee is one of many places in the coffee scene within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex,…read moreand what makes them taste like hometown are three things: authentic hospitality, variety of different drinks and sauces that they make, and most importantly, the way they gave back to the community. I went to visit their original location on Northwest Hwy. conveniently located right next to the Dallas Police Northwest Division. Fun fact: did you know that they have a roastery next to their original location? How amazing! However, that one is by appointment only, so check with them for more details. Shoutout to the White Rock Coffee staff for welcoming us back with open arms, as well as introducing new drinks to us that were of high demand and interest. One, however, that really did catch my eye, was my all time-favorite: the White Rocker, which included two shots of espresso, whole milk, and their signature White Rock syrup. My friend on the other hand, got the Lone Star Latte -- chai with a hint of that White Rock syrup that they put in there as well! Because of their roastery, all of their coffee beans are sourced from local partners and cooked and roasted right here in the heart of Dallas. I'm just really glad that I was able to really catch up with the times that there are, honestly. I'll definitely be back to visit more whenever I'm in the DFW! Y'all have my support! :)

I went on Tuesday and was a little disappointed. I got a tea and sat downstairs but immediately I was FREEZING. I decided to go upstairs because I thought maybe a vent was blowing directly at me, but no!!! It was seriously so cold everywhere. A girl next to me was rubbing her hands together and blew into them just to keep warm. I mean, really? It was kind of funny how crazy cold it was. I expected to be there at least 3 or 4 hours since I had a lot to do but I left after 30 minutes. I wanted to go outside to sit down at one of their tables but not a table was in sight! I guess they got rid of them? I'll come back... with sweats on and a beanie! Not even trying to be funny I'm being so serious

Cafe Duro is a must when visiting the Lower Greenville area!…read more I recently visited this amazing European-style café during breakfast on a weekday and it was amazing. Please note that parking in this area is particularly difficult but if you come in the morning, it should be easier to find. Another thing worth nothing is that they are more of a quick standing coffee bar type of place and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families or kids, so keep that in mind when visiting. Now to the food... They have a small but mighty menu for breakfast and lunch. For my first time I decided to try their The Monte Duro, which is a pastry style "hot pocket" with smoked prosciutto, mortadella, mustard and jam. For drink I decided to go with their Dirty Chai Latte. The drink was absolutely perfection and exactly what I needed in a warm Texas morning. The Monte Duro was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor! Both my friend and I ordered the same thing and we were both obsessed with it.

The staff is not really friendly but the vibes were still peaceful. Mushroom grilled cheese: This was so yummmy!! The bread comes perfectly crispy and buttery. There were tons of mushrooms and creamy flavor. By far one of the best grilled cheeses I ever had. Banana horchata matcha: This drink was very sweet and good for people that dont like bitter drinks. I loved the banana flavor and it reminded me of banana bread. There was also a lot of cinnamon in the drink which made it so tasty.

First of all, the Bishop Arts District itself is incredibly charming. Block after block of unique shops ranging from bookstores and bakeries to candle shops, candy stores, coffee spots, and little boutiques. It's exactly the kind of neighborhood I loveeeee exploring while traveling and if I lived in Dallas, I'd probably frequent this area often. As for The Wild Detectives, the concept alone immediately appealed to me...bookstore meets cafe meets bar meets restaurant. That combination will pretty much always grab my attention. I love to read, I love to eat. The space has a pretty relaxed, community oriented vibe, and during my Saturday morning/early afternoon visit, there were plenty of people working, reading, chatting, and hanging out both inside and on the patio. My one slight disappointment was that the bookstore side itself was smaller than I expected and didn't have quite as extensive a selection as I had imagined. That said, I still managed to leave with a few great additions for my ever growing TBR pile. Overall, this was a worthwhile stop and one I may revisit the next time I'm in Dallas.
