Had a great experience here buying an engagement ring, Stephen Metcalf was tremendously helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted!

ASK FOR ROBERT ALVARADO!!! Robert helped me design the perfect custom engagement ring for my fiance and wouldnt let me settle for anything less than the perfect diamond and setting. It was also a tight turnaround on the engagement ring and Robert was able to get the designer to expedite the creation and delivery of the Ring. Robert is easy to work with and talk to and made the entire process go extremely smooth. Thanks Robert for all of your help! read more

I went in knowing nothing about diamonds or the engagement ring process. Carol went above and beyond making sure my fiancée got everything she wanted. I would recommend these guys to anyone, thank you Carol & Diamonds Direct! read more

Make sure to ask for Carol Kube. My girlfriend and I met with her this Saturday and couldn't be more relieved. We had no idea what we wanted but Carol changed that in a matter of 15 minutes. She was so thorough, so patient, and so knowledgeable. Negotiating with her now and she already has come up with a couple ways to get the $$price$ down!! read more

I would like to give accolades to Allan for the incredible service he provided during my engagement ring shopping. I visited several other jewelry shops and talked to dozens of people, but I ended up working with Allen to make the purchase because his service was a level up. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patience in sharing and explaining things. I enjoyed how personable he was, and he was just a good partner to business with. He was also very flexible and worked around my schedule to be available for appointments. All in all, he made my experience ring shopping really easy for me, and I appreciate that. read more

Charity is a absolute pleasure to work with. We're currently shopping for an engagement ring and she was so knowledgeable. She was patient with us and took her time making sure we saw everything we liked. I never felt like she was trying to hustle us or put pressure on us to make a decision right then and there. I would absolutely recommend working with her. read more

Robert was so helpful when I went in to get my now fiance's engagement ring. He was super informative, caring, and passionate about what he does. He was able to get the exact ring I was looking for, based on the specifications I provided for him. I cannot recommend he and the team over there enough, and we will definitely be going back to get our wedding bands. Thanks Robert! read more

My experience at Diamonds Direct was fantastic. My fiance and I bought our wedding bands there, and to be honest, I was a little worried about how stressful the process would be. I thought I would overwhelmed with all the options, indecisive and stressed. However, a huge shout out goes to Allan because he made it such an easy process. I explained what I was looking for and he took me directly to the ring I had always envisioned. It wasn't stressful, it wasn't overwhelming, it was just easy. And fun! My fiance also picked out my engagement ring (again, with the help of Allan) and I know he shares the same sentiment. I would highly recommend Diamonds Direct and Allan to anyone in the market for an engagement/wedding ring. read more

Work with Claudia. We had a great experience with her. She's very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to knowing what will be practical but still beautiful in a ring. Also, diamonds direct treats their customers well. They re-dipped my class ring for me, even though it was not a Diamonds Direct ring, which is desperately needed. My only complaint is that we didn't get a phone call within the week that my ring came in, but we bought it during their spring sale and I'm sure they had tons of people to call. Even with that small complaint, we will definitely be going back for wedding rings when the time comes! read more

They did a great job helping me find the perfect ring for my fiance. Stephen Metcalf was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to work with me and was very attentive to my needs and budget. Got a great deal on a beautiful platinum ring. Staff is very friendly. Had to take the ring in to have it resized and the work was completed in less than 1 day. Love the free watch battery replacement. read more

This review is long over due. Purchasing wedding items can be a very stressful time. We went to Diamonds Direct as a recommendation from a friend. Let's say they found customers for life. At Diamonds Direct they take the time to build relationships first rather than see you as a dollar sign. They truly care about your needs and wants. They try their best to make your whole end to end experience great including sending out written cards. Customer service is fantastic from the moment you walk in. Greg Keaton is our diamond expert :) and we love his honesty and trust him wholeheartedly to guide us in the right direction. He's made all of our experiences wonderful and makes me wish we knew about Diamonds Direct before we bought my setting from somewhere else. All in all I highly recommend going to diamonds Direct. If the rest of the gemologist are anything like Greg you are in good hands! I look forward to many future visits and purchases. read more

Had a great experience purchasing a custom engagement ring from Diamonds Direct - Dallas. Lisa Silberman worked with me to pick out the ring and she was super helpful. I wanted the ring to be a surprise for my fiance, so I came in solo with very little knowledge about diamond jewelry. I had a picture of the style she liked and Lisa was able to help me from there. She showed me options of similar ring settings, explained differences in styles, and we picked the right one. Next was picking the diamond, and again Lisa showed me some options to look at. She explained the various cuts, colors, sizes, etc and I was able to get a real visual understanding of what differentiates various diamonds. We knew the ballpark price range I was going for and she didn't try to oversell me on items outside of that range. Once I picked the diamond to go with the ring setting, we finished up some quick paperwork and they had my ring ready for pick-up in just a few weeks. My fiance absolutely loves the ring, and just doing some quick comparison pricing against some of the chain jewelers, I know I got a good price. We will be back soon to purchase the wedding band! read more

Definitely the best jewelry store in DFW. I visited multiple jewelry stores trying to find an engagement ring. Diamonds Direct was the only one willing to satisfy my very specific diamond criteria. I did my homework and knew the exact type of stone I wanted. None of the other stores wanted to work with me because I was educated on diamonds. Lisa, Yosi, and Amit did a fantastic job of working with me and helping me create the perfect ring. They were very friendly and accommodating. Everything I asked for, they were able to do. I will be buying all my jewelry from them from now on. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Diamonds Direct is the way to go for all jewelry needs! Everyone I had interaction with was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Their prices are fantastic as they cut out the middle man in diamond purchases. I was flying out of town & needed to get my ring re-sized before I left & only had 2 days total to get it done (drop off on a friday, pick up on saturday). They had my ring re-sized perfectly, cleaned & ready to go first thing Satuday Morning, no additional cost. Allan & Haley (I think that is her name, she works up stairs) were FANTASTIC. Found exactly what I was looking for for my fiance' wedding band. Thank you so much! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. read more

The best customer service I've experienced! I went to Leslie and she helped me find perfect engagement ring!

110% recommend going here. And when you do ask for Allan. He made everything simple and easy. And got us exactly what we wanted.

Diamonds Direct, take a bow - you've earned it. We went shopping for a unique engagement and wedding band (ruby center stone with side diamonds), and we found Leslie at Diamonds Direct. She is a truly amazing gemologist, and took time to truly understand what we wanted, and patiently worked with us to find just the right stone(2) and setting. Also, since we were going out of the country right after the holidays for our special event we were on a tight timeframe. Leslie worked with the suppliers to ensure our rings were ready ahead of time so we didn't have to be anxious during the holidays. And, I wanted to get something as a surprise, and Leslie worked up a beautiful design for custom earrings. Everything turned out gorgeous, and we are so pleased with our decision to trust Leslie at Diamonds Direct. read more

I drove up from Austin specifically to meet with Graham Silberman at Diamonds Direct and buy an engagement ring. As I expected, it was a great experience. My family has bought from Graham for many years and when it came time for me to buy a diamond ring, there wasn't any question who I would go to. I had set up an appointment with him a few days before and had told him what type of diamond that I was interested in. When I arrived, Graham had already selected a number of diamonds which fit my parameters. They were all beautiful. He helped me to select a setting and then we looked at each diamond in the setting as well as out of the setting where I could compare them to each other. Graham was extremely patient and took his time helping me. He educated me on the different characteristics of diamonds and discussed each diamond in detail. Once I chose a diamond, they were able to set it quickly and I was back in Austin in time for dinner. Overall it was a great experience and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back to see Graham the next time that I am thinking of buying a diamond. It was well worth the drive. Thanks Graham! *I originally posted this review back in June. I deleted it and reposted because it didn't correctly show the 5 star rating that I gave them. read more

The best experience ever! Allan Abramowitz took care of everything, making the hunt for the perfect engagement ring smooth and easy. I will be purchasing all my future jewelry from Allan at Diamond Direct Dallas. read more

Greg at Diamond's Direct was wonderful in educating me about purchasing an engagement ring. He was responsive via email, we were able to set up an appointment because I was coming from out of town. He spent the better part of the morning educating my hopefully future fiance and I about diamonds and letting her pick what she liked and what she didn't really care about very much. There was no pressure or perception that he was trying to push her in any direction. He was even able to reserve a diamond that was similar but with larger dimensions to the one she chose. He continued to be responsive but not intrusive by email, and my education continued. Basically, the 4Cs the internet advertises don't matter if you haven't seen the stone and the GIA report and probably both. It'll be up to you to decide what you value in a diamond and an engagement ring, but Greg and his team will help you get to that decision without pressure or intense feelings of regret. None of us reading these are planning to be gemologists. We just don't wanna get ripped off making one of the bigger financial investments and life investments we'll be making in life. I'd be remiss to not mention my other sources of information so that you can be thoroughly prepared for this choice. https://www.iwillteachyoutoberich.com/blog/how-much-should-a-man-spend-on-an-engagement-ring/ & www.rarecarat.com I have absolutely no affiliation with either site, I just found them phenomenally helpful in thinking about this decision, and in addition to working with Greg, able to make one that I hope my girlfriend will love. read more

After going to numerous jewelry stores in the DFW area, I had the pleasure of dealing with Diamonds Direct. As a newbie to buying an engagement ring, this was the first store that I did not feel intimidated when walking in the door. I worked with Greg, who made me feel very much at ease in an unfamiliar setting. Greg was very attentive to my needs and budget, and made sure that I felt right at home. If you are looking to make a purchase here, I highly recommend dealing with Greg (although I am sure the rest of their sales people are top notch as well). Overall 5/5 and if I ever need to make a similar purchase, I will take my business to Diamonds Direct! read more

Greg Keaton helped us create an amazing engagement and wedding ring set at an unbelievable price. Then he was able to get us a great deal on the wedding band. This can definitely be a bad experience and after visiting a couple of places that seemed like we were in some kind of bizarre mouse trap we tried one last place before we went online and purchased. Having the knowledge of exactly what I wanted and the budget I had in mind my fiance and I went and were given to Graham. I explained to him that I was firm on the type of Diamond cut, clarity, color, and size range he seemed genuinely relieved that we would easy to work with. After a quick trip to the bathroom I found them in his office, with 3 stones already out for us to look at. Keep in mind a Cushion cut seems to be rare because no other store has them to view. The process from there was easy, a couple of pencil sharpenings on figures and we were done. I am a car dealer and I like simple easy transactions. I feel I was provided the best value and quality without any of the condescension one might typically find in a high end store. My hats off the Graham and Diamonds Direct, we will definitely be back, the service is impeccable, they even put a rush on it so I could surprise her with the ring. Thank you for making this an easy process. Shaun and Stephanie read more
