I brought in a diamond Movado watch which are at least $900 brand new to see if he had any interest in buying it and he blatantly told me that nobody would buy it and that is not worth anything. He has a lot of Watches in his shop so I understand why he didn't want to buy it. but when I asked if he could swap the battery out for a new one for 15$ , he tried to hustle me by saying the battery acid had damage to watch more trying to squeeze my money. That is when I asked for my watch back and he got aggressive with me practically threw the watch back at me and cursed me out as I walked out the door. When I got back to the truck I learned that he had kept the battery so I had to go back in there and get it just to know what kind of battery it was! this turned into a nasty exchange of words, and quite possibly the worst pawn shop experience of my life. just another man who invested in natural diamonds, and is going under eventually. read more

I took my necklace here after a link broke to get it repaired. They let me know it would be a week and it came back in exactly a week. The chain looked brand new like it had never even been repaired. They did amazing work. It was very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be bringing anything I have broken back to them. They are also very courteous and nice. Their customer service is outstanding from when I called them until I brought my watch to get serviced. However, the great secret of this place is they are jewelry designers and makers of all things bling. Half of the building houses artisan jewelers and watch makers which, I promise you you'd never know from the outside and the fabulously funky interior of the building. I went into the shop to Pawn a Sony phone dock and a camera and a Hispanic guy in there attended me said my stuff wasn't worth anything. He was very rude and said my things were not real. These items were bought in a retail chain. This man could not have been any more rude but then laughed at my items. I took my things to another shop and I received 100 dollars for my items. I truly don't understand how this place was named Best in Dallas. This shop is also outdated in its items and it's overall apparance. I was looking for a place to get my watch batteries changed (5 of them) in our new neighborhood, Kessler Park, and found these guys on Yelp. They were incredibly nice, super zippy (told me to come back in an hour, mind you i came in with 5 watches,) and the charge was super reasonable. They even fixed a watch band in minutes.
