Mitch is top is top-notch! If you want a quality diamond for a reasonable price come here!

Mitch and his team were absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough. I went in knowing little to nothing about how to search for or select the right diamond for an engagement ring. I had been to other stores, but had little knowledge of the process and had received very little help. I was recommended Aura diamonds by a friend, and I couldn't be more thankful! Mitch walked me through his process for evaluating a diamond, he had a large selection for me to look through and get a feel for, and he was very attentive to my interests and ideas. He helped me determine which shape and size would be best based on my descriptions and goals for the ring. I feel lucky that I found the Aura diamonds team! What's most important is that my fiancée is absolutely in love with her ring, and she gets comments all the time on how great it looks. The price was fantastic, the process was easy, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience here. There's no one better! read more

Aura Diamonds - Ring in the box - Jewelry Near Me - Dallas, Texas

To start the customer service was incredible. They walked us through the engagement rings A-Z, had our best interest at heart, and were great at communicating. The price is second to none and the quality is unmatched. I 10/10 recommend Aura Diamonds for any engagement rings, wedding bands, or custom work. read more

My husband keeps coming back to Aura Diamonds for my gifts, and I don't mind! We don't live in Dallas or even Texas, but Gary and Mitch make it so easy to communicated. The level of communication and transparency is superb. They make it very easy by suggesting designs and diamonds that fit into your price category. Recently, my husband got a pair of diamond studs (1 carat each). These are absolutely gorgeous! They feel very secure because of the screw on backing. As a bonus, we got sent one extra set of backings. These are white gold and not exactly free. The shipping is quick and secure. This is our third purchase with Aura Diamonds and I hope my husband keeps coming back! read more

Thank you so much Mitch for our amazing wedding bands and my engagement ring! Mitch took the time to explain everything, show different designs, and help us decide on our dream rings. He also helped my husband custom design my engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you! read more

I originally went to Mitch at Aura to get rings I had sized. He was so great, trustworthy and informational 2 years later when looking to get an engaged I went back to him. He helped to design the perfect engagement ring and band. It's not every day you meet a diamond jeweler as honest and respectable. I would highly recommend Aura Diamonds. read more

Mitch did a fantastic job of teaching me about diamonds and helping me through the process. I knew very little about diamonds, just the basics you can find from a quick Google search. Mitch sat down with me and gave a me crash course on how to look and evaluate diamonds. I actually had a really great time learning from him. He also gave me great practical advice about choosing a diamond - don't pay more for a diamond if you can't tell the difference, as well as loads of other tips that helped me to make my final choice. You know you've gone to the right place when the owner talks you out of buying a more expensive diamond because he's looking out for you. Mitch was also able to create a CAD that simulated the exact design I had in mind. And it looked even better than I had expected. The whole experience was a quick and pleasant and I felt very comfortable the entire time working with Mitch. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. read more

I waited a long time to find that special lady. When I did, I decided she needed a fine piece of jewelry that was custom, elegant, and classy! Mitch and team brought my vision to reality!!! At Aura, you don't just buy a fine piece, you get educated on diamonds, settings, and presentation. I'm not a wealthy man but a man of good taste, so the price point was important. Aura checked that box too. I didn't just buy a fine piece, I established a relationship with Aura. Without question, Aura gets all future diamond purchases by me. The ring I purchased is advertising by itself. Team Aura and Mitch, thank you!! read more

My experience with Mitch and Aura Diamonds was absolutely amazing. Mitch made the entire process easy, fun, educational. He focused on diamonds within the price range I gave him and really tried to find the perfect diamond for my partner rather than the one that was just expensive. Their diamond design process was easy and it came out BEAUTIFUL. My fiance absolutely loves the results. This place has the diamond buying process perfected! I am recommending Aura diamonds to all of my family and friends. read more

Mitch and his team are fantastic. They took all the uncertainty out of the process leading up to the proposal. Like most guys probably, I didn't really know what I (she) wanted or many of the questions to ask. As a salesman myself, I'm observant of salesy techniques. Mitch would start with the lower end of the budget and keep asking me "this one costs more - you have to compare it to the lower price one and YOU decide if it's worth more." Ultimately, I decided to upgrade from where I started, but that was all me and him logically talking me through it. The lack of pressure in between visits was impressive. I know from being in sales how tempting it is to close the deal, but he obviously knows from experience a guy need some time to process this huge decision. I finally decided around 5 PM on a Thursday, and dropped the idea of proposing that Saturday. Mitch immediately called the ring supplier and engaged the jeweler who they have in the same building. I picked the finished ring up literally the next day (it was ready by 3 PM). Amazing... We had very little to go on as far as what she wanted. He talked me through everything (what is popular today, why that might or might not matter), and she of course loved it. Every girl commented that "I" did so well without much to go on. It was of course Mitch and Aura's team that made me look good. We look forward to getting our wedding bands there, staying in touch over the years, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone. Many prior reviews have stated unequivocally that Aura is the best in DFW, and I see why. read more

Mitch is the man!!! I knew nothing about diamonds, and been a sales person myself I was very skeptical. Nope, Mitch educated me about types of diamonds, rings, gave me multiple options, I never felt pressure and rushed during the process, he is very friendly and professional guy who will really treat you as a friend. Just go there, you welcome read more

Aura Diamonds was an incredible experience. Although I was not with my husband when he got to fully customize my ring, and go through several diamonds to hand pick which one he liked, I was able to come after he proposed to discuss wedding bands. Working with Mitch is the best experience you can have when getting a ring for your special day. They take their time, you're never rushed, and they listen to everything you say and want. If you're thinking of getting an engagement ring, this should be the only place you look. Retail prices don't even come close to competing with the service, prices, and quality of Aura Diamonds. read more

5 stars, 5 stars, 5stars! CUSTOMER SERVICE was OUTSTANDING. Our diamond search continued for over a year, and not only have I visited some of the best diamond places in Dallas, but I have shopped in several other states as well. If I am in the market for a diamond again, then this is absolutely where I am going to start. The staff will do a fantastic job of listening to your requests, finding the items that match your needs, and will not "push" you in a direction but will provide great suggestions. They are very informative and were very HONEST with me. I personally spent a lot of time researching diamonds, pricings, quality, etc., before I went to any diamond stores, and Aura's staff was very consistent with everything I read. They also create some very amazing custom designs. If you are looking for something unique, special, and specific, they will make it happen! The following is one of the reasons I liked them more than most everywhere else I shopped. When they brought us several stones that met our initial guidelines, there was a range in the quality between them (obviously the better the stone, the higher the price). During this process, they didn't try to make comment after comment about how amazing each stone was or "push" us towards the highest priced stone (which I experienced at almost all other places). Aura's staff actually talked with us about each stone, asked our thoughts, and made suggestions based on what we were looking for. They will work very hard to get you what you want and are not trying "to make a quick sale." I felt they really wanted to help us acquire a stone we'd love. Additionally, they take the time to get to know you on a more personal level, which is nice when you are about to spend that kind of money! :) Overall, I strongly recommend anyone shopping for a diamond at least contact them. They are an amazing group of people to work with! If you care about how you are treated, want to find a great price on your diamond, would like the touch of custom designed jewelry, and get the biggest bang for your buck, then give them a call. I hope to be seeing them again soon. read more

My experience with Aura Diamonds and Mitch was exceptional. I actually started my engagement ring shopping about a month prior to going to Aura but wasn't ready to make a purchase quite yet. When I met with Mitch for the first time there was an immediate difference in my shopping experience. Of all the jewelry stores I had visited, I felt the most comfortable at Aura. Mitch made the entire process stress free, easy, and very comfortable. He took time to explain all the diamond education (like every jewelry store rep will do) but also taught me a few other things no other store had. He was not over zealous with his sales process and never made me feel pressure to make a decision. He really took time to understand not only what I was looking for, but he actually got to know me on a personal level. There was just a level of personal touch and professionalism that I hadn't experienced at the other jewelers around town. I should also mention they offered the best value for exactly what I was looking for hands down. If you want to avoid all the sales tactics, pressure, and overall frustration that goes along with making such a memorable purchase, you need to visit Mitch at Aura. I could not have asked for better experience. Weeks after purchase (I haven't proposed yet due to this COVID-19 shutdown), Mitch personally reached out to me to check in and see how I was doing. Most businesses are reaching out to customers during this time via email. Mitch took time to call me, catch up with what's going on in my life, and ask about my proposal. Great guy, great jewelry business. You cannot go wrong. If you want to see the difference, try all the big name places first, then go to Aura. You will see and feel the difference. read more

I am so glad my fiancé went to Mitch to craft my ring! After the proposal, he told me how much time he spent with Mitch and how much he enjoyed the whole process. It sounds like Mitch answered all of his questions in detail and he couldn't have been more pleased with the ring they put together. I know I have a one of a kind piece that I absolutely love. Mitch gets 5 stars for individualized attention, service, and quality! read more

Mitch is by far the most trustworthy diamond dealer in the DFW area. I met with at least 5 other diamond dealers (wholesalers and nationally known retailers) in the Dallas area and none of them came even remotely close to providing the first class experience that Mitch provides. From the moment I met Mitch, I could tell that he was extremely genuine and trustworthy. It was very apparent that his only goal was to ensure that my now fiancé got exactly what she wanted. Other dealers made it obvious they were only trying to make as much money as possible, even going so far as to hold ultimatums over our heads. At no point did Mitch ever try to up-sell me on diamonds outside of my budget (which happened at every other dealer - including another dealer at the World Trade Center in Dallas). In fact, on numerous occasions Mitch helped us eliminate diamonds that were on the higher end of our budget because he felt they were not worth the additional cost over other higher quality diamonds. Additionally, my fiancé had a setting that she had already selected from another jeweler prior to going to Aura Diamonds. Mitch informed us that he could make an exact replica of that setting for $500 less than the original setting would cost. We were skeptical that he could produce this setting to the same degree of precision for such a significantly reduced cost but Mitch over-delivered on his promise by a mile. He made a suggestion to improve the setting that my fiancé absolutely LOVED. All other components of the setting were a perfect replica of the original picture we provided Mitch. All in all, his execution was flawless and his delivery was way ahead of schedule. My fiancé was completely blown away by her ring and has not stopped staring at it since the day I proposed. I can say with 100% confidence that you will not find a higher quality diamond dealer and custom jeweler than Mitch and I promise that you will not find another dealer who will beat Mitch on pricing. Mitch went completely out of his way to work with me on pricing and financing terms that fit my situation. He could have held me to stricter financing terms and pricing and I still would have done business with Aura Diamonds. But Mitch went out of his way to help me and ensure that every part of the experience was convenient and beneficial to me. All in all, Mitch is an extremely genuine person and I am so incredibly grateful that I found Aura Diamonds. By the time the process was over, I legitimately consider Mitch a friend more so than a jeweler. I cannot urge you enough to stop by Aura Diamonds because I promise you that Mitch will treat you right and ALWAYS be looking out for your best interests first and foremost. I cannot wait to use Mitch for our wedding bands. Thanks again Mitch! read more

Discovering Aura Diamonds was by far the best thing that could have for my ring buying experience. I worked with Mitch and he did an excellent job of teaching me all the information necessary to purchase a diamond ring. We actually spent about the first 45 minutes talking only about the different ratings and scales associated with grading diamonds, and by the time he started the examining process, I felt extremely comfortable and knowledgeable. His professionalism was excellent, and in the end his team helped my pick out the exact diamond I wanted and I got the ring custom made for thousands less than I would paid at any retailer. I know this because he actually brought up the online pricing guide of Zales online, and for the same diamond without the ring, halo setting, or diamonds in the band, it was still about $1000 more! Could not be happier. They made a custom ring for thousands less at a super high quality... I would recommend anyone contact Mitch for the diamond buying needs! read more

Mitch was fabulous! He answered our questions and was very knowledgeable. We are looking forward to designing my new ring with him.

Mitch is amazing. My boyfriend and I went in recently to find the perfect diamond engagement ring, and Mitch gave us a one-on-one lesson on the difference of a good diamond on paper vs in-person. It was incredible being able to view all the stones without the pressure of a salesman trying to force the most expensive one on us. He even let us look inside the diamond so we really knew what we were getting. We both appreciated all the time he took working with us. In fact, after we selected the one I wanted, I began to have second thoughts and we asked to come back in and look at a few more options. Mitch was completely accommodating and provided even more options and walked us through each one. I ended up choosing the one I had initially, but the fact that he took time to work with us, explained the in's and out's of the stone, and helped us with the setting, made us both extremely comfortable and put us at ease. If you are looking for a personal experience with an owner who actually cares about his customers and that they are happy with their purchase, and not someone who is just trying to make a quick sale off of you, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Mitch at Aura Diamonds! read more

My experience with Aura couldn't have been better. I didn't have the slightest clue about diamonds or what I was really looking for. But Mitch and his team informed me and helped me a ton. The buying process was very comfortable and engaging, it was easy to pick out the perfect ring! Once the design was finalized, Aura was able to make the ring very quickly and it came out looking amazing! Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience, and won't look to anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend Aura Diamonds! read more

Mitch at Aura Diamonds was a pleasure to work with. I had visited a mix of mom-and-pops, wholesalers, dealers, jewelers, but no one was invested in my personal knowledge of what I was buying more than Mitch. His genuineness becomes apparent and really made the difference in my choosing Aura Diamonds to custom design my fiancée's engagement ring. I luckily had an idea on the general design, but over 3 or 4 visits, we were able to create what was a home run. Mitch showed a great deal of patience with me as I must have looked a several dozen loose diamonds. At the same time, he made sure I knew what to look for, and what drives both the value and the brilliance of each style and type of diamond. If you are in the market for a custom piece of diamond jewelry, you would be hard pressed to find a better experience. Not to mention, since Aura Diamonds works wholesale, the variety of loose diamonds to choose from was endless, and the price was very competitive. All I had to do was give Mitch a general direction and he took off with it. More importantly, he listened! Can't tell you how many times I was being sold on something I didn't want at other shops. My fiancée and I will definitely be back for the wedding bands, and more, in the future. read more

Mitch was a great help designing our engagement ring. He helped me understand how to judge diamonds and what to look for when looking at diamonds in certain settings. I gave Mitch some pictures and ideas to work with and he nailed the end design. The process was very comfortable and did not take long because Mitch took the time to listen and has a great sense of design and wealth of diamond knowledge. We are so thrilled to have worked with Mitch and look forward to working together in the future. read more

Mitch at Aura is probably my best find in awhile! My son was looking for an engagement ring and considered going the internet route to get the best value for his money. I checked the Dallas area and saw the reviews on Aura and thought they would be worth checking out. Through several meeting and many pictures sent back and forth, he designed the perfect ring for my son to propose. He is honest you can tell because he doesn't always tell you what you want to hear or try to sell you something because of cost. I liked him so much that I let him do some jewelry work for me personally. He resized several rings with design all the way around the ring. He matched it perfectly and did them all at a great cost. I left him with several rings that were passed to me by my mother and some gold items I never wore to trade for cash. I never worried about being deceived and I am not normally very trusting of jewelers. He repaired and sized the rings and gave me a great price on the gold! I have referred him to many people and that is something I hardly ever do..make referrals! Thanks Mitch! You will be seeing all of us again! read more
