Highly highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great but reasonable jeweler in town. There's a reason they're known as the Official Jeweler of the Dallas Cowboys. I got my fiancée's engagement ring here last year and we're going back for the wedding bands. I've met with a couple of different people and everyone has been more than helpful and very knowledgeable about the diamond business. Another one of their perks is that they do free ring cleaning. Either it can be a quick steam clean or a more extensive cleaning that takes about 45 minutes. I havent had my college ring cleaned since I got it 7 years ago, and the offered to clean it while we looked at men's wedding bands. Let me just tell you, it looked as clean as the day I got it. Overall they're a great option and I can't recommend them enough! read more

Diamonds Direct - Love how beautifully custom designed this ring is from Diamonds direct. My husband did a great job and I'm so obsessed! - Jewelry Near Me - Dallas, Texas

My fiancé originally purchased a round solitaire from Graham that was a great deal diamond but we decided to go else where to get the custom ring done (bad idea!). After about 4 month of struggle, another reputable jeweler was not able to get the ring design right and the quality was very poor, so we came back and worked with Graham and Yosi, the store manager of Diamonds Direct. They were super fast and helpful, got us a 3D rendering of my custom design and worked closely with us on modifications I wanted to make. And the BEST thing, it was 1/3 of the price that we had originally paid at the previous place! My ring came in last week and it couldn't be more perfect!!! I absolutely LOVE it and would recommend Diamonds Direct and Graham to anyone. The ring looks EXACTLY the way it did in the rendering and my original sketch. The quality is impeccable. Thank you Graham and Yosi for making my dream ring!!! read more

My fiancé and I visited Diamonds Direct on a Saturday afternoon for the 2nd time. There was a bit of a wait in the beginning, staff assured us that someone would be with us shortly and we didn't have to wait very long. We were greeted by the GM. He was pleasant and attentive. We came in with a goal in mind and he exceeded our expectations. My husband and I both purchased our wedding rings from Diamonds Direct and we are happy with the services that we were provided and we are even more happy with the wedding rings. Thanks Diamonds Direct. read more

If you needs diamonds, this is the place in DFW. I was referred there by a friend, and so glad! Allan has helped me with 4 different rings in the last couple years. He helped me turn a very unfortunate situation in my life into something pretty special! He is very responsive, even on days off! Service level is top notch! He even delivered the last purchase in person...to Keller! read more

I highly recommend Diamonds Direct! We worked with Graham Silberman and he was absolutely wonderful! My fiancé Aron set up an appointment with Graham to look at engagement rings and it was the most wonderful experience. I had an idea of what ring styles I like he made sure we went through all those styles until We found the perfect ring. He is so knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. He just wanted to make sure we found the perfect ring. We recently went back to get our wedding bands and made sure to make the appointment with Graham. Again such a wonderful experience finding my wedding band we even got my fiancé's wedding band through him as well. Such a wonderful experience and memorable experience with Graham at Diamonds Direct. Aron & Megan read more

When looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, this place came highly recommended by both friends and web reviews. I was pleased that they carried the Sylvie Collection of rings, as this is what the GF likes. I was lucky enough to deal with Allan Abramowitz and he was absolutely GREAT! He took the time to educate me on diamond selection and showed me various color and clarity grades so I could see the differences, or lack thereof. He was patient and helped me and the GF find what was right for us. In the end, after seeing everything in person, she decided on a completely different style and diamond cut. We ended up using a family stone, since she decided on Round cut and not Cushion, otherwise I would've bought the diamond from them. I highly recommend this place and look forward to doing business here again. read more

Staff has no clue what I was talking about when I asked if they had any sizers for my ring that was to big when I received it. I just needed the sizers for now until I go up north to visit my families Jewlery store. Their items are way over priced as well. I grew up at the jewelry store and know a good cut diamond when I see one and they do not have good cuts in their diamonds. The diamond no matter the size should shine no matter what size it is if it is cut properly. Just be aware of what you are buying when you go there and you will over pay for poor quality. read more

My experience at Diamonds Direct was amazing, start to finish. I went in on a week day to narrow down my options for an engagement ring and received help from Allan Abramowitz. Allan cut through the fluff and got right to asking questions and showing me options of what I wanted so we could find the perfect ring within my price range. We scheduled a follow up appointment with my boyfriend to make the final choice and we were very fortunate it was on a Saturday special event where they were offering 20% off the amazing Christopher Designs rings. Allan was very honest with us and never made us feel pressured to go in a different or more expensive direction. I feel 100% satisfied with the ring we ended up choosing and the guidance he gave us. The overall feel of the store was approachable, comfortable and classy. We will definitely be back to see Allan. Thank you! read more

Allan was a great help! Excellent service and very friendly. I had struggled dearly fretting over which diamond to buy. Allan simplified the process, allowed me to compare different diamonds, and even helped me order a custom setting. My lady was blown away by the ring. For anyone doing online research, that is fantastic, but I highly recommend you stop by Diamonds Direct and consult with someone. It'll make your life much easier. A+ read more

My fiance and I went to Diamonds Direct after visiting a couple of other commonly known wedding ring chains,to search for a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring. As soon as we walked in I knew we'd find the perfect band. The assortment was incredible, the prices were even better and the customer service is outstanding! Ask for Lisa if you go here, you won't be disappointed. After being told at a place we visited just before diamonds direct, that it would be nearly impossible to find a band to fit to my ring without spending over 1k, Lisa was eager to help and was always one step ahead of me. I am so thrilled with my soon to be custom band and this jewelry store. I am not a big jewelery wearer, but anything I purchase will come from this location, from now on. Thank you Lisa, and thank you Diamonds Direct :) read more

Hats off to Allan Abramowitz (gemologist), Richard (helped us pick out the ring), Morgan (receptionist) for proving us with amazing customer service and making the process of engagement ring shopping very smooth and effortless. Richard and Morgan were both very inviting and patient with us to find the ring that we wanted. Allan has a talent for understanding the customers'' personalities and their desires for a ring. He was quick to understand our priorities in an engagement ring and produced a ring that we ultimately bought from Diamonds Direct. Allan is a straight shooter and he focused greatly on providing valuable customer service rather than just the credit card information. Even after the purchase, Allan went out of his way to contact and was able to overnight the ring. I received the ring right on time and felt like the process was completely effortless. We plan on purchasing our future jewelry from Diamonds Direct because Allan was keep on building a loyal customer rather than profits. I highly recommend talking to Diamonds Direct and especially Allan for engagement ring shopping. read more

I wish I could give this place more stars! My boyfriend and I went in looking for an engagement ring, on a budget, and we were paired with Charity. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best of all, she found us a beautiful diamond we loved, just under our budget (which we didn't think would be possible). I would recommend Diamonds Direct, and specifically Charity, to anyone shopping for jewelry. read more

This is my first ever review of a business on Yelp. I had such a great experience recently at Diamonds Direct that I felt compelled to recognize them for their outstanding service, product, and staff. This year is my wife and I's 10 year anniversary. I wanted to do something truly special for her. I thought diamond earrings were just the ticket. I don't know anything about jewelry or diamonds so I was anxious about going to just any jewelry store for fear of getting sub-par diamonds and taken advantage of. I decided to go to Diamonds Direct based off of the outstanding reviews. From the moment I walked in, I was treated to an extremely comfortable purchasing experience. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and warm. The sales person (Stephen) that I was introduced to took time with me to help make my selection. He wasn't pushy and he didn't make me feel pressured to buy. This makes a difference for a person like me who was anxious about this process to begin with. I decided to purchase beautiful diamond earrings and I walked out feeling very happy and satisfied with my experience. However, this is not where my story ends. What impressed me even more about this place is the service after my initial purchase. I took my earrings home and after about a week, I decided that I wanted to look at potentially stretching my budget a little more and upgrading the diamonds in the earrings. I felt a little silly as I had just bought them, but I wanted them to be absolutely perfect for my wife. I went back to Diamonds Direct. Stephen was out so I was introduced to Leslie and Yosi. I explained my situation and what I was looking to do. They could not have been more gracious and pleasant in walking me through all of my options. They respected my budget and truly left the purchasing decision to me. Again, I was not pushed or pressured to purchase something. Instead I was informed and educated so I could make the best possible decision for me. I picked two beautiful diamonds that I couldn't have been happier with. I was told they'd be set and ready for me the very next day. When I went back the next day, I had the opportunity to work with and meet Tamir and Mark (also wonderful people that made me feel welcome and at home). I also saw Leslie and Yosi again. I couldn't have been more excited to pick up the earrings. Seeing the Diamonds in the settings, they EXCEEDED my expectations. They were perfect. All of the staff made me feel like I was on top of the world in completing my purchase. I brought them home and immediately gave them to my to my wife. She was thrilled. She can't stop looking at them! I will be bringing her into Diamonds Direct to meet some of the wonderful people I got to work with. The difference for me in this whole experience (beyond the breathtaking quality of product I received) was truly the people and the way they treated me through the entire experience. Thank you all at Diamond's Direct! You made a difference for me in this process and I am now a customer for life. read more

Diamonds Direct has the best price on Diamonds in Dallas! Come here if you are looking for a beautiful engagement ring. They are able to match and beat anyone in the Diamond market. You can even compare the diamond price on sites like Blue Nile and James Allen. I removed one star because the price of wedding bands is a little more expensive than market value. There's still room for them to be more competitive if they went lower on the price of other jewelry. read more

My ring was bought at this location when it used to be Diamond Doctor, and when it changed to Diamonds Direct I was assured they would still handle any ring maintenance. 5 years after the original purchase I noticed the ring catching on clothes, hair, etc. because one of the prongs had slightly bent up from the stone. I brought it in to Diamonds Direct and got the absolute rudest woman to work with. She essentially insulted the ring and said the setting was bad and there was nothing they could do about it. I again asked if they couldn't just gently bend the prong back down, it didn't seem like that big of a deal, I've never had any problems with the ring before this. I kid you not, she rolled her eyes, took it to the back and when she came back with it it looked like someone had taken a pair of garage pliers to mash the prong down. The prong was completely flat against the stone and it was dented and rough. I was appalled. My beautiful ring was now damaged. When I asked what in the world she did, and pointed at the very obvious damage, she got out her little magnifier and acted like she was straining to see the problem. I took the ring and left immediately and had it repaired properly elsewhere with no issues, no insults, and no eye rolling. They were able to fix the original problem as well as the damage done by Diamonds Direct. read more

Great Place to get beautiful quality jewelry for a reasonable price. Our final price was lower than any online price and the diamond we got from diamonds direct was GIA certified. Ask for Mai! She knows a lot about gems and will go above and beyond to find you the perfect diamond. She helped me and my fiance a lot by keeping his budget in mind but also my wishes a priority. They have contacts with a lot of jewelers so the options are endless and they can custom make pretty much anything. read more

I bought a ring for an anniversary present and I know nothing about jewelry so I enlisted the help of Greg and his customer care and assistance is beyond excellent. I just can't even begin to say enough good things about our experience with Diamonds Direct. From the moment we walked in, Charity completely put us at ease with the process of creating my dream engagement ring. My Fiance raved about how transparent and honest Charity was throughout the entire process, giving us the most incredible ring for the budget we had. Charity brought in many options for the center stone to choose from and I was able to get a larger sized diamond in the color and clarity that I wanted and still get a beautiful custom made setting. They redid the CAD's twice to make sure everything was to our exact specifications and it honestly turned out even better than we imagined. If you're even considering starting to look for an engagement ring, do NOT go anywhere else. Thank you Diamond's Direct for making my DREAM ring from my DREAM man! read more

There are not enough great things I can say about working with Leslie Greco! My husband and I had a diamond from my great grandmother (old mine cut) which needed special care and consideration when being mounted into my engagement ring. Great place with outstanding customer service to shop an engagement ring. My fiancé and I looked around the Dallas area, but couldn't find that perfect ring with the exceptional quality and price that would meet our price point. When we went to Diamonds Direct, we were lucky to meet with Carol Kube, one of their one of their diamond experts who not only had great customer service, but also she took the time to provide us with thorough understanding of how to purchase and pick a diamond ring. I was flying into Dallas to view my top choices online, in hopes to select my perfect ring. I had 2 places waiting for me, but my buddy Ryan was just raving about his experience with Justin Lehn at Diamonds Direct, and insisted I met. Justin knew exactly what I wanted and overnighted the top 4 options from ALL locations for my (her) very specific diamond type request. Justin was 100% confident because he knew that they had the best facilities, technology, guarantee, pricing, an most importantly the best stone. Ultimately to have all the resources, with a money back guarantee! It's just impossible to beat. I was such a neurotic shopper but Justin really made positive that I was making the best decision, and wow the ring feedback? "You did fantastic" is on repeat! read more

My husband surprised me with an appointment with Charity at Diamonds Direct in Dallas to pick out a new wedding set to celebrate our 30 yrs of marriage. It was the absolute best experience for both of us. Charity was extremely knowledgeable, patient and did not pressure or sway us in any way. We found the most beautiful emerald cut diamond set, that is absolutely stunning. Charity also went above and beyond with a ring that I was wearing and had the basket redone, had it cleaned and buffed to where it looks brand new. They now have repeat customers for a very long time! Just take the time to check this place out, you will not be sorry. read more

Last summer, on the advice of friends, we went to Diamonds Direct to look for an engagement ring. We called in the morning and had an appointment in the afternoon! We didn't know what we wanted, other than we wanted something different, so we were prepared to be overwhelmed and nervous. Nothing could have been further from our experience. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. At that visit, we worked with Graham S and found an amazing one of a kind engagement ring. He found the perfect stone for the center set since we wanted a pink sapphire rather than a standard diamond, and he found EXACTLY what we were looking for. He said it would take a few days - it took 1! It was the easiest experience of wedding planning! Fast forward a few months, and we decided we wanted a matching wedding band, which is tough since the engagement ring was so unique. We knew that custom may be the answer but were a little skeptical of the process (since we don't know anything about jewelry!). We worked with Greg K. who helped narrow down some design criteria and then custom designed a matching band. We talked to him about what we wanted and he managed to re-create exactly what was in our head! He incorporated the same color matching sapphires as well as a pair of uniquely shaped diamonds into the most amazing wedding band we've seen. And for a price that gave us anti-sticker shock! Way less than I was expecting, which is always nice when buying jewelry. And the quality is just out of this world. Never thought I'd be the one to say it, but "I have a jewelry guy" seems to be a more common thing when people ask us about the rings. Definitely skip the high pressure car sales types you find at the other stores (the ones who target just the engagement ring market for example). We never felt any pressure, we were respected the whole time (as was our budget), and walking into the store is always a welcoming experience. We feel a lot more confident about buying jewelry now that we know that we can go to Diamonds Direct. read more

Being new to Dallas it was hard to find a jeweler who I could trust to provide great product and service. My expectations were exceeded at Diamonds Direct. We purchased my wedding band here and will soon be purchasing my fiancé's band there too. I recently popped in to have my engagement ring sized down and to my pleasant surprise, they didn't charge be for the sizing when I returned to pick it up since I'm a customer of theirs. Great experience from start to finish and wonderful customer service. I can't wait to wear my wedding band in a few months! I'll definitely be heading to Diamonds Direct for me next jewelry purchase! read more

My husband and I have gone into Diamonds Direct twice now in the last month. The first time was to look around because it's our 10th anniversary in April of this year and we're getting me a new wedding ring set. We worked with one of the people there, figured out what we wanted, left him all of our information, and he said he was going to put everything we chose in the system so it was easy to find when we came back closer to our anniversary. My husband emailed him a week later with questions and ti make an appointment to come back. He never received a response. We went back in anyway and worked with someone else because the first guy wasn't there due to a personal appointment. The second guy couldn't find out information in the system because the first evidently didn't do it. Then proceeded to tell me he didn't really think what I wanted was a good idea. I was immediately deflated, trying not to cry and just wanted to leave. He took our information and said he would give it to the first guy to contact us. Still nothing from either of them. We wanted to spend money in this store, but evidently they don't want our money. I'm glad we took a picture of what I wanted so we can just go somewhere else that will treat us better and have them make it. read more
