I recently moved to the Hemet area and am staying long term in my RV. I messed up and ran out of propane in the middle of the long Memorial Day Weekend, so I checked YELP and found Diamond Valley Propane. I called & left message on Sunday evening, and by Monday morning (on a Holiday no less), Harry called me and told me they'd be out the very next day to refill my tank (which was Tuesday). However, nobody showed and I was a little concerned, so I called & left a message on Tuesday evening and first thing Wednesday morning, Harry called to apologize and also let me know that our RV park had given him the wrong space number (which I confirmed as true, so it was not their fault - it was my own RV park who made the mistake). Harry was gracious enough to schedule me for a special delivery (on a Wednesday), as they normally only service my park on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sure enough, James arrived with his propane truck & took care of business, and the price of the fuel was exactly the amount I expected. No problems, no hassles, and these gentleman are both professional and extremely nice individuals, so it was a 'win-win' with DVP. THANK YOU Harry & James! Horrible company During the worse part of the winter DVP, Harry, would not respond to phone calls to fill me and my neighbor's tanks. I was totally empty and in order to heat my 2200 sq ft home we had to resort to using electric heaters. We were unable to even get emergency propane (per state law) because of Harry placing a locking system on the fill nozzle of the tank. He wouldn't even respond to unlocking the tank to allow an emergency refill and completely ignored me and my neighbors. I canceled his "service" and found a company that was willing to serve all of us regardless of the weather or its outside temperature. I can not recommend nor will I Diamond Valley Propane to anyone. I wouldn't even give a rating except in order to post my review I must enter at least one star. read more

Changed owners. I returned to Socal Propane. I own my own tank (necessary for comparison price shopping) and shop pricing routinely. I've known Dave (new owner) for a few years from his other company, AC Propane. He's too rigid in pricing. read more

I would not recommend this place. When you make appointment to come to your home they don't show. When you call the office they don't pick up. The driver is very rude. They used to have a guy named ed and he was wonderful. This place has gone down completely with customer service. read more

We have always had the best service with DVP. We have had them over 4 years and have nothing but the best to say about their personnel. They always try to accommodate our schedule whenever possible. In the past we have at least 3 other gas providers and they were no where as good and professional as DVP. Also, I am a shopper who compares prices regularly and DVP by far always has the best price. I don't think I would find a propane supplier any better than this company! read more

We switched to DVP because our previous supplier was charging twice what we pay now...DVP delivers when we call. We live in a rural area, down dirt road easements, so there are times when they cannot deliver, due to road conditions. Live in RV and and have used this service over past 2-1/2 years. Very poor experience. Driver is very rude and apparently does not know how to fill tank. He does not open bleed valve to get tank to 80% level, therefore the tank never gets full. Also I think price is outrageous, as of yesterday total cost was $4.37 gallon. Over past year I drove RV to propane fill station and never paid more than$2.05/gal. and extra benefit of this is that RV gets some exercise. I will continue to drive to get filled up with propane. Not worth the hassle of dealing with poor service, high prices. read more

One of the worst businesses we've ever dealt with - tried to rent a propane tank while staying at a local RV park for 3 months. Never delivered the tank, never called and even after a face-to-face discussion with owner Harry they never showed up. read more
