Well thats unfortunate that these guys got a couple 1 stars. We had the best experience. They are very reasonable, have great customer service, are very knowledgable, the Kubota works great and they are still in contact with us with follow ups. We really enjoy our tractor. Thank you Troy and Nate for all your help! If your looking to buy a tractor I recommend these guys, Inland Kubota!

I have 6 dogs plus the occasional fosters so it's great to be able to bring them here for $9.99 each. I appreciate that they offer shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels. My only issue is the dryers. For about a year, one didn't work at all and the other only has really cold air. It's a hit or miss on if they have nail trimmers. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I haven't encountered other folks taking a really long time like other reviews are saying. I don't believe a time limit is necessary. Some pups are easier than others. For example, my Husky is gonna take a lot longer to dry than my MinPin. I think folks are just unreasonable and impatient. I've had 8 folks ahead of me and still been able to wash my dogs within an hour which I think is reasonable. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, especially with my reactive foster dog. My husband was walking with our dog through the store and an employee who also trains dogs approached us with tips. Super helpful and made us feel better. The pup is reactive and the only way he'll learn is by going out into the world to be desensitized. We've encountered some horribly folks at other stores, but here, everyone was caring and helpful. No judgement!

The area still reflects the demographics of the era when segregation was an established and acceptable practice. A line of patrons formed as soon as you entered the store, shopping around wasn't encouraged. Most people knew what they wanted and asked the clerk for it. The clerk then took the money wrung up the sale and then went and found the item or items requested and the customer was on their way. I didn't watch a full straw or hay sale, but I would imagine it would include a written ticket and the instruction to go to the back yard area for the men to load your truck. I took a short walk around the shop to get an idea of what they had. I got in the service line from the end as my curiosity demoted my sequence by several people who arrived after me. This was no significant problem and the service was efficient. In no time it was my turn to receive service. The clerk asked to help in English so I did not torture him with my Spanish. I asked for a sack of layer flake for quail/chicken. He quoted a fair price and said he'd bring it out to the car. Within a few moments, the transaction was done and I was sent on my way with kind words of thanks and come again. Oh, how I'll linger longer next time in the shop. Attractive items include a hard to find WIDE brim straw gardening/field hat. Tack parts and supplies hung from the walls. Odd bits of this and that for back yard chicken keepers. There were chicks available. Bales of hay and alfalfa were in the back yard. It is one of those cluttered up stores that begs you to look in every nook and cranny. They had a feeder rat/mouse in a cage. On top of that cage was a kitten being informally trained to be a barn cat as it tried to stalk a perfectly safe mouse in the cage. There was a section with open feed bags. They will sell by the pound or by the whole bag. This is a great service for folks with a few back yard hens. Fortunately for the owners, there was a steady stream of customers each doing business on Saturday. I didn't want to take the air space just to satisfy my curiosity, so I only afforded myself a few impressions sufficient to encourage a second future visit to the Barajas Feed & Supply shop on the corner of Mt. Vernon Ave and 9th will be on my list of places to go.
