I returned the pruner that Hubby bought using his card coz I found ours already. This is where it got totally messed up. I provided my Ca. ID. when requested my the Returns staff, Yudith. It already felt like this was going to be a painful transaction in the end- no thanks to the RETURNS staff who entered my Last name as my first-- . What the flying @u€k?! My bad, I didn't notice it then. The garden center & the way the inventory is laid out at this location is not the best organization as I was going back & forth looking for things. Staff are helpful, except for the Returns (Yudith) person that totally messed up the experience coz it screwed up my checkout . Anthony helped me out & he was patient with me coz I was getting exasperated during checkout--it wouldn't accept my ID when I scanned it (coz Yudith entered it incorrectly). Granted, I understand that people make mistakes but this was so frustrating. The staff person manning self checkout apologized. Thank goodness! For some reason, this experience just made me vow not to return at this location if I could help it at all.

I ended up seeing the guy who was supposed to help me carry something out for another lady. I was pretty annoyed. I drove a bit further to the Lowe's in the Upland location and oh my! He decided to just stay at the propane tank, and fill all the tanks before he would come take care of gas. After 10 minutes, I finally had enough and left. To the owner of this business, if propane is your #1 business, then your clerk is doing a great job, but if you really want to sell gas, then you should fire the lazy, good for nothing, clerk.
