They pulled me up and I had 4 1/2 gallons in the trunk because Prius eat oil a lot. So I asked him if we could use it because I didn't wanna carry this big old thing around he said yes then you'll just pay for the labor. It was synthetic. I was out the door like 61 bucks now not sure if that's a great deal because the oil cost me $30. The odd thing occurred when I asked them about my tires. The gentleman opened the door and looked and said that I was 32 on the front 33 on the back and when I asked the other person, she said she did 35 all the way around so there was a lot of people doing a lot of things, but it was very odd because there was just so many people. When I was pulling in, the lady said left with her hands and the other lady said could you pay attention please. That was a little unpleasant. Overall, it was a good experience. Their prices are very competitive. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days of calling. I came in on my day off (they are only open during my workday) and hung out in the general surrounding area during an oil change. The oil change includes tire rotation, which is what is recommended by the tire manufacturer as well (by mileage) so that's a win-win. During the general inspection process they found that mice were making beds in my engine. They ordered replacement air filters during my visit, installed them and gave my engine a rodent treatment spray. No detectable odor in the car cabin so that went well. Great location. I grabbed lunch and entertainment while my car was being worked on however they also have a lounge in their shop. The shop is also very tidy and clean where they work on the vehicles which is also impressive. I recommend!

Dropped my car off bout 8:00 am and they had it all day around 3:00 that day I hadn't heard from them so I called an the guy said he would check an call me back. At 5:00 I had not heard from them so I go to pick up my car. When I get there they have looked at my car and they have an estimate for $1200 stating that I need to replace the power steering pump and all the hoses. When I paid the bill and went to pick up my car, I discovered that the guys had simply blocked the bay with my car inside--they were loading a pickup truck. I asked them to let me out because I was in a hurry to take my pregnant wife to her doctor's appointment... but they just started ignoring me completely. In the end, I waited an extra 3 hours beyond the original estimate. I had been planning to get the wheels balanced there as well, but obviously, with this kind of attitude toward customers, this shop should be avoided.
