The owner Eric is super calm and nice and was very honest about cost estimate for my car and boy my car needed a lot of work. He got it done in literally less than 48 hours for all the things that needed fixing. Really appreciate he squeezing me in with our tight schedule as we were trying to go to the mountain with kids. My Del sol needed a quick timing adjustment to figure out the cause of my VTEC KICKIN in really weird, I'm not here to fix my VTEC issue, I was going down a lost on what could make my VTEC Sputter. knowing how busy these guys were I came in without an appointment told them my concern and that I was heading to the race track after this, he quickly timed my engine to specs. Joe & his brother are amazing mechanics and business owners. They are so honest, kind, and quick. Our headlight was out and we took our car to the Acura dealership. They said we needed a very expensive custom electrical part to repair it. It cost $600. We bought the part and then they said it would be an extra $1000 for the labor and repair. We took it to Topline Motors for a second opinion and they said they could fix it for half the cost and we didn't even need the part we bought from Acura. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Another time my key fab wouldn't work and the back door wouldn't open from the outside. We took it in and were expecting an electrical issue and a new door lock. Nope, Joe told us all he had to do was replace the battery and both issues were fixed. He charged us only $10. Amazing service! Thank you so much for being so honest and helpful! read more

Eric and his crew are top notch mechanics! My wife accidentally put diesel in our 2016 RDX up in Costco Southcenter Gas station. To makes things worst, wife started the car and drove a little bit where she could safely park. Okay guys, the first thing you SHOULD do if something happens like this is NEVER EVER start your car. I talk to her and she got it right away but I could understand her concern, she didn't want to be stuck in the gas station so everything is forgiven. So we scrambled looking for a place because it happened around 6pm and normally shops closes around that time. My wife quickly searched Yelp and their it was, we found this place. Of course, i'm very skeptical with every mechanic I talked to but when I had Eric on the phone, he was very calm and very informative. He also was very fair with the pricing (after calling the dealership which quoted us three times vs. Eric's quote). I knew this was the right fit and told Eric that I might just be leaving the car outside his shop since he closes at 7pm. He said okay your free to do that, so after I called the insurance and waited for the Tow truck to come which took them forever to get us, it was already around 830pm when they got us going. We got to the shop around 8:40pm and surprisingly, there was Eric waiting! I was a little bit shock and very happy at the same time knowing I could finally talk to him in person. I said "man thanks for the wait", and he replied "Well, I had some stuff I had to do anyway and i knew you were coming, so I just waited a little bit". Man, the fact that he acknowledged this and made an effort, I know I had to write this review. Eric reassured me that this things happens and he should be able to fix it. I crossed my finger hoping nothing more was damaged when she turned that ignition on. As he predicted, he got it done the next day although his schedule was full so I really thanked him for caring about my precious time. Eric, you earned my business. I would highly recommend this folks up in Kent (right next Ranch 99). They're great, honest, and a friendly place to service your car. read more

I highly recommend Top Line as an honest, reliable auto repair shop. They have worked on my car several times and I am always satisfied with the results. It is very nice to be able to totally trust my car repairs to them. Recently I had an annoying recurring sound near my rear axle. They put the car on the rack and could find nothing loose. Then they found a small metal piece that had a slight bend to it. They bent in back in place and solved the problem. Now I can drive my car in peace again. read more

I like that they didn't force anything upon me and that I could make my own decision, I went with them on getting a newer used engine for my car and now it runs amazing. I knew what was needed for my car and they worked fast and efficiently to get my car up and running like new. These guys are genuine and that's hard to find with mechanics these days, my parents told me that Joe and Eric would show them the parts they replaced ( have the old parts in the box ) to show that they actually worked on the car, unlike other businesses who scam and don't even lay a finger on the car.
