No one calls us back and there is no ETA on the part but they let the lender know the job is done so we have to start paying on a loan when the system is incomplete. Sales personnel from Sun Power by Sun Solar told me I'd get a $500 Veteran discount in the form of a card/check and I have been asking for it for over a year and have yet to receive my measly $500 off of $68,000+ purchase. It's not really about the money but more about the principle. I've been told the check will be in the mail next week a few times. Failed inspections also causing delays. Work was done on my system and installers left without turning my system breakers back on for days. I had to call back to confirm if they were left off intentionally or accidentally. Installers showed up to work without any appointment or notification, luckily I was home that day on my day off. Company is lacking in attention to details, ethics, customer service, support, and satisfaction so far.

After a couple frustrating weeks we received a glowing recommendation for "Solar Tim" with Solarverse. He was easy to get a hold of, he promptly requested access to our app virtually and was able to get a technician out to our house within 2 days. Our tech, Noah, was great! That is when they told me that I had to get three estimates and send them the documentation where upon their board would take this under advisement. I called Vibe Solar and paid their service fee to come out and assess the problem. Michael Peters is the technician that came out. He immediately found the problem (which was a juryrigged line to the last inverter before the main box) and was wonderful about taking care of it. My 28 panel array is back up and working like a champ. I will be using Vibe Solar in the future for any problems that may arise. Actually I am letting my manufacturer know that I wish to switch the service provider they have listed for me to Vibe Solar and will be happy to tell them why.
