I can't say enough good things about Barrett. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start…read moreto finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly way better than I expected when dealing with electrical work. He installed GFI outlets, repaired and upgraded my circuit breaker for my EV charger, and converted my garage outlet into a proper high-voltage setup for charging--and everything was done flawlessly. You can tell right away that he knows exactly what he's doing. He took the time to explain the work in a way that actually made sense, didn't cut corners, and made sure everything was up to code and safe. What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in his work. The install looks clean, organized, and professionally done--not rushed or sloppy like you sometimes see. He also showed up on time, communicated clearly, and kept everything tidy, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for an electrician who is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, Barrett is your guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for anything electrical. Highly recommend.

This weekend when the power went out to half of my house, with the temperature over 100 degrees, Robert came out on a Sunday and checked out the situation, and the next morning on their day off, Nick and Brandon removed the ancient panel and put in a new panel and whole home surge protection, as well as replaced a dangerous outlet, even though it was 101 degrees today. The old panel was a fire hazard, and now I feel so much safer. I really appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and fast service that they provided. This is a great family-owned business, and I plan to hire them in the future for additional electrical work.

I've hired these guys a few times now. The last job I had them do was 4 years ago to run electrical…read morein my yard for a hot tub and at that time an above ground pool. They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.

I was approached by a company to do some home repairs and so I decided why not cause my house definitely needed an upgrade. The guy came and we talked and agreed on the program. My son stepped in and said that this did not sound like a good idea and so I called the company and said that I will just do the roofing job on a cash basis instead of a program. I called RAM and spoke with either Yvonne or Evelyn and was quoted a price that made me think I made the right choice. The work I needed done was a panel upgrade, all electrical plugs changed in the house and some GFI's. THEY QUOTED ME HALF OF WHAT THE OTHER COMPANY WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME. (I say this using a 72 point font in bold letters) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Wow. So glad I checked before I really dug my grave. Evelyn broke it all down to me and told me what I needed to do to get the plan in action. And like clock work everything fell into place. They came and started working right away. Josh and forgive me but I totally forgot the other guys name, came and knock the job out. Both were professional and didn't mind me getting in the way or asking questions. Since our appointment was later in the day and we found out the issue was a bit more complicated needing more time, so we rescheduled the next day. The 2 electricians that came in the next day resolved the issue in less than an hour and they were great as well! Their price was reasonable and you definitely won't feel like you got ripped off. After fixing the existing issues from the previous electrician, I had Jorge upgrade my main panel to 200 amps.
