EV charger and 5 fans. One fan is large and required a little bit of extra effort which he provided without complaint. Service is absolutely top notch. They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.

The dishwasher refused to run right. My wife and I replaced the outlet, and that did exactly NOTHING. We try to troubleshoot what's happening, and I manage to blow the whole house breaker. I can't solve the small problem, and now I can't get the power on to the house! Wonderful! So, we go a night without power. Eat by candlelight and play games together on our phones rather than watch TV. The next morning, Chris answers the phone right away. Another 20 minutes and $140, and we are launched, happily back into the 21st Century. I asked for an explanation, and after laying the issue out 3 times, I think I get it. There's a tab on the outlet that must be broken off before it's installed in a situation like ours. Because we didn't, it overloaded the system and blew the breaker. Our specific main breaker switch is so sticky or unused that it took a surprisingly manly amount of force to get it to move, and as a dude who's broken a couple dozen things by torquing on 'em too hard, I'd been hesitant to apply the force required to actually flip the switch. Thank you, Chris, for your quick, cheerful, capable response. It's nice to have things working again the way they should.

I first spoke with Levon on August 10th and informed him of exactly what I was looking for. Levon designed the exact system I was looking for and was available day and night to answer all of the questions we had regarding changes and updates to the system. Levon was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and emailed us during every step of the process. Our system was installed on September 7th and would have been earlier if it wasn't for us delaying the project being out of town and not getting the documents back to Levon sooner. Overall even with the delays the system was installed less than 30 days after contacting Levon. The install was very smooth and the foreman for the install project explained the entire process that morning and what the next steps would be. Again everything that was explained was exactly how the process went to the very last detail. The solar inspection from the city was on September 16th and we received PTO on September 20th. Our system has been operating for almost two months now I don't have one complaint about except I wish I would've call Levon at Solar Shoppers from the beginning. If you are looking to get solar for your home I would definitely recommend getting a quote form Solar Shoppers. Of all the companies I spoke with no of them could beat Solar SHoppers price or timeline to complete the install.
