I was approached by a company to do some home repairs and so I decided why not cause my house definitely needed an upgrade. The guy came and we talked and agreed on the program. My son stepped in and said that this did not sound like a good idea and so I called the company and said that I will just do the roofing job on a cash basis instead of a program. I called RAM and spoke with either Yvonne or Evelyn and was quoted a price that made me think I made the right choice. The work I needed done was a panel upgrade, all electrical plugs changed in the house and some GFI's. THEY QUOTED ME HALF OF WHAT THE OTHER COMPANY WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME. (I say this using a 72 point font in bold letters) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Wow. So glad I checked before I really dug my grave. Evelyn broke it all down to me and told me what I needed to do to get the plan in action. And like clock work everything fell into place. They came and started working right away. Josh and forgive me but I totally forgot the other guys name, came and knock the job out. Both were professional and didn't mind me getting in the way or asking questions. Here are just a few words to describe this company: AMAZING, PATIENT, EFFICIENT, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, QUICK RESPONSE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY, DEDICATED AND MOST OF ALL TRUTHFUL ! I honestly can not say how grateful I am to have found them. If you need any electrical work done, don't look any further because they are simply the best. I a RAM fan forever !

I called them and spoke to Evelyn first, she tried helping me do some troubleshooting first to make sure that the issue was not the circuit breaker. When we realized the problem was more complicated then I scheduled them to come in the next day. Mike came in to help and he was great! He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Since our appointment was later in the day and we found out the issue was a bit more complicated needing more time, so we rescheduled the next day. The 2 electricians that came in the next day resolved the issue in less than an hour and they were great as well! Their price was reasonable and you definitely won't feel like you got ripped off. I'd definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services!

We ALSO lost power in the Living Room, Staircase, Upstairs Loft, and OUR Master Bedroom (1/2 of it), Bathroom as well. Upon checking the breakers, I noticed there was NOTHING out of place or tripped, so I was puzzled. Going through Angi's List didn't help us much as the handyman there were a bit pricey. We contacted a family Real Estate member, and asked them if they knew of anyone that might be able to help us out. They stated that they did, passed along the business name and told us to call them as they had given them a notice we'd be calling. We called up Israelectric, and were able to get an Estimate for the power problem after the technician came over to inspect the possible cause(s). We received a very acceptable quote and decided to have them do the work. There were a couple of additional electrical type tasks needed as well. ALL of the work was done in a very timely, professional, quality manner. The technician was VERY helpful, explained everything needing to be done, and as they went along to keep us in the loop. They are VERY customer oriented / family outfit. They rechecked all the work done to make sure it was CORRECTLY functioning and SAFE. I would recommend EVERYONE to give this business a call. They are FAIR, very professional, take their time to do the job right #1. We are glad we found them, and had them do the work. We have found a VERY professional and affordable Electrician. Strong work ethic and they show up on time when they say they will. I was shocked how quickly their crew works, they finished what seemed to me like a pretty big job in only one day. What a pleasant surprise, because it's usually the other way around. And special bonus, they were very mindful about cutting my drywall carefully so I could re-use the cut-out sections. It saved me time and money when my handyman came to patch the walls. After Positively Electric finished the big jobs and my place, kitchen installers showed up at my place a few days later to install new cabinets. Turns out I needed to move an outlet a few inches for the cabinets to work. I called Tony, the owner of Positively Electric, asking him in desperation if they could come out within the hour. Yes! I was so relieved. Their speedy response allowed my move ahead with the kitchen install, instead of a costly rescheduling. I really appreciate the Pos Elec team, nice guys too.
