If going to them on the weekend it's best to make an appointment but walkins are welcome but waiting time is longer on weekends versus coming into their shop Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday when it's not as busy the manager told me. Salon opened at 9, at which time I arrived, but was not helped until 9:15. Staff was late and very rude. The entire time I was getting a pedicure the employee chatted with her friend and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was as thought I was inconveniencing her. I got my nails done about 2 days ago and the way they put them on makes them look like they're 2 weeks old and starting to grow out.

Service is second rate, even with an appointment. There is no customer service skills there they just do whatever regardless of the clients request. The nail tech told me I chose an old color and had me pick a new one, but left the old color on which clearly wasn't smooth. It's in a rural part of town, I suggest you keep driving to find a decent alternative. read more

I was unsure based on reviews and decided to walk in and try it. I went in on a Wednesday about 3 and sat right down in a pedicure chair. Vicki asked me if I wanted anything to drink and immediately started on my pedicure. She was fantastic and I would come back because of her and how detailed she was on my feet. I was excited for a location close to home however every time I schedule an appointment I have had to wait 30-40 mins. I understand waiting that long if I was a walk in but I should not have to wait more than 10-15 mins for a scheduled appointment. I love nail art and no one at this salon is very good at it. This was a new salon for me but I got my dip nails as I do at my favorite salon and this was a horrible job. The nails were so thin, they didn't even last a week. And he usedUV gel top coat on them. I have never had someone use UV gel on dip nails. Then I went back to have the broken nail fixed and they tried to argue with me that they were done properly. They are not kind, or competitively priced. Plus, They charge as much as salons downtown. Will not be back. read more

I've been to this salon before and they usually do a great job, but had a horrible experience with prices. I brought my younger cousin with me to get her nails done, we asked for a full set acrylic with normal polish while I was getting a gel manicure. However, when I finished and walked over to where my 17 year old cousin was, the nail tech was putting gel polish on instead. When I asked my cousin she said the nail tech told her it was a free charge for gel, but when I went to pay they charged me $15 more for the gel polish. On top of that, the nail tech forgot to put a top coat on and moved my cousin aside to put her hands under the UV light herself so she could take someone else, not even waiting to make sure her nails were okay. It's sad that one person changed my entire opinion of the salon but the lying and high pricing, not to mention poor service, will stop me from ever coming here again. read more

I lost my reward card in the shop with either 4 or 5 stamps on it. ..the staff knew some even helped me look for it. When it was not found I was given a new card with 2 stamps on it.....they know I've been there much more than 2 times. I have not returned. I really liked coming here until my last 3 times. The first disappointing time I chalked it up to the person. So i tried again, only to be disappointed and hurt... So today I made sure to ask for the ones I knew to be good only to be even more pissed. When someone says 'don't pull it hurts' and the nail tech continues to pull, red flag #1. Then when the one doing the dip, who you love has she's always done them before, is crabby and acting rude, not like any other time before, and then doesn't listen when you say 'I don't like the American with so much pink like the guy did last time. I want it more natural looking' she does the complete opposite and then try's to place blame that's how it's suppsed to look. BULLSHIT! So I am done with this place. So sad cuz they are in a Great spot. That's going to be what keeps them super busy, even if they don't truly care what the customer says. read more

Been going here since they opened. Kevin is my nail tech and he is great, does exactly what I ask for and my nails last 3 weeks or more unlike other places where one nail comes off in a week. Also have done my nails with Tom. Never been to a salon where the environment is so comfortable & they're always welcoming. I do recommend making an appointment because they're pretty busy. Complimentary beverages and they also have wine available when doing pedicures. Best in Naples ! read more

Salon is beautiful, and have enough staff. But there work is no good, pedicure polish fell 2 days after. And aryllic refill with gel polish on top (5 days no shine). Extremely expensive and cheap products. They need to improve in quality work. read more
