They also take walk in appointments, so things got better and better. The salon is nicely equipped and has so many types of polish. This is the salon to try if you're looking at the latest nail trends, they do everything. Ben did a great job on my nails, he is very detail oriented. I had made an 11:30 appointment and was asked to be seated to wait for someone available. I waited for 20 minutes to be told who I was scheduled to see wasn't there anymore and it would be another 20 minutes until someone was available to see me. I left and went to another Salon, where they got me right in, did a wonderful job, and finished before I needed to leave for another appointment. The manager never never apologized for the inconvience and waste of my time. I drove 30 minutes to wait for nothing. Next time call me and reschedule!! read more

I went in to get acrylics after three days i had 2 missing nails. The acrylic they use is not good quality and is very weak. The girl who did my nails also cut me multiple times and hurt me with the drill. I do not recommend, it was a compete waste of money. read more

Gel color manicure is $33, the nail tech was brusque and not really interested in me being there despite my attempts to make friendly conversation about this new salon. Horrible application of gel color - not enough coats, rushed, rude mannerisms like pulling the UV light machine away from me while my hand was still in it, to indicate drying had been complete...most people take the customer's hand out and place it on top of the machine or beside it rather than just pulling it away abruptly. Bubbles on 2 nails, didn't cover the corner tip of my nail that still has red reside from my last gel manicure. Sharp edges on nails not softly buffed or shaped, and a lot of spillover/overage on some nails that he needed to shape and remove and didn't. Would not recommend or return for a gel manicure. no hand massage, no lotion, no exfoliating scrub to wash hands, etc. nothing. read more

Awful customer service! My husband and I went in last Friday , he got a mani / pedi and I got a gel pedi and dip. On Saturday ( the following day) my dip manicure started chipping and by Monday 5 different nails had completely peeled off. I went in to have them redo them and they charged me the full amount of the dip and didn't even give me the full manicure. When I questioned it they started yelling at me "you" don't want to pay pretty loudly and offered me a small insulting discount. They called the manager on the phone and he said I needed to pay full price. So like a normal person would do I tipped the tech and walked out. read more

Today was met first time coming in. I asked for the first image below and the person doing my nails said "easy!" So I thought okay perfect. I asked for gel acrylic assuming it would be the powder gel but they did liquid gel which is not what I wanted. The liquid gel made my nails too thick and my nails were burning in the UV light dryer so badly that I had to take them out everytime. I had to correct the person on my nail color and design multiple times and the design I wanted is still incorrect. Then they charged $15 extra for liquid gel but never mentioned that to me so I was very upset because now I have no money left for gas or food this week. If you are considering visiting this salon please clarify that you want powder gel because it is $40 which is a very reasonable price to me. Also ask for a lot longer than you want because they file them down too much. read more

I visited this salon for the first time last wee. First, the technician never introduced herself and had limited ability to speak and understand English. Not really a problem for me but you could know the basic 20 words relating to nails. She did a 4 star job on my pedicure as I purchased a level 2 pedicure. Nice job polishing my toes and massage. Then I proceeded to get my manicure. I don't cut my cuticles, so she seemed taken aback when I pulled my hand away and said no cutting. The nail tech working on another client was her interpreter. Telling me I should get gel etc. I just want regular polish (I did gel and powder for a few years and removal process wrecked my natural nail). I walked out of there with my nails looking pretty. I woke up in the morning with chip and within 3 days they were peeling and I had to remove the polish. Maybe the use dollar store base coat/top coat. Wasted $80. I won't go back. read more

I visited on a rainy Sunday morning and was greeted right away by the staff, quickly sat in by far the nicest massage chair I've ever seen at a nail salon, and had an ice cold water in my hand within minutes. The staff was super friendly, the salon was spotless, and I received the best pedicure I've had in a long time. (I selected the island one) 10/10 recommend and will be back! Visited this place for the first time, I didn't realize that it opened already. I enjoyed my experience. I had a deluxe pedicure. The massage was very relaxing and my nails look great! Everything is so clean. The massage chairs are some of the nicest chairs I've ever seen at a nail salon. They heat up while they massage and there are arm massagers in the arm rest. I would recommend this place to anyone for sure. The people are also very polite and accommodating. They offer complimentary water or soda before you sit down. read more

I went for the first time for a manicure. When he started to trim my cuticles, I ask for a sterile instrument. He told me it would be more money & I said are you kidding me. I am an RN & always get sterile instruments from the autoclave. He did not even bother to spray them with alcohol. So of course I said do not trim my cuticles. My 1st & last time there. I went with 2 friends for pedicures. The nail techs were not doing a " full" pedicure. So lazy acting and rude too. They rushed through and overcharged my friend for deluxe pedicure which she would have paid for had she actually gotten a deluxe ! They had only 2 clients in the salon but rushed us through so they could do their own nails. Another lady stopped in complaining g about her nails from a previous appointment. Absolutely do not go to this place. My daughter went in to have her nails done and asked for a full set replacement. The tech refused insisting that she would be fine. The fill did not go down to her nail beds. The brushes were not clean and had streaks of colors that were not in the design. When my daughter repeatedly asked to correct things the tech gave her attitude sighing and making noises and insisting that it will all turn out fine.Flowers looked like :-) fac And when I called and asked for the manager they lied and said that they were the manager until I complained and said I had to call the "real manager ".
