Was really happy when I started going here with my daughter n law, well to me it seems as though you would accomadate 2 people coming in together getting mani pedi always. I started going in my spare time and get started the stop n go treatment. They would stop the person halfway into your time to go start another's toes or something. I feel like it's very unprofessional. Some of the techs there are very sweet but the mgr. Shouldnt stop someones time to start another. I loved my nails! Yen was the nail tech. Goin on two weeks with SNS and I'm happy. But i can say i WONT be going back. I'm a clean freak and they are not clean at all. It's so unsanitary to jump to another customer with the same pumice bar, cuticle cutter and nail filer without sanitizing and THROWING AWAY the pumice bar and sanitizing the foot bowl even if there is plastic. I went to this place to do my nails, I picked a colour off the door located in the back of the store. So TRAN that's her name was the nail technician was supposed to do my nail she asked me what colour I using so I gave her the number. She came back with the wrong colour I told her that's not it I got the colour off the door in the back. One of her co-worker even told her where I got the colour from but because she didn't want to go in the back to get the color with her lazy ass. She start to talk abt me in their language that I dont know wat colour i want and her colleague start laughing like they think it was funny. So i had to go in the back and show that woman which colour i wanted. I vowed to never go back to Diamond nail. read more

Very rude! Went in with my mother, grandmother, and daughter. They took my mother for mani then took my grandmother for pedi. Someone later came get my daughter to polish her nails. Forty-five minutes passed and they still had not got to me so I decided not to let them service me and went walk to the gas station. When I return, my mother is in an heated argument with the nail tech that was polishing my 6 year old daughter's nail, apparently the nail tech screamed at my child for picking her own polish The manager apologized but at the end of the day this will never be tolerated. i want to give them 0 stars. i went to this location march 26th trying to get a sns extension coffin nail set for the first time. the young tech was nice and could understand me, but she could not do any designs such as ombre, so i was stuck with solid colors. they upcharged me for every little thing down to how many colors. it would have been 78 for the sns set and deluxe pedi. the pedi was horrible as well. the lady didnt know what she was doing because i was watching the young nail tech try to tell her discretely. i basically paid extra for a pedicure powder to be added to the water that only one of my feet were able to enjoy. the buffing was not done properly either. the pedi was done first after about 2 hours. the lady doing my nails were dipping them weird; only doing one nail half way while dipping the others whole. this cause major clumps! the nails were thick and lumpy when i asked her for thin. eventually, she began working on someone else while trying to fix her work on me. ive been here about 4 hours at this point. inbetween shaping and buffing, she managed to cut both my pinky fingers to the point of them bleeding and me feeling pain. she put on top coat finally but i still had powder on my cuticle, however i was ready to go home. i go to the front and politely told them i was not satisfied and didn't feel i received $80 worth of worth. they only offered to take off $10!!!! And she didn't even want to do that. When i mentioned the powder on my cuticle she said it would come off in a couple days. A couple days?! What if i needed my nails to look nice immediately?!!! i told her just take them off because i refuses to pay to be cut and unhappy. to add insilt to injury; they make me sit down for 25 minutes to soak off the nails all the while the tech that did them is sitting right behind me!!!! how embarrassing!!! did they really have nowhere else to seat me?! and to top it off, the entire 25 minutes i was completely in utter pain because the acetone was buring the cuts on my fingers!!!! i wanted to cry! the most embarrassing moment of my life!!! mind you i was there for 4 hours, it takes me 40 minutes to get home and my toe nails still messed up the moment i put flats on hours later!!! wth?!?! the owner i think did approach me and apologised and asked if i wanted them redone but i had been there to long with a baby at home and by that time my nails were too thin and in pain to have anything else done to them. i thought i was picking the right place due to the reviews but i was sadly mistaken!!! it has actually inspired me to buy a polygel kit for half the cost to do my d@&! nails!!! yall should be ashamed!!!! read more

Well it's started off I waited for a hour because "they forgot about me" and then the guy who did my nails spent a hour and a half on them. They did look good at first but then the day after one of them fell off. It has now been 4 days since I got them done and 6/10 nails have fallen off. Not to mention that it cost 70 dollars. They over price for everything. I DO NOT recommend going here. read more

I took my niece today for a full set of nails and a pedicure. This was her very first set with tips and she requested a standard set of acrylic nails, coffin shaped, with white polish. Her nails were bumpy, there was polish all over her fingers and the technician (Fiona) cut her cuticle deeply enough for her finger to bleed...she didn't bother to tell me even though I was sitting with my niece which is incredibly dishonest and negligent. My niece didn't alert me to any of this until after the same technician finished her pedicure and had walked away. My niece is very agreeable and hates to be the center of attention or cause any kind of fuss, so she kept her disappointment to herself, until she couldn't anymore. I spoke to the manager who had Fiona to fix her nails. I usually don't like for the same person who did a poor job to fix it, but I allowed her to do so. There was some improvement, but Fiona didn't allow her to sit and let them dry, instead she tried to rush us out the door. I had to ask for her to be seated and dried. The fact that she was going to let my niece leave once with a BAD & BLEEDING set, then again with a WET one is very upsetting. THIS SALON IS SHORT-STAFFED & MONEY HUNGRY. They don't turn anyone away which results in long waits and poor quality from some techs and this is after a price increase. I had to push to even get seen by the technician I scheduled an appointment with and if I hadn't, I may have received poor service as well. My niece's nails should've been free and that technician should've alerted me to the issue of her cutting her skin. I was seated right next to her when it happened but my niece was too afraid to speak up and the grown adult "professional" didn't either. Unacceptable. read more

I love this nail salon! They only charge $20 for SNS including previous color removal. It is definitely busy but well worth the wait for my nails to look this beautiful! They have tons of colors too! I only wish they had a salon closer to my home since it's about an hour away for me. Well worth the drive though and everyone in there is so nice. read more

I moved to the Mcdonough area in August and was referred to this salon by a friend. I've religiously came here for my grooming services and I never leave the shop paying less than 70 not including a tip. I order the deluxe spa pedicure, my eyebrows and SNS nails. Let me be clear as this salon does NICE nails, this review is based on COUNTLES service failures that I'm sick of. I have been skipped, forgotten and sometimes stuck in the shop for over 2 hours. Today, I walked into the salon and was asked what I wanted. Same as always I say a pedicure, sns and eyebrows. I'm told to have a seat and someone would be ready. While I'm sitting there, a woman walks into the salon and requests the same thing. I'm finally escorted to the pedicure chair, the nail tech turns on my water, soaks my feet and begins doing my nails. After 20 minutes of my feet being in the now cold water, the nail tech gets up, offers a towel and apologizes. At this point, I turn around to notice the woman who walked in after me, requesting EXACTLY what I ordered was getting a full service. I have never been so confused, mad, and fed up with an establishment. I will definitely shop around for different salons and I will not reccomend friends or family here. read more
