I've gone here for years and I absolutely love the atmosphere and the quality of the work. I see Selena and she's amazing. Truly haven't had a bad experience with anyone I've seen. I travel 20 minutes to come here over a million other nail salons.

great customer service and beautiful nails!! They had good christmas music playing too

Good date idea. I went in with my girlfriend and got pedicures. Very relaxing message chairs and foot messages

I love the way Jay does my nails. I don't really trust anyone else to do them. My go to is a short dip powder full set in the color bubblebath by OPI. It costs $50, and I didn't realize how expensive that is until I went somewhere else that's just as good. Jay moves super fast, and sometimes my nails don't come out as pretty as when he's taking his time. They have a punch card, when you get 10 services you get $10 off. It's kinda like...ok, I have to spend $500 to get $10 off? Anyway, I probably won't be going here again. Not because they're bad, but mainly because I found a place (New Nails 2000) that charges less and has the same quality of service...if not slightly better.

    The nails that I wanted

To be completely honest I do not recommend this place at all. As you can see in the pictures this is not professional at all, she was rushing just bc there was another customer. If I'm gonna pay for my nails they better be worth what I'm paying for. They look really sloppy and there's a hair in my nail!!!!

I am very unhappy with my manicure! I had a powder dip polish done and it's very thin and bumpy. She didn't even my nails out or even trim and clean my own nails underneath. The finished product looks awful and was expensive...$45! I've had several girls at work comment on how bD they look. It's embarrassing! It's going to cost me double to have them fixed ( elsewhere). Very unprofessional as well... was eating and drinking while doing their job. I would never recommend DIAMOND NAILS!

I am certain the man used gel base and gel top coat but normal polish for the color. I had my nails done 2 days ago and they are chipping already. I was charged $50.

I have gone to this nail salon twice and both times the experience was great. This last particular time I had my nails done with the Chiefs in mind. I loVe the great job Henry did. We had a great coNversation and I will be back again.

This was my first visit to Diamond Nails on Monday at about 4:30pm. Holly did an amazing job on my pedicure and gel polish. Sophia came over and did my first experience of powder dip on my nails. I have to say I like it so much better than acrylic. It looks natural but is very durable and seems like it will last. I will update if anything changes.

    It's the nude for me!!!

About a month ago, I came in for a pedicure and noticed that one of my toenails looked damaged. I pointed it out to the technician, who assured me it was fine and that they could still complete the pedicure. I even asked another pedicurist nearby for a second opinion, and she agreed. Since they were the professionals, I trusted their judgment. Less than a week later, my big toenail completely came off--the same day I was standing in a beach wedding. I immediately scheduled an appointment to come back in. Within 24 hours of that nail coming off, my other big toenail also detached and had a pocket of pus underneath. At that point, I called a podiatrist and was seen right away. During my appointment, she removed a significant amount of dead skin from the nail bed and explained that it appeared to have been repeatedly pushed underneath the nail during pedicures over at least the past year. She also expressed concern that non-sterile instruments may have contributed to the infection beneath my nail. I returned to Bloom on May 27 to have the gel polish removed from my remaining toes, my full-set pedicure removed, and a clear-coat manicure applied. From the moment I arrived, I was treated poorly. The technician who initially assisted me told me I couldn't have order a drink, because I wasn't a "real customer" since I wasn't receiving a "real service." When I disagreed, her attitude noticeably changed. She spent the remainder of my appointment ignoring me, talking about me to other employees, and even calling coworkers over to look at and laugh about my damaged nail beds. She was also rough while working on me, repeatedly grabbing my injured toes after I explained what had happened, told her it was painful, and asked her to stop. After my toes were finished, I moved to another station for my manicure. During that appointment, a male employee seated one bench away spent the entire time blowing kisses at me, winking, and whistling in my direction. I was so uncomfortable that I looked directly at the security camera at approximately 3:39 p.m. in an attempt to signal that something was wrong. When I brought my concerns to someone at the front desk, I was essentially told that their service was good. I later called again to report the inappropriate behavior and was told that their employees "wouldn't behave like that." I am disgusted and deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled. My medical concerns were dismissed, my pain was ignored, and I was made to feel humiliated and uncomfortable while seeking help after a serious complication. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. I strongly do not recommend Bloom. After years of loyalty, I will never be returning.

I was hesitant to try a manicure, but I did it anyway as a part of my new "Living My Best Life"…read moreinitiative. I was a walk-in, so the wait was about an hour. The vibe is calm and quiet, and the shop is very clean, well organized , and modern in its appearance. A very nice gentleman, Din, was my manicurist. He was very patient with me and explained the process as we went along. (I got a gel French manicure on my natural nails.) He barely batted an eye when I asked how he might repair the nail that had been (seemingly) irreparably split for 4+ years. When he was done, I couldn't believe how beautiful my nails looked AND that the damaged nail looked and felt perfect! I've been back twice since that initial visit and plan to make a fresh manicure an ongoing part of my self care ritual. I give Julie's Nail Salon two very enthusiastic and beautifully manicured thumbs up!

My daughter however did not get a pedicure and just got a full set with simple and basic nails (she's not a girly girl)I got a full set with red color and a design on 2 nails and our total was $156 bucks plus the tip. They over charged us because we were from out of town and I'm thinking something else but I won't say it in this review.
