It is repugnant to be told that you'll have to wait while their computer 'wakes up'. Shame on me for continuing the conversation and actually making the appointment. I was called and told I was late for an appointment for which I wasn't scheduled for another 15 minutes. I showed up 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and then another 15 minutes before my service began. At that point, I was dealing with 2 techs simultaneously. What in the world? My dip manicure was awful, and the solution was to paint a coat of gel polish to even out the botched job. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again, and I will strongly advise anyone else from doing so.

The people that own and work here are wonderful and kind and very talented. They accommodate everyone and do a very nice job. The salon is clean and they offer a wide variety of nail polish colors and services. They do beautiful nail art too! The pedicure is the best I have ever had. After I booked, I was contacted by the studio to discuss the service I wanted and they requested I send inspo since I wanted nail art as well. I've been getting builder gel for years now and I've honestly never had a studio do that. It was really appreciated! It also kept me honest since I can be a bit indecisive. lol The studio is very cozy, and they set the mood with a great playlist. It took everything in me not to sing out loud several times.
