I was hesitant to try a manicure, but I did it anyway as a part of my new "Living My Best Life" initiative. I was a walk-in, so the wait was about an hour. The vibe is calm and quiet, and the shop is very clean, well organized , and modern in its appearance. A very nice gentleman, Din, was my manicurist. He was very patient with me and explained the process as we went along. (I got a gel French manicure on my natural nails.) He barely batted an eye when I asked how he might repair the nail that had been (seemingly) irreparably split for 4+ years. When he was done, I couldn't believe how beautiful my nails looked AND that the damaged nail looked and felt perfect! I've been back twice since that initial visit and plan to make a fresh manicure an ongoing part of my self care ritual. I took my daughter to this nail salon because it was the closest one on my GPS while visiting family. I got a pedicure and the lady told me it would be $56 and I was ok with that cuz my toes . My daughter however did not get a pedicure and just got a full set with simple and basic nails (she's not a girly girl)I got a full set with red color and a design on 2 nails and our total was $156 bucks plus the tip. They over charged us because we were from out of town and I'm thinking something else but I won't say it in this review. Plus when the guy who was doing my nails said they did eyebrows because I asked, he said yes but the owner Julie said no . $100 foe some basic ass nails. Needed to get into somewhere quick b/c Foxy Nails was packed. Stopped in. Honestly, saw tons of dead bugs as I entered, but pressed on - Really needed a fill. I liked the way Tina shaped my nails and she was a quick worker. However, she nicked the heck out of my cuticle. Still sore and moldy misshapen. My fav nail salon is close on Monday. So I decided to go this nail salon for emergency. I did dip powder nail. Color and shapes are nice and I like it. But the nail glue all over the back of the nails. I have to take care those by my self. and price was $51. Kinda overpriced this quality. read more

My nails turned out OK and that's why there are two stars instead of one. I called and reserved appointments for my 4 person (including me) wedding party MONTHS in advance. My maid of honor and myself arrived on time for our appointment and about 15 minutes later, we were seated for our pedicures. My maid of honor was started on immediately, and I sat for another 10-15 minutes before someone came from the back and started on me. Once my pedicure was done, I was brought to the manicure seat and waited for an associate to arrive. After another few minutes someone told me to soak my hands in a bowl. OK, got it! Another 5 minutes go by and someone came to shape my nails and then I waited again. My second half of my bridal party had come in for their appointment at this point and after being told to pick a color, they sat down, and waited. They waited for the next 15 minutes to go by and we saw that there were only two associates working on pedicures for five other people that were currently in their seats. I asked my other girls to please go find a different salon at that point. I was wholeheartedly disappointed because I had been checking up every couple months and weeks before this appointment. I was always asking and making sure that they were still good for me and my party on the day. My appointment should have been an hour based off of what I was told when I asked. My actual time for my nails took 2hours and 15minutes. If you are on a schedule, I highly do not recommend. read more

I wanted so bad to like this nail salon! I moved to the area about 3 months ago and just haven't had time to get my nails done. Meanwhile I spent time pouring over reviews trying to decide which place to try. After seeing the glowing reviews on Facebook, I decided to give this place a try. I even called ahead to make sure they had time to get me in. Normally, I rotate between the same colors, but after seeing pictures of the nail designs done here, I decided to try something out of the norm. BIG MISTAKE! I feel like I got one of the most half-hearted manicures I've ever had, especially for $35... Honestly, I feel bad giving such a negative review, because the guy was very nice. I tried to explain to him as he was working on them how he could adjust the design to be more like the photo (which came from their own Facebook page and from the background, I can tell it was done there). I showed him the picture multiple times. However, between the final product and all of the normal steps in a manicure that just weren't done (cuticle softener/remover before cuticle care, cuticle oil after finishing the polish, etc)...I just don't want anyone else to leave and feel as disappointed as I do. read more

Ripped off a third of my nail and puts it in alcohol without telling me then shoves in towel. Completely rude the whole time after I waited a hour for her to even start. Forcefully moved my hand and gave me bad looks. I needed 3 nails redone and a fill. The 3 nails were asked to be shaped coffin and instead ovals. 3 new nails weren't the same length. I am a glutton for punishment. I had stopped going here for over a year because every time I did my gel nails were messed up. One time I was there 3 hours because the gel bubbled up. Julie had to redo all of them. When the owner tells you that you should really make an appointment with her, so they'll be done right, it was time to find another salon. I made the mistake of giving them another try. I went in for a pedicure and powder gel. The pedicure was a basic one. No frills. Went to pay and it was $40! Why?! At other salons I pay $25. I get the powder dip for a French manicure...She buffed my nails so bad that they had a dip in them and the nail tips of the French manicure were white lines straight across, and you could see my real nail tip underneath. I didn't have time to go back and sit another hour so Julie could fix them. I was going,on vacation in 2 days. Total wasted:$85 plus $10 tip. I will never return. read more
