Incredibly clean, stocked with refreshments, the leather seats were so comfortable. The sound system was great. He made several unscheduled stops at our request on the way back from lunch and did so cheerfully. The ride was comfy and my 70+ parents were delighted by the smooth ride, customer service and price. Great experience! Highly recommend! Needed a shuttle to LAX for 4 adults and 4 children. William was able to accommodate with a Mercedes Sprinter. The Sprinter was ideal for our needs. We needed two booster chairs for the children and they provided it. The price to LAX was the lowest from other transportation services. This place was literally a life saver!! We had a bachelorette party planned and had reserved a limo with another company to drive us ladies down to Temecula for a day of wine tasting. Saturday morning came around and we are all waiting outside for them to arrive...We called and they said "oops we had you reserved for the following weekend" even though when we looked through the text request it clearly had our correct date. They said they would call us back...an hour goes by and nothing!!! During that hour I hopped on yelp to find other companies in the area and Diamond had great reviews. I called Diamond Limos Luxury transport & spoke w/William inquiring about their availability for a homecoming dance taking place in just a few days. Obviously many vehicles were already reserved for my party of 6. He only had a large Hummer that seated I think 12 & cost more than some smaller limos. He assumed I would not be interested in that one. (The only vehicle he had left for that night) I was impressed because that didn't stop him from taking the time to give me information about what to look for in OTHER companies & what problems that I should keep an eye out for...He even told me how to verify if a company had proper licensing & where to find that online. As a mom, I was so grateful for this information. He was speaking to me as if he was my brother looking out for my kids' safety too as I told him that was paramount to me, After hanging up, I was just so pleased w/his kindness...this guy didn't even think I was hiring HIS company! I admit I'm a bit jaded these days as many people seem almost irritated just to be doing their OWN job! I'm so happy I happened upon Diamond that day. I wish I could get that customer service everywhere. With that said, I later called my husband & related the conversation I had with William. He was equally impressed & we agreed to just hire Diamond & spend a bit more for the large vehicle. It was well worth it! The day of the dance William arrived on time & ready to go. The Hummer was clean & stocked with waters, sodas & cups for the kids. He kept in contact with us (the parents) so we knew that they arrived at each location safely (restaurant, dance, etc). He was even in touch w/my son by text so he'd be sure to be ready when they needed to move to the next destination. Let me start off by saying that good customer service is hard to find. I will even pay extra for great customer service and follow up, and Diamond Limousine exceeds all those expectations. I called several limo companies and William (owner) was the most helpful and flexible when it came to my needs. In regards to price, it was right in the middle...but i didn't care because Wiliam going above and beyond in customer service and follow up was more important to me. I was planning a Rancho/Upland Brewery tasting for my hubby's birthday and needed a company that was flexible as it pertained to dates and my deposit because it was fire season....William had a no problem attitude and was so accommodating.
