Great store with staff that is always ready to help, it may get busy and take a but more time but…read morethe quality of the quality of the products and the great staff is awesome.

I had a very frustrating experience with Sportsman's Warehouse in Rohnert Park…read more I placed an online order that showed an estimated delivery date of June 11, 2026. The next day, I checked the website and saw the exact item was available in store. I called the Rohnert Park location and asked if they could simply switch my online order to the inventory they had in store so I could start my 10 day waiting period sooner without having to cancel and reorder. I was told that would not be a problem and that I could come into the store and begin the paperwork. After driving to the store and waiting about 45 minutes, I was told something completely different. They said I would have to cancel my online order and place a brand new order for the one they had in stock. That was not what I was told on the phone. I declined because my original online order included a $120 Sezzle promotion that reduced my total cost. Canceling and reordering would have meant losing that discount. I left the store disappointed and decided I would just wait for my original order to arrive. What really made this situation unacceptable was what happened afterward. The same day, someone from the store contacted customer service regarding my order. Then today, I received confirmation that my online order had been canceled even though I never authorized anyone to cancel it. WTF? Why would anyone cancel a customer's order without their permission, especially when they did not even process the in store purchase I originally came in for? I specifically chose to keep my online order because I did not want to lose the $120 promotion. I wasted time driving to the store, waited nearly an hour, was given conflicting information, and now my order has been canceled without my consent. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects a serious lack of communication and customer service.

Yesterday I purchased the SMOL Mini House Kids Bounce & Play House at the Target store in Rohnert…read morePark, California. My grandchildren absolutely loved it and had a wonderful time playing with it. However, I was disappointed to discover that the box had been taped closed when I purchased it, and it appeared that the bounce house had been previously opened and used. The playhouse was slightly dirty, and the repair kit that was advertised on the outside of the box was missing. While the product itself was a big hit with my grandchildren, I was disappointed that what was supposed to be a new item appeared to have been returned and then resold without ensuring that all components were included and that the product was in new condition. I considered returning it, but after setting it up and seeing how much the children enjoyed it, I did not want to go through the hassle of repacking and transporting it back to the store. I hope Target will be more careful in inspecting returned merchandise before placing it back on the sales floor

This isn't a review on Target in Rohnert Park as much as an overall Target review…read more I purchased a drying rack from target on December 29, 2025 for $36.99. The first week of February 2026 it completely fell apart. The little plastic secure ends that help it slide into the rack design and stay upright, completely broke off on most of the rods. Making it impossible to stand up and stick together. It was two weeks past 30 days by time I brought the rack into target. The sales associate and the manager both informed me I could not return the rack because it was past 30 days. I then called customer service and the person on the phone informed me that my purchase was past the 30 day window to be returned. They did not take into consideration that it's a clearly defective product. They did not take in consideration that it literally broke on day 31 32 or 33 or something like that. But 30 days is their hard cut off. So unless you want to spend $36.99 every 35 days for a drying rack don't buy one from Target. In addition to that, they clearly have lost complete touch with customer service. I understand a 30 day cut off. But I also understand backing the products that you sell. Why not sell crap all the time that people have to buy more within a month or two if you have a policy that you don't even support the products you sell. I much prefer the amazing customer service at stores like Costco and Nordstrom. They are some of the only companies that care about the customer and not just shareholder profits.
