I went into Lululemon in Santa Rosa on Sunday and they were out of workout calf size pants so they ordered me a pair. They sent me a dress by mistake and I brought it back right away and they gave me the run around and didn't want to help me send it back. I got upset because they treated me badly and Makayla was very rude. I got upset with her and she called the company and took care of the situation. I thanked her but I think that if Lululemon orders something for you and they send you the wrong item they should be responsible for taking care of the making it right. Especially considering the cost. I am very disappointed in Lululemons policies and thank Makayla for her help. read more

This is a little smaller than other Lululemon stores that are in the mall. It's small but has a good variety of options. It's never too busy, the only problem sometimes is parking but that's cause of location. read more

We visited the store to share a quality issue being faced with one of the recently bought "Softstreme Perfectly Oversized Cropped Crew" T. The attendant saw the issue and promptly acknowledged that there was a "quality problem" which should not have happened, in the first place. The store offered to take back the item and replace with any other item available at the store (at the marked price) or they could order the same item online as it was currently not available in their store. I still preferred to have the same item, it's a comfortable and smart T, so one of the attendants placed the order with the online store, and I received a fresh piece at home yesterday already :-); the new one looks pretty nice! read more

Racial profiling at its finest at this location. Everyday employee including managers judge you as soon as you step foot into the store. They don't offer help but instead follow you around as if you were in there try to steal. They also so answer the phone if they see you have a Hispanic last name. I had been calling for the last 3 days asking for a specific item never once have they answered. The only reason I call is I have kids and it's a hassle to go into the store with them so I like to call ahead of time sometimes to ensure the availability of the item. I'll just say there's a difference between the costumer and employee- WE ARE SHOPPING IN STORE MID DAY WHILE YOUR THERE WORKING!! We can afford the items without a discount . Racial insensitivity -Hispanic While Lululemon has become one of the most well-known brands in fitness wear and athleisure, sadly their employees (including Managers) don't uphold the company values and commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity. Instead, a culture of racial insensitivity is felt. It almost feels that the brand is only meant for a specific privilege group of people; and I will let the readers decide for themselves which one this is. I am not a racist & will never be! Reviews don't lie. I'm a hispanic woman; proud of my lineage, that today experienced being discriminated because of how I physically look. Two employees, in unison with the manager, followed me around as they constantly gave me the side eye. I could see them through the mirrors as they stare at me the whole time and communicated between them (through mannerisms or words) on the importance of keeping an eye on me. Never did they ask me if I needed help with anything, but from the instance I got into the store, I was TAGGED as someone who was going to STEAL!!! I left the store with tears in my eyes; it was an awful shopping experience. The assumption was formed because of my ethnicity. I'm writing this review to ALL HISPANIC customers; please DON'T shop at this location!! Support our strong community. Recently visited this location a couple times to do an exchange for Xmas gifts. Not many choices and the store is super small and crowded. They only have one cash wrap. I guess they are planning to open a new bigger spot. That would be great! For now at least expect to wait 30 mins in line. Oh and if there isn't something there in store, super easy to order online. Get it sent to your house or go back there to pick up. Def get it sent to your house! Also, there is an option to alter your pants! Takes about a week. Love this bc I wear 25" and not many choices in colors, so can snag a 28" and it's free to get them altered. My fav are the Aligns and just tried out the Wunders. The Wunders are more compressed and def help with sweat. I've used it lifting and yoga. It's really comfortable! Anyway, looking forward to the new store opening! read more

Hit or miss with the staff at this location. Most staff members seem to be pretty non communicative but the occasional staff members goes out of their way to help you and provides a wonderful experience! I would recommend not having the staff members "hold" your items while you're still shopping, as they have mixed up items before and therefore a friend I was with purchased a completely wrong item that was not hers (color was the same, style and size wrong). The store is usually well stocked with sizes, colors, prints and even sale items. Hopefully a few improvements will help! read more

I purchased a shirt a week ago off of the sale rack. I wore it for a couple hours and noticed the chest threading was starting to disintegrate / unfold. Went to return it with tags and receipt and the shirt not washed. Because the tag was removed they wouldn't let me return it. So I went through customer service just as they said to try to get a return and someone approved it. Once again someone in the store told me I couldn't return it because the tags weren't attached and that the lady I spoke to was wrong because she thought I had the tags attached. Either way a shirt made of mold all shouldn't start to disintegrate especially not for $40. Very disappointed in the staffs help & quality of the shirt. Do not buy here, the line's massive, prices outrageous, and some product is mediocre. read more

I asked for: "Very brightly colored patterned long, soft pants for myself, and another pair as a gift for a 70 year old friend" ...THAT wasn't clear enough, even after repeating myself 3+ times to the same clerk. I got shown a crop top, plain gray pants, another pair of plain grey pants, and a pair of pastel short shorts. Should I ask again using sign language? I love the brand, however I always dread going shopping at this specific store because the ladies that work there usually follow me around without offering help. It's obvious that they are trying to see if I'm stealing. I usually just brush it off but this time after I finished my purchase I could hear the ladies talking about me and saying, "I can't believe she actually spent (how ever much I spent). I had a blue Lululemon bra for several years - I wore it often until one day my bf said what are those black stripes on your back? They were from my sports bra. The blue dye wore off and the black material underneath was staining my skin. I waited until the mask mandate was lifted before I attempted to return it to the Santa Rosa Lululemon location. Not knowing what to expect I was so pleased when the young lady who greeted me at the door said I could exchange my blue bra for any sports bra on display. No questions asked! I came in today to shop, and had to bring my toddler. He is new to walking, and has just discovered screeching. All I wanted was a pair of cute leggings, but my son was making it hard. He was waddling everywhere, screeching every 5 minutes. I felt embarrassed, and like a horrible mom. The staff was SO BEYOND AMAZING! They reassured me it was okay, and one of the staff members even asked to hold him while I finished paying. I've never had such great service! I am over 60 with white hair. I walked in and got no acknowledgement. Two staff members were stocking and 1 at the check out counter looking down at her phone. I got help only after asking for help. I took a few things into the dressing room. No one came to see if I needed anything. I walked out and had to wave my hands to get the check out young woman's attention about hemming , because she was looking down again at her phone. Kalia took her time listening to me and my needs and immediately knew what to suggest. She knows the inventory totally and was incredibly customer service. I bought all her suggestions Never have I done that. I'll drive 35 miles to her location from now on after confirming she is working. I wish I could take her to Nordstrom with me. Lol. I love coming to this Lulu Lemon location. The whole team (when I've gone - which is about 15-20 separate times) is very engaging, fun, energetic, and friendly. They have a great sense of when you need help, when you want to make conversation, when you don't want to make conversation, etc. I've gone to Lulu stores in San Francisco (Hayes Valley & Union Square) and Corte Madera - both locations have great selections, but I would say my experience is more-so neutral, as the employees at those locations are not as friendly and outgoing as Santa Rosa's Lulu. The only negative - the store is a bit smaller compared to Corte Madera and SF, so the selection is limited. FYI - I tried to return a worn pair of align leggings that pilled (owned the leggings for a few months - tags removed), but the store did not accept the return; however, I talked to an online customer service representative and they were happy to accept the return (received a gift card). read more

Ok I'll start with the Fact that I stumbled into the reviews before going to this store . Each Review I read Was speaking on how the Staff at this Specific location is Racist. I shrugged it off as Maybe it was just these particular people experience and still gave it A chance. I'm in town for A Funeral so this was the closest Store in my Area. The first day I go into the store The Employees in which it was 5 at the front barely let me get through the door Before they practically ran and met me at the first table and were very abrasive with the "Can they help me" i ignored that and proceeded with my Return while I didn't have my physical receipt the young lady Was able to Find the items then she proceeds to Speak to me as if she's speaking to A Child letting me know that normally they need the physical receipt but she will honor it today. I didn't feel welcomed in fact I felt a bit uncomfortable but i brushed it off. Days later i had to return something else and Now I Have My receipt!! I enter the store There was Very nice Young girl that greeted me seemed very genuine but now when i present my Receipt The same Manager and Laurena decide my receipt isn't Proof enough Not only did they not return my items with THE RECEIPT! They Decided A My Brown Hispanic Woman doesn't deserve her $ back that they went to the extremes of leaving A Note on my profile!! I have never been so Humiliated and disrespected in my Life! I don't know what's going on in Santa Rosa and After so many complaints of Racism from this store ! How are they still treating people this way?
