First of, I want to thank Neal, and his family for ruining a great, easy to shop, top quality business! There are many dealerships out there, but Diamond Auto Exchange is by far one of the best in my opinion! They are a family oriented and family owned business! They have very good value for your buck! My fiancé and I bought a 2010 Kia Soul ! From them! We couldn't be happier with the car and the overall experience! I have had the car for almost a month now, and it's running great! The price that I got it for was well below the completion by the thousands! I was quite skeptical when I filled a quote up for the car, because I though, "it's too good of a deal to be true!" Their response was magnificent! Quick and above all wonderful customer service! So I was tempted to go check the car out! I was just on the search to buy 2-6 months from when I started looking! But it was just that good of a deal and the car itself was below 50k miles that made me go check it out to see if indeed the car was what it was advertised at! And it really was! I was expecting the car too look not anything like the pictures, I was thinking, "for the price it has to have something majorly wrong with it, or something along those lines" but to my surprise, the car actually looked better in person than it did on the pictures! The only thing wrong with it was the stereo! Because the amp was missing and it had no keyless entry or alarm system, but they were honest from the start! And for the price it was around 2500 dollars cheaper than comparable cars on the area and market! They worked with us to get financed as we were first time buyers, and we got approved on the loan and everything was taken care of and easy to do! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and the car! My fiancé loves it and so do I! Great cars, great service, great people! Definitely the place to check out if you are looking for used vehicles! Once again, thank you Auto Diamond Exchange for the wonderful experience! Warm Regards, Ivan Avina read more

My first car purchase...and I could not be happier. Since I was new to car buying, I did weeks of research, drove countless hours to almost 10 different dealers and consulted a variety of trusted friends and mechanics. After finding a car at Diamond that seemed like one of the best deals I'd came across, I called them, and understood why their yelp reviews were so high after my first conversation with Larry. Before even driving two hours to their dealership, I called Larry at least 5-6 times with a variety of questions to make sure my trip there wasn't futile, and each time, he was polite, courteous and more than happy to talk to me. After arriving there, I was amazed at the cars excellent condition compared to the other Mustang's I had looked at with similar mileage and year. I knew based on the car's price and my recent research that they were giving me an amazing deal, and so I immediately put a deposit down to hold the car, as I needed to go back a second time to get it. My conversation with Larry's son, Neal, was equally encouraging, and a pleasant surprise. I knew then that the family-run shop was honest, and uniquely customer-satisfaction driven. The icing on the cake for me was when my private mechanic told me that it was a nearly pristine car after performing a pre-purchase inspection, which is rare for used cars (he said 8/10 he usually recommends not buying). I'd be shocked if someone doesn't have a great experience at Diamond Auto, as its clear that they take pride in their user reviews way more than they do anything else. If you take a look at most other dealers, you understand what I'm talking about. read more

I was looking for a used Toyota for a great price and it felt like it was impossible that I was going to find one for how much I had. Until I found a Toyota with low mileage for a price that was too good to be true and in the same city I lived. I went to Diamond Auto Exchange as quickly as possible. I arrived at the location. It is a family owned business located in a small business location. Not your typical large Used Car Lot area which actually felt pretty good to me. Once I asked if they still had the car I was looking at they greeted me with such kindness and brought out the car. They insisted I test drive the car and I fell in love instantly with the car and it was for the price shown online. I was treated like I was part of their family with none of that fake and upselling treatment of a typical Car Salesman. They insisted they showed me the car history report and repairs they did to the car because they pride themselves on making sure their customers drive off with a great working car. They even told me that the car needed two new tires and wanted to set up an appointment to have them put in for free. They made it a breeze when we did all the paperwork. They handled all themselves to make the deal more easier and were very informative. So far I have no problems with my car I purchased from them. Overall I was extremely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend Diamond Auto Exchange in Corona. Make sure to visit the location as quickly as possible once you see a car they listed because they sell out fast due to their great prices. read more

First of all let me start by saying that if you are looking for HONEST, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE...LOOK NO FURTHER. The wife and i had been on the search for a car for her and the baby. After an entire weekend of getting hassled by your typical salesmen at big dealers who were unable and unwilling to work with us due to some minor credit issues we decided to give it a last go at Diamond. Boy were we not expecting the kind of service we received. Right from the start Miguel greeted us with a smile, didnt hassle us into anything but made sure we were comfortable in our search. We established our price range with our maximum down and maximum monthly payments and selected a few of the cars to see what was best suited for us. We then met Neal who is A true gentlman and a great businessman. He was super upbeat from the get go which helped ease the process as buying a car can be stressful." Hey hows it going Brother!" His signature catchphrase. Neal was able to work with the bank to get us right where we needed to be with our payments which were insanely low, a great down payment and into a great and reliable car. We could not be happier with the purchase but more importantly with the service. Diamond Auto Exchange sets the bar for customer service and professionalism. If you're in the market for a great car and amazing deals, look no further! Thanks guys!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE !!!! Went to go buy a 2013 Mustang GT. First red flag, they wouldn't even let me test drive the car. Had to beg to go behind the driver seat just to test drive a car. Once they finally allowed for a test drive they wouldn't let me go behind the wheel and had the lady working there CLAUDIA! Try to test drive the car FOR ME. Making it so difficult to even try and see the car and feel how it drives. I finally get to test drive it, did all the paper work and not even 30 days later I start having problems with the engine overheating. Ended up selling me a car with head gasket issues and whatever mechanic the dealership took it to took it to Mickey Moused the repairs before selling it off. Got quoted $4,500 from a shop and contacted the dealership and they didn't want to help with the problems. If you are going here be very cautious and bring a mechanic with you. Drove 50 miles just to end up with a bunch of problems and no help! read more

If I could I would give them more than 5 stars! My wife and I live in Oceanside which is about an hour 1 and 15 min away with traffic about two hours! Before getting a new/used car I was doing my research on carfax.com, cars.com, I was up all night literally for a whole week looking at all the dealer ships around the area I found about 10 I wrote all of them down and I started looking at the reviews on google and yelp (I'm all about reviews) haha. Anyways the other nine dealerships hads about 2-3 stars and horrible reviews and diamond auto exchange had 4.5 and excellent reviews so I had to check this place out! These guys are honest and they will work with you I'm so happy with my vehicle I drive it all the time it runs so nice. Keep up the work guys! I definitely recommending this to anyone you won't regret it. read more

- Really great talented staff. Frank is just amazing at making you feel comfortable. He answered my call first and he was helping another customer when I arrived. The lady decided not to buy one of the cars and he made her feel so good that she left smiling promising she will be back as soon as the another car was available (she was looking for a Honda Civic). Miguel assisted me with the car and he was also very professional and made everything necessary to get me the best loan possible. - A really good deal (I was looking for a Prius for a while) and they had the best deal around in 100 miles. I drove from Palm Springs to get it. - Very good inventory. While I was there, they had at least 2 other cars I would have bought if I had not been already in love with my Blue Prius. read more

Diamond Auto Exchange is the best and I recommend them to anyone! We went in on the weekend and had a delay hearing back from our credit union, yet the time spent there was pleasurable for the entire family the kids were given coloring books and all the employees there were kind and a pleasure to do business with from the first day to the fourth day when we finally got our car. We didn't get pounced on by any salesman just to get a sale, they gave us all the information we needed and went out of their way to help if they could. I am glad I chose to go here and will definitely go here in the future when I need another car. Thank You very much Larry, Omid, Neal and everyone else there at Diamond for making us feel welcome and making it a good family experience. read more

Diamond Auto Exchange was great! My boyfriend and I had been looking for a car for him and didn't have any luck due to complications. Came to Diamond Auto Exchange, my boyfriend saw the 2008 Mercedes and was instantly intrigued. Got to test drive it and he loved it. Let Neal know that his mind was made up and it was a done deal from there. We sat down, he explained everything that I needed to know. Watched a little football at the same time ( that's always a plus)It was quick, easy and a great experience. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Already told them that I will be back when I am looking for a new car! Have already recommended to several people. Thank you so much for making this process an enjoyable one. read more

I needed to buy a car and I had seen Diamond Auto exchange on my morning commute so I decided to check out their lot. I was impressed by the variety of cars they had. Definitely nice to see a good range of options depending on what your needs are. I was really impressed by the customer service that Neal and his team provided. It really felt like Diamond was focused on helping me find a car that fit my needs and budget. I ended up finding an awesome car that I was able to finance with a really low interest rate and monthly payment. I'll definitely be back when my family or I need another quality car. Came to Diamond Auto Exchange yesterday looking around for a practical car but stumbled upon the car of my dreams. I wasn't expecting a car lot around here to have this kind of inventory. Melinda came around and was so quick and helpful and friendly. I went home and got my paycheck stubs together and returned today to snatch up this Charger!! Neal made everything so easy and was so friendly and honest. I will absolutely be returning for my 2nd car. Please don't go to any of these other lots around here in Corona-shady!! Come here and be treated with respect & pick out the car of your dreams. I'm so happy! read more

I saw a Beautiful Ford Edge on diamondautoexchange.com that I fell in love with. I made an appointment with Claudia at Diamond Auto Exchange, test drove the car, and had to have it. Claudia and Neal made the process so easy and it went so smooth. It was NOTHING like going to a dealership and spending hours there. I was out of there in about an hour. I have had day car for about a week now and I am so glad I bought it and that I financed it through them. If you are looking for a vehicle i highly recommend Diamond Auto Exchange, you won't regret it. Thank you Claudia and Neal, you guys are awesome! read more

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. They were not pushy in anyway. They are a family owned and operated business. They look out for there customers and do there best finding the best deal they can. They go above and beyond and I will say I will always send people to them. I hate dealing with big time dealers and also hate having to feel pressure into buying. Not here. Miguel, Frank, Neal, and of course Dad lol not sure of his name all very nice easy going people. Check them out. Great costumer service is a big deal, they definitely have it. Thanks again. read more

I came just to see if I like anything here. WOW they have great inventory and the people who work her are the nicest and most professional people I have EVER to meet at a car leadership. They have nice sport cars and newer family cars and great selection of trucks. I fell in love with a Hyundai Geneses COUPE and with the deal they offered me, it was a no brainer. I made my decision on the spot and took the Gene home. The best experience of my life and I would for sure recommend my friends and family to come visit this dealer in Corona. Thanks Diamond Auto Exchange. read more

The best little dealership around! Not only did we buy my car 2013 Nissan Maxima very low mileage in December 2016 we also just bought our 2nd car 2010 Toyota Corolla even lower mileage on 6/21/2017 by far the best experience with someone who treats you like a human. Neal and Gus you are awesome!!! Your true kindness and honesty and patience is what sealed our deal the first time and is what made us come back the 2nd time. I'm sure when my daughters start driving we will be back! If you want to be treated like family please go to Diamond Auto Exchange. read more

BEWARE I bought a car from this dealership 2 years ago. I was shown a clean car fax and Neal ensured it was a well running car. I got a letter in the mail from the Car Law Firm saying that the car sold to me is almost salvaged and has permanent frame damage. Also the "passenger airbag off" light comes on sometimes so I'm not sure if my passenger airbag works. My car was purchased at an auction and had been stolen in the past. Working on fixing all of this right now but it's a mess. Sneaky business deals going on here read more

Come in and ask for Larry, Miguel, Guz, Neal, or Melinda. They are all very helpful when it comes to helping you get a car. They will work with you even if your credit is not so good. I should know. My credit isn't so good and they still helped me get a car so I don't have to take the bus or walk to work anymore. Plus I can also get my mobile massage business going. Thanks again so much Diamond Auto Exchange, I greatly appreciate your help and will buy from you in the future again. read more

My girlfriend and I were car shopping last week and we found this place because of their low prices. We went on their website and filled out a credit application. We got a call from Neal about 30 minutes later and told us we qualified. Unlike other dealers we went to, they were straight forward and very helpful. They were quick, fast and easy. It has been about 3 months since we bought the car and we love it! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them. read more
