Dream car bought from Diamond Auto Exchange!

I wish I would have found this place sooner! After spending hours online and going from dealership to dealership, I found Diamond Auto Exchange. I found the exact car I was looking for and went to their website. The website had a lot of pictures and also a Carfax history report for every vehicle. I sent an email to the dealership and to my surprise I got a message within minutes! Other dealerships took long to get back to me or in some cases they didn't even bother to reach out to me. After having a conversation with Neal, I scheduled an appointment to go and test drive the vehicle. Upon my arrival i noticed how clean all of their vehicle were and how well they took care of their inventory. My Honda accord looked even better in person than it did in the pictures! The staff was super generous and also transparent about everything from the condition of the vehicle to the financing process. The best part was that I was able to get in and out within a hour! I highly recommend anybody looking for a used car to visit Diamond Auto Exchange!

I had a 2012 custom RS Camaro that was totaled in an accident. I had been driving by this location seeing their 2013 yellow RS Camaro out front. The day before thanksgiving I walked onto the lot negotiated with the staff and within 2 hours, I purchased the car. The back tires had no tread, so the staff sent me to tire city, where they replaced the tires immediately. They treated me very well, shopped around for a good interest rate for me for having good credit, fed me lunch and were very accommodating. Two days later, Friday at work, I noticed an ATF leak under the car after I moved it. I took it to Jiffy lube in Santa Ana where we changed the oil and the rear differential fluid as well as the maintenance hadn't been done. We checked the power steering fluid, which was empty and was refilled. The staff at JL has done work on my previous cars for ten years. They took a look at the ATF leak and told me it was the transmission cooling line and a minor leak that needed to be fixed. The manager told me the type of problem with the ATF leak was a typical of the car I was driving but at about 80 - 90,000 miles. They topped off the ATF fluid for me. I've driven Chevy Camaro's for 10 years and HAVE never had problems like this as I've always adhered to my maintenance schedules. I called auto diamond exchange and they asked me to bring the car in Monday so their mechanic could look at the problem. After looking at the front tires and their tread, they needed to be replaced too. The staff at Auto diamond was friendly and assured me they'd resolve my issues. Sunday, the car was slipping out of gear and barely able to drive. I got it to their location and left the keys. There was a puddle of transmission fluid where I had parked the vehicle Saturday night. So, I drop off the car for them to look at Monday morning. I had the car for a total of four days and now I've got no vehicle. I had to Uber to work Sunday night and then borrow a car Monday morning to go to work. I wasn't happy with this after spending the money I had just done. Monday, Larry, the owner and his staff did the right thing by loaning me a car to use while my purchased car was towed to the Chevy dealer as it wasn't drive-able. Larry told me the good news was the car had a 100,000 powertran warranty through Chevrolet. So my four day old car is now getting a new transmission. I, then began doing research on diamond auto exchange and found quite a bit of negative information on previous car purchases with some buyers, but I liked that Diamond auto responded to each of these buyers with the opportunity to fix the issues. In fairness, their response to my situation has been what it should standing behind their vehicle and the customers best interest. They've been courteous and have shown they wish to resolve the issue and get the car I bought fixed as soon as possible. I'm a little concerned that a car with 51,000 miles and two previous owners would need a new transmission, I've given five stars because with the exception of having to Uber and borrow a car for a morning, they've been courteous, professional and accommodating to this point. On Friday I went to pick up my car. They ( Diamond auto) changed my oil, replaced my brake pads and rotors on the front of the car and the transmission line leak was fixed. As I sat down with Larry, he presented me with the bills to prove the work was done. I've driven the car for three days and it runs smoothly and problem free. Got my new license plates on 12/8 with tags from the DMV FIVE STARS thank you Diamond auto exchange

This place is trash !!!!!!!!!!!!! They tried selling me an 03 mustang . Took it off the lot and had problems within 2 days . Neal sucks ass at taking care of things oh wait he has bigger problems to take care of .. Larry is to cheap to actually fix things with his dumb ass mechanics ... NEVER AGAIN !!! If you're looking for a car go somewhere else !!!!!!!

Not good. They lied to me and my family we bought a car here, it's a bad car. Needs so much work almost 5000 worth of damage. Stay away

Diamond Auto Exchange are simply the best. They are customer oriented. Great cars at reasonable prices. We will do business with them again.

Horrible online customer service. I had a fraud alert and contacted them on a Friday afternoon. The…read moreagent said they'd need to cancel my card and freeze my online access. I told her no, that I'd lock my card and unlock as needed till I could get to the bank on Monday. After I got off the phone, I went to lock my card through the app and she disabled my access anyway. I had to get off work to make it to the branch before they closed and withdrew cash. Called back the customer service to order my new card because the branch doesn't do it, nor give temporary cards. Over another hour completing this task. Finally, card ordered and I received it Monday. I activated the new card and called customer service to reinstate my online access. Later that afternoon, I went to the grocery store only for my card to decline. I step to the side, and once again call customer service. The first agent I get, I state my issue and he tells me I can't use this card because it has a fraud alert. I begin explaining to him that was the previous card and I just received this card today. He interrupts me and tells me to quit talking and to listen to him. I could not believe how rude and disrespectful he was. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he literally told me no and that I had to speak with him. At this point, I'm humiliated because I'm arguing with the man in the store. Ultimately, he puts me on hold for almost an hour and when someone answers, they hang up. I call back, speak to customer service, then the fraud department, then disconnected. This process goes on for 3 hours. Finally, someone from the fraud department says my card is not good and they will order me a new one. I'm freaked out at this point because it's Monday and I leave for vacation on Friday and need my card at minimum for my hotel. Wednesday is promised for the card to arrive. She did the 1-2 delivery and verified all my info etc. fast forward to Wednesday and my card still hasn't arrived. I call customer service and my card was NEVER ordered. Now I screwed. I pulled out cash and had my daughter put it in her bank account and used her card for our trip. I come back Tuesday and the new card arrived. I activate it and get my online access reinstated AGAIN. Go to get a coffee and lone behold my card DECLINES. At this point I just feel so defeated. I call customer service and after going through all the details, they sent me the same exact card. Same card number, expiration date and security code as the previous card that wasn't working. She said it's a 1 in a million chance that that happened and she doesn't know how it even happened. So, this card gets canceled and a new one gets ordered. This is almost 3 weeks of not having a card or access to my account. This shipping came the next morning and I was so happy. Open it up, and Lord Jesus... they send me the same exact card AGAIN! I'm in disbelief at this point. I have my online access after activating this card, even though the card is no good. So instead of ordering my card through an agent, I order on the app. I get the card a couple days later and go on the app to activate and I have a charge from Miami with the card number thst I just received. 19 years of banking with them and I am DONE. I currently have my card locked so no more fraudulent charges occur. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
