I called diamond AC Friday after coming back a week long trip, and my AC wasn't cool downing the house faster. They book me an appointment for Tuesday to check the problem ($90), but on Sunday, my renter called and said her AC wasn't working. I changed my appointment to my renter AC. Will and his partner (apologies for forgetting his name!) were professional and extremely helpful in clearing away years of buildup. We were so happy with their service that we booked them again, and Will and Baron came out to do the yearly cleaning this week. Both were as kind and professional as ever! They took their time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and completely. We have two cats and a dog and they were able to work with us to figure out how to best navigate the apartment with all the moving pieces. Diamond Air Services deserved more than 5 stars review! Service call a couple days ago for furnace issue. Anthony M. immediately scheduled one of the technicians, Mac to come out to inspect the unit on the next day. Mac was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. After diagnosed, a new part was needed. New part arrived a couple days later and new appointment was scheduled. Mac and Will came out to repair the unit in a just a couple hours. Their service was efficient. My furnace is back on running. I'm extremely satisfied. Yay.... :) Great company with excellent staff from Anthony, Mac, Tiffany and Will. What's a good team. Contacted Howie Vo regarding no cool air from my compressor, he said he'd get someone out the next day. Mac came out on time and found a blown fuse, which he said they get old and due to high temps recently caused a serge to put strain on system. That's what fuse is designed to protect. I recently got my ducts replaced by Diamond Air. I called Anthony for a quote and he was knowledgeable and helpful. Before visiting my house, he had a pretty good idea of the rough cost of my project based on square footage and area. The actual quote was not far off what he quoted me on the phone. After confirming, they came to do the job the following week. Three friendly guys came and completed the job on the same day by early afternoon. I called a couple of places and not everyone was up to do the job because duct work is a "dirty job." Some places only did duct work if I got my whole system replaced, which I am holding off on. Some guys didn't want to do it or they were multiple weeks out. If I needed help with my AC/heating in the future, they would be the first I call. read more

Steve C. and another associate came out at the end of May 2023 to perform a duct cleaning and preventative maintenance service. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He cleaned all the ducts and intake, checked the blower and his associate performed the preventative maintenance. Steve let me know that everything was in good working order and didn't try to upsell or push services that I didn't need, which I appreciated. They completed their work within the timeframe they gave me, and they left everything around the vents as clean as it was before they started. Steve provided some before and after pictures of the ducts, a picture of the blower's condition and heat and AC temperature readings from each vent.
