I can't say enough about these guys…read more As far as I know, they don't do appliance work, so their few negative Yelp reviews must be mistaken. My prior plumber was charging me $450 for a hydrojet. These guys charged $250. Our clay mainline was cracked, so we needed to call a rooter periodically to clear the roots that would grow into it. After their work, our mainline was free of roots for about nine months, so they clearly did a thorough job. During this latest visit, however, Alex showed me how the mainline was deteriorating, so after performing another hydrojet, we decided he'd come back to re-pipe it. All Clear does work for the city, so they're equipped with industrial-grade tools and equipment. They were able to dig two holes in the ground and use a machine to run a new pipe through the old one. They arrived early, finished in a few hours! Also, they charged me a small fraction of what another plumber quoted! Without the equipment, it's a job that would have taken days and torn up my yard. I could go on and on... they're that good!

Jason and his co-worker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained to use what the problem was and the problem was not repairable. We decided to replace it. In a short while, Arman came back with the new water heater. He and his coworker Hosa did a great job to place sheets on the hallway and made sure the draining of the water from the old water heater would not cause any problem on our wood floor. From the details and few photos I shared, he looked up the serial number of my water heater to offer an evidence-based diagnosis. Tigran is a true professional, responsible, and attentive to small details. He explained the science behind the issues, and was able to confirm with his tools what others insist could only be done by breaking open my wall (at a high cost) and invasive demo work. Notably, of all the plumbers I met with, he was the only one that arrived with shoe covers and mindful of staining the carpet. These little details matter. Other places I inquired with won't tell me what brand of water heater I would be getting.. it was important for me to know what brand because the last one was a piece of junk and I wanted something a lot more reliable, a water heater that won't break down on us every 1-2 years. Hopefully this will resolve a lot of issues we encountered with the last water heater. After finishing he noticed the water pressure was abnormally high and checked our water pressure regulator. It was old and was probably the reason why it stopped working. He was able to replace it too while he was there. Overall, I liked that he was transparent with the prices and materials. Many places won't tell you upfront and want to schedule a "free" estimate and might just waste a lot of time. He was fast with responding to questions too.
