During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

I needed an early morning appointment, and they scheduled Victor for 7:30 AM--he actually arrived at 7:25! There was none of the usual "sometime between 8 and noon" window. Updating my original review years later because we ended up needing Mick again today for another…read moreplumbing issue at one of our family properties. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work.
