Nice job cleaning out our very long dryer vent that goes 2/3 the width of the house. As it had been a while (9 years), they needed to use both the shop vac from one direction and a rooter tool from the other to get all the lint out...and this was after I had already used a leaf blower to attempt to clear it. The only reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is that it would have been nice had they scooped up and disposed of the rooted out lint that ended up on the ground outside the vent. No big deal, but would have been worth another star. read more

Lint Bandits was quick and efficient. A bit pricey, and they did run late for our appointment, but overall we are very satisfied with the service they provided. Our dryer had "moisture" in the vent and was leaking. Lint Bandits fixed the leak, cleaned out the vent and fixed our dryer problem. We will use them in the future and we would recommend Lint Bandits read more

The service itself was OK. As a matter of fact, it was a lot faster than I expected. The whole process took about 10 minutes to finish, and I was relieved that my dryer had not been and would not be for a long while a fire hazard. However, $220?? Had I known all it involved was a fast connection and a stationary vacuum cleaning, I would've thought again. Partly my fault for not shopping around, but this is way too over priced. read more

This is big thumbs up to Dennis and Fred, and Doug. They are the dream team that anyone could possibly ask. They are professional, respectful and very caring. They came into my house and end up not being able to fix the problem I had due to a rare instance, which is not their fault. I end up having to go to another service provide to get everything fixed. but they are honest and they try their best to help. If my issue wasn't so complicated and involve other experts, I would recommend them anyone really. read more

I called Doug to help with bird control and pidgins nesting around my home. I am glad I made the decision to go with him as he was able to do exactly what I wanted. On two separate occasions I have had to call Doug back to resolve issues and he has been very prompt. I have hired other professionals in the past and something like this would require a forms, approvals, basically a lot of red tape, not with Doug. I highly recommend Doug for the simple fact that, he is a professional, knows what he is doing, easy to work with and most importantly takes care of his customers. Thanks! read more
