Against my better judgment, I took my car to another mechanic who isn't trained to work specifically on BMWs. What a heartache I experienced for doing so. This has been my go to place since moving to the DFW area! The guys here are amazing and take good care of your BMW. Easy to make appointments over the phone and Albert always gives you an accurate estimate/recommendations of what's going on with your car. Prices are lower than the "stealership" but quality of work is at par or better. I've come in for oil changes to regular maintenance and always been recommended what my car needs to keep running well with good performance. No overselling and pressure tactics here. On one of my service appointments, I had wanted to get some bolts replaced along with an oil change and since it took longer than expected, Albert comped labor for replacing the bolts.... I originally found out about this place when someone stopped behind my car to give me a business card. I believe she was a customer here and wanted to spread the word. I am fed up with the BMW stealership, I mean dealership. So here we are, a year and a half later, and I searched for that business card. It was in my glove compartment this whole time. I set up an appointment via email. Jesse was very quick to respond and penciled me in for Friday appointment at 4:30PM. I come in and he was finishing up a customer (real sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember your name). Nonetheless, I said I was here for my oil change appointment. He took my keys and I sat in the lobby watching TV and looking at all the cool stuff on their walls. He comes in and says I am due for a 60K service. And I was expecting and aware of this so it's not one of those extra surprises you get at a dealership. And I said, I'll just go with the oil change for now. And he said, "Oh yeah. That's actually almost done. This recommendation is for your next visit or so." That caught me by surprise. It was quick. And recommendations were to the point and wasn't forced on me. Called for an appointment and was worked in to get a basic oil change, oil, and air filter with some additional scheduled maintenance. They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable with suggestions to maintain the car with other potential services. No pressure. Did what I asked and explained care instructions on how to make the car last in top performance. It was good to have someone repair the car and not feel like they were trying to nickel and dime you. The receptionist/office manager was also very accommodating. Note: They have a humble setting and atmosphere but I would rather be with professionals who know their job than be in a high-profile place of incompetent workers. Amazing service! My BMW had many problems including a broken valve gasket cover and needed spark plugs replaced. Had taken it to another shop that wanted to charge $1000 more than here. I have taken my daughters BMW twice to Jessie his techs and they are excellent at what they do. Jessie Explained all very clear on repairs needed and made me aware of repairs that should be done as continuing to do repairs in line with the original repairs. Complete clutch and all suspension and some exhaust work my daughter has had no other problems over a year now. One thing that set Jessie apart from other shops is that Jessie said this to me " I went through your daughters car as if it were my young daughter driving it" Sold!! Had a couple leaks on my 2010 E90. The main one (Oil Filter Housing) I was able to fix at home but the second one I brought to Jesse at Bimmer World based off the Google reviews for DFW's independent certified BMW shops. I told him know that I needed to get back on the road ASAP and he delivered. Dropped my car off early the next morning and it was ready early that afternoon. He charged considerably less than a BMW dealership so that was the icing on the cake. I will definitely come back if there's anything else I can't or shouldn't try to fix on my own due to lack of specialty tools (such as pressure testing tools or two post hydraulic lift). Update: I am updating my review given the company's response to my feedback. I truly believe there was a miscommunication issue and they wanted to---and DID--fix the issue. The owner (Jesse) called me immediately after seeing my review and he had a very reasonable explanation for what happened and in retrospect, I take some responsibility for this. Jesse was interested in both explaining the situation and making it "right" for me. I am here today and they are replacing my battery for free. I never expected anything for free but I really appreciate a business that cares about service and how they are perceived. Amazing experience!! One of the worst things that can happen to someone is their car breaking down after just moving to a whole new city without a sense of familiarity. I moved to the DFW area as a student and unfortunately my car broke down on me once I arrived here. I had my car towed to DFW Bimmer as I was crossing my fingers and hoping it wasn't going to be a hefty bill for the repairs understanding how much repairs can cost for bimmers as we all know. When I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed and surprised by the professionalism and charismatic attitude of the staff there as well as the owner Jesse. Jesse was more than kind enough to understand and empathize with the fact that I was a student on a budget and decided not to even charge me for labor and only charged me for parts. While I worried and worried how expensive the bill might be it turned out not even being half of what I suspected it was gonna be. Several weeks ago we went in for basic oil pain maintenance. This is normally our shop so we didn't have a concern. After having my car for over a week I picked up what was my smooth running engine to a ticking sound and my oil light on. I added oil and not even 50 miles later my car stalled. I had it towed back to the shop only to be told that my spouse hit something and ruined the motor. That doesn't add up but what does was clearly my basic repair went wrong. After an attempt to repair what really was a damaged engine i was told it was a sensor. I picked up my car again and now there was low knocking sound. We all know that the engine is going out. After lots of debate I was told by the shop that they didn't know what was wrong with my car. That it was my fault. I took it to the dealership where they told me the engine was on it's last leg and chances are it was out of oil. The very thing I went to repair. I take it back and after much debate they agreed to replace the engine at a cost of 1700 to me for labor. Now I am out of 2200 for the first repair and now an additional 1700. What can I do but comply. All while the owner complained of his loss. What about mine. Clearly now I am out of 4000 and I need a new car. 3 weeks later I get my car back. 30 miles into the drive the oil light comes on. I return back. Now he wants to be released from liability . Leave me with the problem. Fine it's over I have been screwed and I leave only to have white smoke come from the pipes. So now I have a busted car that I need to trade. That will be a bigger note because now I get nothing for an engine malfunction as the inspection read and higher insurance but he complained about his loss??? Who really lost here? Me. A simple apology and some accountability would have made this situation easier to take. Instead now I am here mourning the loss of my car , my pride, and now my pockets . read more

I had the common water pump, thermostat issue that shows up when the mileage rolls up on a BMW. Mine is a 2006 330i. I've been around cars a lot, doing a lot of wrenching myself. 40 years worth. Nothing phases me. My pet peeve is dishonest repair services. I took the car in for service above. I also had them look over some other issues I knew needed repair (oil leaks). They gave me a quote that was very detailed, perfectly proper to solve issue with the cooling system. They also quoted the additional work at an acceptable price. The work was completed promptly and the repair work solved all issues the car had to my satisfaction. I just love honesty in a repair service. A few days later, I got a call from Jesse, the owner I think. Note this was after the service was complete and paid for. He was going to send a refund back to me because two of the services overlapped on disassembly and the rates didn't calculate that. He reimbursed me for 3 labor hours. Wow, that doesn't happen very often. My kind of shop. Works was perfect, and I've cashed the I used to lease new BMWs, no more. I buy them a few years old and find a shop like this. OMG this place is a life saver!!! I took my car here after going to two auto shops, one of those auto shops specializes in BMWs as well. They had my car for a month without knowing exactly what was wrong with it. They tried to over charge me for something other than the problem. I had a gut feeling that they were not being honest so I decided to get my car towed to this place, after reading the reviews. The same day I got it towed to DFW Bimmer the same day my car was ready!!!! What needed to be done was very much simpler from what the other shops told me. After doing some research online, I came across DFW Bimmer. They had fantastic reviews, so I stopped by and spoke to Jesse and his crew. Fantastic people, folks. Very knowledgeable and they are straight shooters on what is wrong with your car and what you will need to get rolling again at minimal cost. One thing I really like is that they are sticklers for using OEM parts at all times. You will pay a bit more but the customer is guaranteed quality parts with a good warranty. Their services and labor hour costs seem to undercut my usual shop, so I'll probably be shifting a majority of my maintenance needs over to them.
