This has been my go to place since moving to the DFW area! The guys here are amazing and take good care of your BMW. Easy to make appointments over the phone and Albert always gives you an accurate estimate/recommendations of what's going on with your car. Prices are lower than the "stealership" but quality of work is at par or better. I've come in for oil changes to regular maintenance and always been recommended what my car needs to keep running well with good performance. No overselling and pressure tactics here. On one of my service appointments, I had wanted to get some bolts replaced along with an oil change and since it took longer than expected, Albert comped labor for replacing the bolts.... They have a small waiting area and in most cases dropping off your car is best. Waiting room and shop area is clean. I will be back here whenever I need to get my car serviced!!

With absolute sincerity, Justin and his team were very professional and diligent with solving my…read morecars problem. My 2009 Kia Optima would stall in the middle of driving or when attempting to drive for the day. The lights would flash, dashboard would light up but the car never turned over. Finally after multiple mechanics, I decided to take it to Parra for a full diagnosis. Justin had a few hunches what may have been the issue but they did not resolve the problem. It became difficult to troubleshoot since the car had to be inoperable when I brought it to him. Unfortunately the car would eventually start without a resolution. So Justin stuck it out with me and tried one last ditch effort. My car had a key fob but it broke years ago and was never replaced. Justin recommended buying a new key fob since the issue imitated an alarm being activated. While this seemed far fetched, it ended up being the resolution. This incident occurred three months ago and I haven't had an issue since. The car would stall once a week, run for three weeks and stall again. So with the diligent and persistent work ethic from the Sherlock Holmes of Parra Car in Euless, the case was solved! Thank you so much!

I always get cars checked by a mechanic before I buy, and it's a good thing, too: Oscar here got it up on the hoist and immediately identified frame damage and a nasty transmission leak that I couldn't see without getting up under the car. It was pretty clear there was an accident that hadn't been reported on the Carfax and that the dealership hadn't bothered to disclose because they were hoping to unload it on someone. Oscar was angry on our behalf about it, too, and he even gave us a discount on their usual assessment fee for a new car because, as he said, "you took a loss on the car before we even bought it!" I'm so glad I came to these folks before we made a pretty nasty mistake. Crappy day, but these guys saved our bacon and made things a lot better for us.

Picked up my truck and all the dash lights came on. Took it back right away and they said the part put in was the wrong part number and they would try and get another one. Mechanic said they got it from the dealership but then the lady in the office said they were trying to find the correct part through a salvage yard. Said they paid over 300 for the part but didn't charge me that much...Really. I called several savage yards and the part only cost what I was charged - i went back int he office and was treated badly for caring that my vehicle was still not fixed but I had already paid more than I was quoted. The lady asked me to leave with NO solution -- Do Not Trust anything they tell you!!

I'm grateful for one thing, the…read more'service" was so horrific that they weren't allowed to do anything to my car and I didn't have to put a cent it to his (jimmy) hand. I pulled with the intent to have transmission work done, resigned myself to its potential high cost and picked Jr' s on vine st. Euless. Tx. red flag #1- I walked in and was scared to death by a growling barking dog at my heals. The lady at the counter assured me it's a "good dog" while sreaming at it to stop. Red flag #2- Counter lady ask what's wrong with my truck , as a guy leaning on counter listens, I explain my problem. Counter lady says jimmys at lunch, back in about, 30 min, I say ok I'll wait. Guy at counter asks "what's it doin".(i just explained, counter lady rolls her eyes, shakes her head like "oh no here we go") so I ask the guy are you a tech, a mechanic,? he say,s "no, I just work on 'em"...counter lady rolls her eyes shakes her head again. I told him I'll wait outside. Red flag #3- I'm sitting in my truck checking messages from my phone, counter guy walks up to my window "so it won't do what?" he says .My door was halfway open and he starts looking at the sticker on the inside of the body frame and says 05/88 and then walks away. Last and final Red flag, JIMMY GOES DOWN IN FLAMES... Why jimmy (jr''s, euless transmission) is a terrible businessman and mechanic A short fellow comes flying out the front door, pounds his fist on my hood and yells, "open the hood!"...I got out of the truck, and ask, "Who are you"? He says "jimmy, open the hood" .at this point I'm simply amazed at the raw idiocricy of this place I'm actually amused. So I open the hood, jimmy then says "well....(I look at him, like "what"?)...start it up bro"...I'm no longer amused and tell him my name. The plastic fan guard enclosure was scraping on the fan blader, making a loud noise. I started to adjust the wire I had previously restraining it, he said "hey bro that's not it, you've got big problems your motors gonna blow up" and he walked inside the store. I'm thinking to myself, "wow...is this place for real"? I adjusted my wire, (3 minutes) motor running, noise gone. Jimmy walks out, says I have to move because he's "got people coming in" (this is an approximately10 spot lot with two space filled, mine and counter lady vehicles.) I'm just looking at him in disbelief of the situation. He then says" "I'm not trying to be an a**hole"...(im thinkin then what persona are you goin for?) "But I got people coming in".... So that's that....I started thinkin the "people coming in" was the banks repossession company"

I was quoted $1200 for a total AC replacement at Christian Brothers, but Euless Transmission did it for only $515 with a one year warranty. They discovered that i needed front brake work and new rotors, which I did not mind paying because I had saved so much on the AC. They have three shop dogs that always want attention and keep you entertained while you wait. The staff are regular people who care about what they do and they don't have the overhead of the big boys. I will gladly return. I'm glad I've found a reliable car repair shop near me!

I was given a list of repairs to complete on my vehicle and I initially declined a transmission flush because my stepfather who is a mechanic in another city advised against it. Alan would not take no for an answer on this. After I expressed concerns multiple times, he assured me his mechanic said this service needed to be done. I hesitantly agreed to this and other repairs totaling $1900. When I picked up my vehicle it was no longer drivable, stalling every time I idled. They said I would have to pay $2500 for transmission repairs to make my vehicle drivable again (which I refused given the vehicle was not worth that much). The very first thing I found on Google is that it is NOT advisable to perform a transmission flush on a vehicle over 100k miles because it will worsen the problem and cause the vehicle to stall (my car had 160k). When I expressed frustration with this I was told my transmission was already shot before they began work and it wasn't their fault. So why did they advise me do nearly 2k worth of repairs knowing my vehicle would likely become completely unusable? Also, Alan was very aggressive, defensive and rude. I had to ask him multiple times not to raise his voice at me since I was not speaking to him that way. Clearly they either do not know the first thing about transmissions OR they maliciously did this flush in order to require me to pay an additional $2500 to get my vehicle working again. They did refund only the cost of the transmission flush but I am still out $1600 and have a car worth less than 1k after their service. I have been advised I could take them to court over this but decided I need the peace of just being done with this situation. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle!
