While the Rx was expired (of course), I was able to text a photo of the broken glasses. Melissa said they could fix them & to come in. We were there less than 15 mins- temporary but sturdy fix! I went to Costco it cost Me 35$ with insurance and the extra testing was only 29 $ not 60$ from Spanish oaks and they don't force u to use it I am sure they want to pay for the equipment they have bought but forcing a customer does not make me happy and they lost me as a customer!!! I waited a little over half an hour and then left because I had to get to work and was going to be late. So I cannot speak to the doctor's care overall, but running that over time for an appointment is unacceptable in a small practice, and poor time management. I ended up booking my appointment at my old eye office that was farther away, but Wink had already pulled my benefits so I had to call back and ask them to remove authorization. The woman at the front desk actually hung up on me after I explained I needed the authorization pulled. I initially had assumed the line disconnected so I called back to which she said "yeah I know, I'm doing it". She didn't ask my name, appt date, or any follow up after my request, but instead hung up the phone. Incredibly rude and not the experience you would expect on either account for a new patient.

We discussed a number of myopia control options with Dr. West and settled on Ortho-K. Everything was explained very clearly and her staff took as much time as was needed to make sure my child could safely and confidently insert and remove the contacts.
