Adrian was amazing to work with. He worked around our schedule and was not pushy or over bearing. He was alway prompt answering any questions we had. In the future he is the only person I would work with when purchasing a home. read more

This is my first rental property and first time having property managers. I hope it's always this easy. Jeremy, Karina, and Veronica have helped me with a lot, not only managing my condo, but have given me guidance. I hope I will have more properties for them to manage in the near future. Thank you Devine. read more

We are happy to share that working with the professionals at Devine Real Estate was one of the best decisions we have made. My family was leaving Chula Vista looking for a new place in the Temecula/Murrieta area and the expertise of the area, patience, and persistence that Adrian (agent of Devine) performed as undeniably the key factor as to why we live in what is my dream house. I highly recommend this firm and its professionals. During this emotional and challenging time of re-nesting in a totally new area, Adrian listened to our needs and wants and provided us with what we were looking for. Thank you so much! read more

There is no phone number available to speak to a live person. 3 telephone messages were left without a single callback in 2 weeks. If I could give zero stars, I would. Have never dealt with a less professional property management agency. Would recommend avoiding this property management agency if at all possible. read more

Devine has been managing my rental property for approximately three years now, and in that time I have found them to be professional, responsive, and above all effective in finding and keeping good quality tenants. The management is very responsive both to tenant concerns, and to me when I have had inquiries as to the status of my property. Since I live out of state, it is important that my property manager is easy to reach and quick to address concerns while using judgment that I can trust. If you are looking for a property manager that is professional yet personal, effective and trustworthy, Devine will serve you well. read more

Devine has been very helpful and has removed all my stress regarding my property. Maria, in particular, has been in charge of managing my property, and for the second time in a row, she has found me tenants within 10 days. During the tenants stay, Maria and her team have communicated with me with every matter in a timely matter. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend them. read more

This is my first time using Devine and I'm happy to say that I am very pleased to be renting a house through them. It was so easy to view and apply for the house that I'm renting. The house was vacant at the time and in excellent condition. My contact person there is Maria and she is great. I recommend using them for rentals and/or to manage property. read more

Plain and simple Devine helped us move into a fantastic property. Took care of all our needs. If anything broke down they were there within 24 hours. You can even pay your rent online . I am an Owner. I hired this company to find me a good tenant for my property in Rancho Cucamonga. I worked with Maria mostly and with Jeremy, the owner. I have a house in RC that had been rented continually since 1999 and was never remodeled or updated since 1989. Needless to say, it was in need of a lot of upgrades and I had known this for many years and was ready for when the time came. My point... when I hired Devine it was pre-moveout of the long term tenant and I needed a lot of help to ensure a transition from there through finding a contractor, design, remodel, completion, marketing, screening and lease signing + post move-in final details. Maria, Jeremy and the support staff went above and beyond for me, specifically, Maria did extra work for me in making design decisions, working with the GC and subs and post completion support. All this ended up being included in the final standard new tenant commission. I worked mostly with Maria and she was responsive despite knowing she is VERY busy. She does a lot with many other clients and tenants but always found time for me and performed well. All promises made were kept and she did a lot extra. The marketing was top notch including professional pictures. The tenant was found in about a week AT ABOVE MARKET RENT by $300. Justified because I did many upgrades above what most owners will do (BUT SHOULD) if they think long term. I had multiple offers and had a pool of well qualified tenants that Maria was able to choose from. I am exceptionally demanding and hyper detailed person. I'm not easy to get along with because I expect near perfection in my vendors. I am hard to please. I give this firm 5 stars. If you are an owner, advice for you. Hire this company and listen to what they say about your property and what to do to ensure it is rented to a good tenant for market or above market rent. If necessary, invest the money into your rental property and any short term pain will be greatly rewarded in the future. If you take care of it, it will take care of you and the fine people at this firm know what you need to do, if you don't already. read more

This is my first time using a property management company, as a frequent renter and I must say that it has been a good experience so far. Dealing with owners can be hit or miss, but having a good management company like Devine on your side really helps. They take care of any discrepancies that you may have and with a great attitude. I do wish they would take something other than money orders for a security deposit, but I get it. Although I have no prior experience with these business, I do recommend Devine, even if it's just for their friendly customer service. read more

I previously gave this company a bad review on a premature notion. They have been very professional and friendly to all our needs. They found a home for us to rent that fit my picky standards for my family. Their staff went above their own and each had helped us with any paperwork process as well. Also communication between homeowner and renter is amazing if something needs done it gets done in a timely matter and the right way. read more

Started out with Devine as my property manager renting out my house. They handled everything for me and when it came time to put my house on the market, I knew I wanted Jeremy to handle that as well. Jeremy is very professional but friendly and I knew he would be my best bet for selling house. It wasn't an easy situation for several reasons but he guided me thru it and helped in every way he could. I got the price I wanted and can't say enough good things about him and his company. Would recommend Devine to anyone! read more

So I'm looking for a property to rent in Corona, CA and its been very frustrating trying to get any real estate agents or any property management companies to return my call. I landed on devinerealty.com and noticed a few properties in Corona that I liked so while visiting the site I was asked if I needed help from a rep on the website. I can't even get a property management company to call or show me a rental and these guys reach out to me from their website. Well I was able to book an appointment online and had the option of choosing a time that worked best for my schedule. I hope I like the property because these guys go above and beyond. Good Stuff! read more

I was a first time home buyer and like many others i was very hesitant in making a HUGE commitment and purchase a home... I'm very fortunate I had to opportunity to work with Jeremy from Devine Realty as he walked me through the entire process.. Jeremy and the entire Devine staff were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question i had and provided many tips for me on things to look for after i purchase a home... Now i look back and tell myself how come i didn't buy a home sooner..... With that being said, i'm currently looking to buy a second home and will continue to turn to Devine Realty with all my real estate needs... I would Highly recommend Devine Realty if your looking to purchase or rent a home.... CHEERS! read more

This is the third management company I have used and I actually feel like I am getting my money's worth and not getting ripped off for someone collecting my rent and forwarding it to me. I initially gave them one property, to test my patience with them and actually found them to be quite competent. They now are managing 5 properties for me and I regret to say that they are actually placing better and more qualified tenants than I was. I am really impressed with their marketing, professional photography and tenant screening. My property looks better on their web site than in person. I had one tenant that was 5 days late and after placing a call to the office ended up finding a double rent payment 2 days later. Really refreshing. Having problems & frustrated renting your investment? Give them a try and you will be writing a similar review. read more

All bad. Save yourself time and stress, use a different company. Started out promising with the easy to use self show system. Probably use this system so they don't have to deal with people. Was given the run around from the beginning, took 3 weeks to get a final answer for a rental. Lied repeatedly telling us they wanted to help us, when in the end I highly doubt they did anything to even consider our application. This company has no regrets wasting precious time and clients well being. Called to apply for the home on a Friday, was told the link to apply wasn't working and to wait until maintenance fixed the issue. Called back on Monday because the link still wasn't fixed, they then told me they already had an applicant, but did send me a direct link to apply. I wish I would have also been sent a direct link the first time I called, this would have provided an answer sooner. I wouldn't have applied however they disclosed the other applicants credit score to me, it was very low so I decided to also take a chance. They then requested my pay stubs numerous times I guess they kept losing them. They tried to claim our income didn't match up because they were unwilling to analyze every aspect of a paycheck and incoming cash. At one point we were told we were not approved due to credit score. There was two of us on the application, yes one was low but mine is over 700, so this excuse is just that, an excuse not be bothered with us. At the end when considered debt to income ratio, they still did not factor in all money on paper. Promised us they would contact the owner to try to get us approved for the house, this was a tactic to waste our time and get an applicant that is strong on paper and would require zero work to get moved in. Over all protect yourself and privacy from these unprofessional people and deal with someone willing to give customer service and put an effort into getting you into a home, or getting your home rented/sold ASAP. read more

I want to start off by saying I never got a chance to work with Devine Property Management because they did not return my calls or emails requesting for information about their rental properties. I sent several emails over a 2 week period and didn't hear back. So I decided to call in hopes of getting a person on the phone to ask about a property I was interested in renting but no one called me back. I left 3 messages over the next week and still no call back. At this point, I felt that if they are not interested in returning calls or replying back to emails this early on in the stage, then I can only imagine how difficult it will be to get repairs done at properties they manage. Thus, I would like to thank Devine for showing me their true colors upfront so I did not have to waste my time or money or being frustrated working with them. read more

Ok so once again I purchase another property and I am so happy and pleased with the service I received from this company. I'm sure I was a bug, however they never made me feel that way. They were always helpful at anytime of the day and got me the best rates and deal out there. Again, job well done Devine Realty Group . I would highly recommend this Realty Group if you're looking to purchase a house or to rent out your property. read more

When me and my family were looking to move to Ontario i looked everywhere and i came upon a person who was working with Devine Realty. Well they found us a house pretty quick went to go see it a few times and boy were we amazed! We worked with Karina the whole time and i was soo happy! They met our needs they were reliable, they were prompt, anything and everything we requested to fix was taken care of immediately! I was on awww! They even have a website where we can pay the rent online! No checks no mailing anything it was sheer heaven. Unfortunately we had to move out of the rental since the property was being sold. They even gave us the option to purchase the home! But at this time we werent ready. I know next year when we are ready i am calling Karina to help us buy a new home. Devine has been there for me and my family and i trust they'll be there in the long run! Thanks Karina!! read more

If you want the run around and waste money on applications then go with Devine for a fine time! Was told the manager was out all week and I talked to a guy prior to a lady telling me he was out for him to be the manager. I called and asked to speak with the manager and he said "this is him, I'm Jeremy" and I proceeded to tell him my situation about a property I was trying to rent. I told him that Cynthia said the manager was going to be out and return tomorrow for him to be there the whole time. We waited over a week to hear our decision about the house and finally was told my income was wrong on the application when it was in fact correct and they did not have the experience to know how to look at a persons total income for two months. The income was in clear sight and I don't know how they couldn't understand it. I had $5,000 in hand to put down on the house for the deposit and first months rent and then some more to just have more paid at first. After all the waiting time I was told we were unqualified for the house ( about 10 days when the application and personnel said it takes 3 days), while this was going on I was in contact with them since they failed to call or respond to messages I left. They had told me that the applicant prior to use had a credit score lower than ours which is unethical to myself and other realtors I have spoke with during my time searching for a house. In the end we got the run around and were told the manager would speak with the owners of the home to see what they have to say about us renting the property and he told us that another applicant applied and was more qualified and was waiting for their spouse to apply to help them. We waited for the home we really liked from them and turned down another one. We were given every excuse In the book daily about how we have to wait to be told we were unqualified for a credit reason when my co-applicant was more than qualified but they seemed to be only going by my information when I make and have plenty of money to pay for the house. Just beware of this small office of amateurs. The home was sitting on the market for some time we were told and could have paid for everything so they didn't have to let it sit, but no we found another company who knew everything we showed them and were glad to help us out. Yelp is not what we wanted to do for letting others know about this company but it's the only way to let others know the true experience we went through. read more

My husband and I had been looking for a Single-Family home for a few months without any luck. Both of us are only 23 years old and we have an 18 month old baby and we felt like other landlords and companies wouldn't take us seriously or even consider renting to us. Finally one day we came across two listings from Devine Realty which we were able to view without an agent through their self service system, they had a couple bad reviews about this matter but we decided to give it a try anyway. All I had to do was provide a credit card (which isn't charged, it's just to be able to get an access code) select a time and date, and VOILA we got a code. This was awesome because we are making the move from Los Angeles to Rialto and do to our job schedules we couldn't just go meet an agent mid-day during the week for a viewing and with were Devine's System we were able to access the homes on our own time. We decided to apply for one of the homes we viewed and Maria was spectacular! She was so responsive to all of our questions and she was so easy to get a hold of via email, phone and even text! She was very upfront and told us that there were a couple other applicants interested in the house as well but they needed to submit some additional information. Regardless, we decided to submit an application with every piece of documentation they required. A couple DAYS not WEEKS later Maria informed us we had been approved for the house!! We had a couple hiccups due to our credit score, but Maria went above and beyond to help us and worked something out with the owner and continues to do so to get some little things in the house fixed. I am extremely satisfied with Devine Realty and with our agent Maria. I am so happy they gave us a chance and we are anxiously awaiting the day for us to move in!! Thank You so MUCH!!! read more

We first used Jeremy Devine in 2008 when we purchased our 1st home. During that time, the market was very competitive and could be discouraging for 1st time home buyers like us. But Jeremy never gave up and continued to search for that "perfect" starter home for us. Since then we have used his services again in 2009 for an investment purchase, 2012 for an upgraded family home purchase, 2014 to sell, and 2015 to sell. In between those years we have also used Devine Property Management to manage our rental properties. Jeremy Devine and his agents/employees have shown us excellent service and knowledge in real estate and property management. During the times that we sold 2 of our properties he had them professionally photographed and listed in a very timely manner. Both homes received offers within a day of listing. During the time of using them to manage our properties, Jeremy, Adrian, and Karina helped us go through the eviction process with our tenants. They filed all paper work with lawyer and made the court appearance on our behalf. For a time that is usually very stressful, it went rather smooth. Since 2008 we have referred Jeremy Devine to many of our family and friends, and no one has been disappointed. We will definitely keep coming back for all of our real estate needs. read more

Worst property management company ever. Renting or buying from them is a huge mistake. And I can only imagine using them for your property will result in a poorly maintained home with tenants who will consider suing you both. It seems nobody has the proper skills to run this company. They must have some lame online certification. I caution anyone interested in doing business with them. They lack efficiency and could care less if you have to go almost a month before they replace the water heater in the middle of winter. The employees and the owner are ignorant and useless. They will only keep up the elements of the property they are required to, that is once you read your renters rights and tell them they have to because its the law. If you choose to do business with them, know your rights first and be ready to repeat them to this company should anything arise. read more

Jeremy and his crew of professional staff are very good at what they do. I used them to sell my home. I will be using them to purchase my new home. read more

They managed my house for 14 months! Okay until there was damage to house from rain - tried to work with them Adrian was great Jeremy thinks he is God! Gave back renters deposit WITHOUT our permission! They owe us $1,800.00 because of damage to our property - there were two pit pulls at house we did not know about! They did not renew lease when they should have and never went in and examined property! Don't trust them is all I can say! We are contacting the Real Estate Board and will go further as we have been advised! Just remember he returned our deposit WITHOUT OUR PERMISION! That was on Fri. 21 days would have been Monday and he just told us he had retuned the money and too bad! Think about who you do business with!!! Jeremy is now threatening me on the phone! read more

Words cannot express how grateful I am for having found the best real estate agent ever-Jeremy Devine. I came to know Jeremy by accident when I was doing some home searching on my own because the guy that I was working with was just not giving the service that I needed. Once I switched over to Jeremy, wow, it was a world of difference. Jeremy is honest, organized, reliable, patient and works very hard to make his customers happy. As a first time home buyer, Jeremy took the time to explain to me the complete home buying process and he kept me informed every step of the way. I initially was looking for a home in a not-so-nice area because the other agent made me believe that that was all I could afford. But Jeremy expanded my possibilities and found me a home in an upscale city that I would have never dreamt of living in. Five years forward, I am very happy in my home, I love my city and everything is thanks to Jeremy Devine and his team of professionals at Devine Realty. read more
