Stumptown proved me wrong! I stopped by for a cup and asked for my typical cappuccino, and it was definitely one of the best I've had in the city. The texture was perfect; the espresso and steamed milk married each other beautifully into one homogeneous texture. The espresso had a distinct flavor, not shy - bold, savory, rich. It was the perfect size, and I hadn't had a cup like that in a while, though I've been searching. Really excellent job - and I can see why they're still successful.
