The servers are helpful and willing to explain the menu to you. They have a weekly speciality item and happy hour from 3:00-5:30p. The restaurant is smaller with comfy seating and the music isn't too loud which is a plus for me. Tonight we had the Bangin Brisket, Smoked Salmon and Crab Rangoon (which you have to get fried). I'm very confused because this is the first time trying this place and every single one was missing the meat except the burger and gyro and the gyro was the same hamburger meat not the gyro meat advertised. The CBR at least had bacon but not a single one that was supposed to have chicken or hamburger had any meat at all. Is there no quality control? They just ran out of ingredients at the end of the day and thought I wouldn't notice? Paid over $50 just for eggs and they were missing or incorrect on all of them but the cheeseburger. I recently picked up a large order here, and was super impressed with how well they traveled, but not at how much everyone loved them! You can't go wrong with getting a varieties of different eggs. From traditional to everything, bbq, or spicy once, they're always a hit. 3 trays thoroughly fed a large group of folks, and bonus it was on a Tuesday, so they were 1/2 off. I have never been to the brick and mortar store, but hope to go soon! I definitely have fallen victim to the food truck selling these delicious eggs more than a few times at the farmer's market or the wine event at Mahoney! Every time I have had one of these deviled eggs it is just absolutely fantastic. I love how they are able to create so many fun and unique flavors based around a classic! The Deviled Egg Company is not just for takeout! We were fortunate enough to meet the owner at the taste of Omaha event recently and he enticed us to come out to visit his restaurant. Access to the restaurant is very easy with free parking and the inside of the restaurant is modern and exceptionally clean. Our server Amber was super attentive, polite, and great to explain all of the options presented at this wonderful restaurant. For starters we enjoyed a number of items on their current menu including the Caesar salad which is delicious with the flavor and the texture combination. The buffalo chicken has a lovely heat to it. Also, had the opportunity to try the Cali roll which is a wonderful combination of textures and flavors. All were well-rounded and wonderful to try and all went well with a house brut. The Deviled Egg company also offers a full bar of options to satisfy any pallet. We would highly recommend checking out new additions coming to the menu that include crab Rangoon and some dessert specials that were just out of this world. Some of us didn't love the savory flavor of the filling, but this is personal preference. Just know, these are not sweet deviled eggs! Deviled Egg Co is a cute bar/small bites concept that involves, you guessed it- eggs. Parking is a breeze as they are located in a strip mall. I think the focus of this establishment is more like drinks with bites and not so much a dinner spot. They have an extensive menu of "rolls" which are hard boiled eggs cut in half with different toppings. It seems to be a play on sushi since they call it rolls and serve the eggs on sushi like platters. We tried 6 different rolls, some "hot" and some "cold". I liked the cali roll and cheeseburger the best. I think next time, I would treat it more like a snack and have some drinks rather than coming in expecting it to be dinner. On a Friday night, we decided to finally try Deviled Egg Co! There was a band playing, and they have a full-service bar. I ordered a version of a Mai Tai! The eggs come out sushi style with three eggs per flavor in a row. We got the Chik-fil-egg and it was delicious! It tastes exactly like Chik-fil-a. I wasn't sure how it would be! The next flavor was Jalapeno Popper! It lived up to its spicy expectations. The last flight was the Crab Ragoon. It was okay. All of the others tasted exactly as described, but this one missed the mark. They had a new menu item they were soft launching to see how customers felt about it. This is such a unique concept. A meal of nothing but deviled eggs and maybe a side of fries with a cocktail. What a winner! They have very unique varieties here. I can't imagine ordering a traditional deviled egg with all of these choices. We usually stick to two: Buffalo Blue (blue cheese and a little hot sauce) and Sriracha Bacon Eggs (self-explained). Neither will burn your mouth out, if that's a concern. Both are very tasty and usually quite large and filling. The eggs taste fresh every time we eat here. The fries were plentiful. We stuck to beer but the cocktails looked pretty good for a place like this. It's also pretty cool that they will deliver to Bearded Brewery which is nearby. In fact, they really push that offer. I love this unique little place! It's the first of its kind that I have ever seen. If you love deviled eggs, then you will be amazed by the number of different deviled eggs you can get here. It was really fun getting to order and try a bunch of different kinds with my sisters. I really enjoyed the gyro and Cali roll deviled eggs. There was also a piano player there while we were eating, which made for a really fun and enjoyable dinner! Good eats out west!  Visited here for the Yelp Elite event and was delighted.  I love deviled eggs and can easily see myself coming out again. Tucked away in a strip mall, Deviled Egg Co. is dedicated to making these delicious morsels. Originally without a storefront, and once part of grocery fare at Krogers, the owner told me all about how they started a few years ago and are doing well. During COVID.  It's that good. It's got seating to stay, and portions ranging from individual to large party plates. My friend had purchased these specialized deviled eggs and shared them with me before but tonight was our first time dining in. The experience was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive and they had such fun music it literally had us dancing in our seats. When ordering our drinks I was delighted to learn they had boba, the fruity-flavored popping kind, and then surprised to hear they add them to soda. My friend ordered sprite with peach boba which sounded great. I had been craving a coke so I decided to try strawberry with mine. It was so good! My daughter ordered the black cherry limeade alcoholic beverage. She thought it had a bit too much lime flavor so they added some more cherry for her and she enjoyed it. We sampled eight special egg delicacies tonight: Chick fil egg Caesar Backyard BBQ Cali Roll Salmon South of the Border Walking Taco Chicken Bacon Ranch All were fabulous and have spoiled me on regular deviled eggs. I was pleasantly surprised. I love Deviled Eggs, but never considered a whole meal of them. But, the different flavors and sides available are a great idea. I tried the Sriracha with Bacon roll, and the Traditional roll. A roll consists of 3 deviled egg halves. Both were really tasty. I had the garlic fries with pesto as the side, and a Mule to wash it down with. I'm not sure the Mule was the best choice with eggs, but Mules are my fave! The eggs were surprisingly good!
