DD is the BEST service! We scheduled at the last minute for a busy Saturday tasting day and they made sure to get us a driver. Safety first! Rick was our SUPERB driver. He got to our vacation rental early...and we were renting out a barn on a horse farm..not an easy feat to find let alone find early. He was super cool about us bringing our dog and then he became best friends with her and walked her at every vineyard stop. He had awesome suggestions, showed us the backroads, and was super fun and part of our group. They also made sure to have water for us and a scrumptious cheese plate for snackie snacks. It was above and beyond the job. Thanks Rick!!! read more

Professional and courteous service. Clear communication and on time. Wayne Buckner made our trip very enjoyable and stress free.

This was our second time using Destination Drivers in Paso Robles. Both times we had the pleasure of Sean as our driver. Outstanding service and professionalism. I highly recommend this service. It is the safe way to travel plus you get a personal driver that knows the area and where the best wineries are. As soon as you step out of the tasting tasting room, Sean is there with your car and a hand to help carry your purchases. He supplies cold water and the best cheese, sausage and bread for snacking on. It is an amazing experience. Absolutely, the best way to wine taste! Every time we come to Paso, requesting this service is now an automatic no-brainer. Thanks Sean! read more

We booked destination drivers for a recent Saturday wine tasting through Paso Robles. Ashley was our driver and she was awesome! Super sweet and patient even after we had a few glasses and decided car karaoke was a good idea! She was on time and brought water bottles for the group and let us store snacks in her cooler! This was definitely the best way to wine taste without the stress of who was driving. Sean with customer service/booking has been great with answering any questions we had as well. We would 100 percent use Destination Drivers again! read more

We had such a wonderful experience with our driver, Deneen in Paso Robles! We spent the day with her in a relaxing drive to four wineries. Punctual, attentive to detail, white glove treatment, knowledgeable about the wineries, the area and the history. On top of that... she was friendly, fun and even coordinated some changes in our schedule as one of the stops took longer. I highly recommend this service and our driver specifically... not just for safety purposes with wine tasting but for a memorable and relaxing experience. We will use Deatination Drivers again! read more

Such an amazing two days with Wayne he was on time, so very helpful, and fun!! He took a ton of pictures for us, and gave us a lot of good suggestions. I would highly recommend destination drives and Wayne! read more

Believe all the good reviews! We had Deneen over the weekend and she was awesome. She made great suggestions and we enjoyed every place we went to. She helped us carry our bags and wine and was really fun to have for the day. We will definitely use these guys again next time we're in town! read more

This is a great service to use when you are up in the wine country. They take the worry out of it so you can relax and enjoy a day of winetasting. They come and drive your own car, and it's affordable and efficient. I recommend it for anyone on a wine tasting trip. You can schedule the wineries and they will also provide recommendations if you like. read more

Awesome experience with driver Stephen. First time I'd ever used DD and its about the same as Uber but without the wait. Went to Niner, Opolo, Sextant and Tooth and Nail. All were wonderful but the lunch at Opolo was great. My daughter still raves about their salad. Best view was Niner. Tooth was a very cool castle and we had a great bottle of Pino on the patio. Stephen was very knowledgeable and gave us several suggestions. This is the only way to go to get the most out of your day and don't have to worry about driving. read more

I can't imagine wine tasting any other way anymore! We used their services in Paso Robles but their website offers drivers in quite a few places. A driver comes and picks you up wherever you are staying. Then they use your own car to drive you around. You choose the time frame, timeline, the wineries, all in the comfort of your own car. They bring you cheese, bread, and water to keep you full and hydrated. They open your doors and carry your purchases. We had Baxter and he was everything my husband and I could have wanted. He was a safe driver, took us into each place to get us situated, and was extremely personable. Me, being kind of a nerd about fun facts, loved that he knew so much about the towns, each vineyard, and even the history of specific locations. He didn't even use GPS! I'd highly recommend him. To make things even better it was only $35 an hour to drive both my husband and I around. We had him for 5 hours and it cost us what one spot on a tour shuttle service would have, except we weren't with a bunch of strangers and we had full control of where to go and how long we stayed at each location. read more

We made last minute plans to go to Paso this weekend and were scrambling to find some form of transportation services so we could both drink comfortably and safely. I emailed Sean the night before without much hope to have a driver. We were pleasantly surprised when Sean made it happen for us and we got Deneen as our driver. She was wonderful and made the entire day a lovely experience. She was knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations. She took care of us, ready with water bottles and also called wineries to let them know we were running late and to ask for availability. 10/10 would recommend. We will be using this service again! read more

What a fantastic service and a great experience! Roland was awesome!! He was super nice, professional, knowledgeable...the list goes on. He had even baked cookies and brought us some, along with a fantastic selection of cheese and bread. We most definitely will be using this service every time we come up to the area from now on. Thanks again! (And thank you to Sean for making this so easy!). read more

Wayne is the best!!! He really made our weekend so special. He makes sure you're on time to all your appointments, makes sure you're well fed and takes all the group pictures you didn't know you needed. He made us feel so comfortable. read more

Graduation weekend in SLO, family members of all ages, and some serious wine drinking necessitated a solution that did not include me driving. We contacted Destination Drivers and they sent Dylan. He was a gentlemen, a rock star, and took amazing care of my family over a 10+ hour span of time that included: 1) shuttling grandparents to and from our AirBNB, 2) driving my grad and her friends from a big party back to SLO, 3) and getting the rest of us safely home (with a couple of quick stops along the way). I cannot recommend the service (and Dylan!) highly enough. read more

This was the best wine tasting experience we have ever had! Billy out driver was so nice and took care of everything! Opened our doors and carried our wine! He was awsome! Request billy if you want a relaxing day! read more

This is an amazing service. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Pat is just the best. I highly recommend this company.

This is my third time using Destination drivers. I highly recommend using their service whenever wine tasting in Paso Robles or other areas that they offer services. It's so much better than having a Uber driver. They are so experienced well-known within the wineries, and so professional. They take care of everything scheduling appointments even ordering food for you. read more

Our driver Michael was SO amazing! We actually came for a girls weekend and we decided to have Michael join us for all our tastings because we enjoyed his company so much! We felt very safe and knew he would take care of Us! Thanks so much Michael!! read more

Excellent customer service does exist! I called less than 24 hours before my desired pick-up. Destination Drivers was extremely helpful in expediting my last minute reservation. Sean, our driver was very knowledgeable of all the local wineries and pointed us in the right direction whenever we asked for a recommendation. After so many pic's my wives iphone battery died (you know the feeling) of a dead battery. No big deal as Sean knew of a nearby business that sold car chargers. Destination Drivers does not disappoint! Highly recommend this company! read more

Absolutely the best experience ever! Adam made this weekend so special for us! Our group now considers him a part of our family! Extremely kind and caring with an extensive knowledge of the area. We can't wait till next year. Definitely hope to come back to you all again! read more

We used Destination Drivers over Memorial Day Weekend in Paso Robles. Couldn't have had a better experience with them. Billy was our driver and was incredibly helpful; volunteering to make a Starbucks run in the middle of wine tasting for those of us who were starting to feel nap inclined. He also called ahead to the wineries on our schedule to let them know we'd be late and ran in to make sure they were ready for us, if we were early. These guys were early, flexible and well priced. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again next year. Thanks guys! read more

We had an amazing experience with Sean, his company and Roland, our driver. Although we already had some idea of which wineries we wanted to go to, Sean made some excellent suggestions for changes which we took. He texted us early on after we made the reservation to check in and answer any questions we had. Roland, our driver was amazing! He too texted us to make sure he had all of the information he needed from us to make our day perfect. He was on time, incredibly sweet, professional and informative about the area. We felt like VIPs all day. He had waters for us at every stop and even made us cookies to go with our picnic. This is a perfect choice if you want an amazing, relaxing, wine tasting day. I cannot give Sean, Roland and this company enough stars! read more

I came up to Cal Poly SKO for a workshop that ended on Friday and really wanted to spend free rime on Saturday exploring Paso Robles. Peter Rynning with destination drivers gave us the most amazing and relaxing tour of the local vineyards . So grateful that we took the tome to enjoy this unique experience and that we were with someone we could trust and depend on. read more

We have used Destination Drivers to tour the Paso Robles wine country multiple times and have not been disappointed. Daneen was our driver yesterday and we very much enjoyed our day. Daneen is an excellent driver - not too fast and not too slow and definitely knows her way around highway 46. We knew a couple places we wanted to go to but she also suggested a couple more that were excellent! She knows the area and a lot of the people too, which makes it that much more fun. Although we only went to dog-friendly wineries, Daneen was very happy to entertain our Scottie Isabel while mom and dad tasted. Usually my husband will not let anybody watch our dog because she can be willful, but he said he was comfortable with Daneen because he could tell she truly loves dogs. If you plan on touring the Paso wine country I highly recommend Destination Driver. Their prices are reasonable and you get to sit back and relax and just concentrate on having fun and tasting some amazing wines. read more

Great service at a fair and reasonable price. Christina was awesome. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She kept us on track to ensure that we got to our scheduled tastings while providing flexibility to squeeze in an end of the day stop in Tin City for a cold beer on a warm summer day! Will definitely use Destination Drivers next time we are in Paso! read more

Great service at a super affordable price! Everything went super smooth! Went to a couple vineyards and also Madonna Inn for a drink.

Let me start by saying that I didn't reach out to Sean at Destination Drivers until the day before we were leaving for our Paso Robles adventure. I messaged him via their website and within 5 minutes he was on the phone with me booking our driver. We were even more impressed with them when Malcolm showed up on time and neatly groomed to take us wine tasting. He not only accomodated our every request, he knew where every winery was without mapping AND he laughed at all of our stupid jokes! We will definitely use Destination Drivers again - thank you Sean! read more

I would give more stars if I could for Sean. He took my cousins and I around for two days in Santa Ynez (Santa Barbara County) area. Sean met us very promptly both days armed with a cooler of cold water and drove our own car. He was organized, professional and really helpful. We pretty much knew where we wanted to go but were a bit open-minded and Sean helped us out more than a few times. My cousins are purchasers and Sean was always there to carry out our bags and bags of wine when we were ready to go. He got our on-the-go rhythm and never made us feel like we had to leave but definitely was waiting to help us carry our wine to the car. I am so thrilled to know that Sean and his team work in other areas including Monterey, Paso Robles and more. I'll be booking him again. Do yourself a big favor and book Sean and then sit back, relax and go on a great wine adventure! read more

My friends and I used Destination Drivers for wine tasting and the service was excellent! Billie (our driver) went above and beyond with giving us recommendations on wineries and calling the wineries before hand to make sure they had time for us. Billie was a pleasure to spend time with and made the experience more fun! I highly recommend her as a driver! read more

My wife and I went winetasting in Santa Barbara this weekend and were lucky to have Sean as our driver. He took us to some great wineries was always available when we needed him and also give us space to enjoy ourselves privately. He had the car ready to go. He also had an umbrella ready to go for my wife and took the extra step to make sure we had water bottles. He was kind and thoughtful and would highly recommend him and his company. read more

We took a all day wine tour to celebrate my birthday. We had a agenda that took us to 7 of our favorite wineries. Sean picked us up at our hotel (perfectly on time) and got everything set up with the car rental agency to drive our car. He was so helpful and professional through out the day. He took us into each winery and introduced us to the staff to help us get started on our tasting and even got us a free tasting! He was always readily available outside the winery waiting for us and keeping us on schedule. He provide a menu to a local eatery and went and grabbed our food (while we were tasting) and provided waters throughout the day. He gave us such a wonderful experience! We can't wait to book our next trip! We recommend Sean 100%! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Sean's company, Destination Drivers. Our driver Eric was so kind and professional. Our day started a little rough as we had lost an iPhone in town the night prior. Eric kindly delayed our departure by 30 minutes so that we could wait for the restaurant to reopen in order to get the phone back and enjoy the day. He brought us water and a cheese plate and opened the doors. He also walked us into each winery to make sure that we would be attended to quickly, and then he would go park the car and keep an eye on us. He was always there when we needed him, and yet somehow kept out of sight and allowed us our own private experience. I really cannot say enough good things about this company! Nicely priced, safe, professional, and flexible! This is an easy 5 star rating. read more

Update on 4/27 - The company did reach out to me and acknowledged the communication issues and offered to make it right. It's great to see a company use feedback to improve customer's experience. 4/26 - Used this company for some wine tasting in Paso Robles. Our driver was really friendly and safe. Even though were were all vaccinated, he wore a mask the entire time which was great touch. In general though, this company is not very organized. I received numerous calls, emails, and text over the course of 3 weeks asking exactly the same information. It became a bit frustrating to keep having to share my itinerary and information over and over again. I feel like 10 different people were asking for the same info. I requested 3 times that my start time be moved up 15 minutes and the timing was never corrected on the itinerary or the pick-up. I mean the owner acknowledged 24 hours after the tour was complete. Plus, there were no help in picking wineries. I wasn't expecting nearly the same service I get when I hire a private driver (use JZ from Elite Wine Services) but the assistance here was pretty disappointing. They were just completely unresponsive. Not horrible and a super nice driver but just wish they stepped up the service a bit in planning stages. read more

Just want to say upfront that i was able to get a driver last minute and was very happy with the service. Our driver was Joe who was very informative. We had a delightful time in Paso Robles over the past Harvest Wine Weekend (October 14-16, 2016) This company responds to your inqueries very quickly and is totally reliable. The driver we were originally going to have couldn't make our outing due to family illness and the owner of the company came and substituted for him. He took us to wonderful wineries that we had never seen or heard of plus our family favorites. He supplied water and a fruit, cheese, cranberry and bread appetizer. Since our family is more into wine drinking than wine tasting a DD is a must and I highly recommend Destination Drivers. read more
