One experience in particular prompted this review: my router went out on a Saturday night, and I fully expected to wait until Monday for help. Instead, I reached someone around midnight who helped troubleshoot the issue. Even more remarkable, a skilled and kind technician--who had originally installed my internet years earlier--came first thing Sunday morning to replace the router.
