I was immediately concerned as housework is HARD, HARD work. But I was assured the team was fine and not tired. The house seemed clean when they left; however, I found two puddles of puddles of cat vomit were left - one behind a couch, the other under it. There was (I'll just say "material") left under the rim of one toilet. I had asked and was told they would honor my recycling policy, yet I could not find my garbage nor my recycling (I'll get back to this point) and, all my plastic bags, that had been saved in their own basket, had been put in yet another plastic bag and chucked into the garbage. So why was I looking for the recycling anyway? I noticed the dirty toilet early the next morning when I had bent over to flip my hair and thought 'sheesh, really?' and went to get my toilet brush that I kept in the plastic bucket that also held the recycling in the bathroom. Well, it was gone, tossed out... I keep the brush in the recycling bucket because I live in a small crowded house that demands compromises. The previous time they had come, I had mentioned to Maria's husband, Uriel, that these were not trash, please make sure they were not thrown away. Yes, I should have mentioned it again, but since I had not, I went to get it out of the recycling. It is not there. The previous time they cleaned, I had also asked them to honor my recycling policy. When I saw they had chucked all my garbage and recycling into their vehicle to remove from the property, I was a bit concerned but did not say anything. This time, Maria denied having taken the recycling with her, but - WHERE IS IT? Why is it not in the recycling container that goes out to the curb? So, the house is somewhat clean, my recycling is NOT where I asked for it to be put which is a problem because they threw away my toilet brush, which I now get to replace (yay), and have to spend precious time and more money to do that (yay). I am so relieved you could take stress off my plate. And they apparently remove garbage/recycling from your property. If I did not shred, I would be even more stressed about it... So for $24 per hour, they cleaned a kitchen (easiest task in the house), made up a bed (not put sheets on, just spread up the sheets, comforter, pillows), mopped a very dirty floor, dusted a fan, vacuumed (and managed to leave stuff behind, see pic), and cleaned two very small bathrooms. 5 man hours... Two rooms of the house were too cluttered to get to w/ laundry, office stuff... I have one word for this outfit - "Next".

However, on Thursday at 9:30 no one had come yet and when we called we were told that once again they didn't have a cleaner and would text back in 20 minutes with a plan. We NEVER heard back. She skipped 2 out of 3 bedrooms, the living room, the loft, made only 1 bed, and cleaned ZERO windows despite the upcharge. Bathrooms were done well, and she vacuumed & mopped, but that's it. She left abruptly without a word - didn't check in, didn't say she was done, and forgot her tip. Just walked out the door while I was upstairs waiting for her to tell me she was done. The real problem: My brand new $300 AirPod Pros went missing after her visit. I've spent 10+ hours searching every inch of my house over the past week--drawers, couches, car, pockets, under furniture--and they're gone. I live alone and keep close track of my belongings. I have the case but the AirPods inside vanished. Given how she rushed out and barely did the job, I'm almost certain she took them when they were out of the case - either on my desk or nightstand. To the company's credit, they sent a second cleaner the next day who was phenomenal and completed everything the first missed. They were professional and responsive and got the tip I had for the first cleaner. I can't give a good review when I needed a second visit to get basic service AND my expensive property disappeared. Obviously can't prove theft, but the timing is hard to ignore.

My house is pretty high maintenance (some of the surfaces are very delicate and require special cleaning supplies), so I wanted to find someone to clean it who would be responsive to my cleaning requests. When I first called them, they said that they generally use standard cleaning supplies but that they would be happy to use other supplies if you provide it to them. When the cleaning lady (Erica) came to my house, I explained this and was impressed that she already had some of these supplies with her (such as Bona for my wood floors). This service is very reasonably priced. For 3 hours, I paid $150. Erica was able to do a thorough cleaning during that period of time. If additional time is needed, it is $35 per hour. Payment can either be by cash or check or if you call their main phone number, you can pay by credit card. Erica did a great job, was very reliable, and very responsive to my cleaning requests. I will be using this service again next time I need to have my house cleaned.

Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge. I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.

I agreed, they didn't get her until after 5 pm. When the 2 ladies got to my home one of them looked so exhausted and said that they were extremely tired from doing a few other homes earlier that day. Now to make a long story short, after only cleaning the 2 small restrooms and part of the kitchen they tell me that they are very exhausted and that they will have to come back a different day to finish the rest of the house. Then she asks me to pay her $275 and that a tip is greatly appreciated!!! Mind you, the $275 was the quote I got for the entire home. Then she tells me that it's that amount because they charge by the hour and that they had already been cleaning for 2 hrs and 45 minutes. When I asked for proof of the cancellation notice, they provided an internal cancellation record and an unrelated older SMS record, but no evidence showing that a July cancellation email or text was actually sent or delivered. Their response focused on the fact that I was not charged, while ignoring the wasted PTO, preparation, and waiting time caused by their communication failure. I would not book with this company again.

Due to the recent remodel it was suggested that we do a "Deep Clean" verses a standard cleaning. We agreed to the service and the price, which included the kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office. The manager, or at least I think that is his title, said just make sure they have access to the areas and let them do their job and clean. That is exactly what we did. To the point my wife and I sat in my office so we were out of the way. After about 5 hours the cleaners had completed the kitchen, dining room, and living room, they took a short break for lunch, and returned to continue on the rest of the house or so we thought. After returning, the cleaners started on the master bedroom and bathroom. It was at this point we ran into the end of the day when Greg text my wife said the cleaners were leaving and would be back the next day to finish the job due to it taking so long. The excuse that was given was it was because of the remodeled bathroom, which was referred to as "post construction." Doing a tile floor and replacing the caulking in a tub is not construction. As a matter of fact it should have saved them time, because they didn't need to clean the floor or wipe down the floor panels, which was included in the service, since they were brand new. Greg stated this was never discussed and we would have to pay additional money to have the rest of the house finished. He said we told them the house only had " a little dust" which were in fact his words about my office, and had nothing to do with the master bed and bath. As far as I'm concerned this was a bait and switch. We even went to the lengths of going over the initial call, which was recorded by them, and confirmed that everything WAS in fact discussed. Still, we were told we would have to pay more. Keep in mind they didn't even complete 50% of the work promised. The master bedroom was not complete, they didn't finish cleaning the master bathroom, they didn't touch the second bathroom, either of other other two bedrooms, or my office. So they did less than half of what was promised, charged us FULL price, and tried to charge us additional funds outside of what we agreed on. They have made no attempt to make this right, or even take any responsibility. My wife and I had to clean the rest of the house ourselves. Also, I have security camera footage which can confirm all time frames stated above. They company knew exactly what they were suppose to clean here and just simply didn't do it. We had to foot the bill for the lack of time management on the part of their staff. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Booking the cleaning was simple and Danielle was very responsive via email (unfortunately the communication post cleaning is non-existent). They are priced a bit higher than non-green cleaners, but I was fine with the price initially, especially for a deep cleaning. You expect to pay a bit more for a thorough cleaning of your house. The cleaners were punctual and I gave them instructions that I would like focus on the baseboards (we have a dog - they get dirty) and I also let them know they could completely skip the other two rooms, which to me means the rest of the house could easily be cleaned within the allotted time. When I came home, the house lacked that "wow - this is so clean!" feeling we've had in the past. I was stepping on crumbs, there is lots of debris left in the carpet, and there were other problems (see photos). To me, it was more of a normal weekly touch-up cleaning, definitely nothing deep about it. Also, on their website it explicitly says "no laundry or dishes", but they didn't make the beds, which I've never experienced. Seems like something that would be included? I'm also disappointed they have not responded to my concerns - most companies are quick to address customer feedback.
