The staff is southern hospitality friendly. They welcome any questions and if you are looking for something specifically, they will let you know exactly where it is in the store. This store is very affordable. Importantly, it has unique items that you will not find in every store you frequent.

I visited from California on a work trip and super bummed I didn't bring a bigger suitcase because I would've bought so many gifts to give. I believe this store is female owned, and have store locations throughout the south. Their staff is sweet and accommodating, and every gift comes with a beautiful gift wrapping that's complementary. They have plenty of parking as they are part of a mall and there is tons of parking stalls. Can't wait to come back and visit this store on my next work trip. It will definitely be on my list of things to do when I visit Austin, Texas and in the mood for shopping.

Delivery took two full weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong table top but the correct base. The delivery team packed everything up after giving me a phone number to call and send photos of the error. They also immediately called a supervisor Sally who could care less to let her know about the mixup. The delivery guy asked me to speak with the supervisor and give her info while he put everything back on the delivery truck. When I spoke to Sally she said: " yeah yeah I get it, we sent you the wrong tabletop. If you stop talking to me and get off the phone I could get to ordering you the new one ". At this point we no longer had a dining room table since we were expecting to have ours that next day. When I saw that the truck was for sure arriving the next morning I got rid of our old table right then and there( habitat for humanity is where I take all good condition furniture BTW).I then call customer service with our claim number because I was told that they could give me a 5% discount for my troubles. I had heard from somebody else within the company a while back when I was in the store that I could actually ask for 15% if anything came in wrong and so I asked. Now I had to wait another two weeks which is a total of four weeks for them to rectify the situation. At this point another two weeks pass and the delivery team was back. September 1,2026 they brought the replacement table. Once again the guy opens the box and goes "damn not again". He comes over and says"you're not gonna believe this they sent the wrong table again". At this point, I thought he was joking, and I went and looked and sure enough it was definitely the wrong table. The issue is that the holes on the bottom of the table they kept sending me are for a different a round base and the base I got is X shaped so the screws that fasten the table to the base do not lineup. When I looked at the instructions to the table top they sent and the instructions to the base I walked them over to the delivery driver and asked him if he could please get another supervisor on the phone and show them a picture so they could actually have something to reference. The supervisor still thought that somehow I had been at fault and that I switched my bases or table tops mid order which is impossible. I reminded her it was the second time doing this, and that the first time she had been rude to me and dismissive and asked what her excuse was now. I told her it was in her best interest to actually write things down and listen to me so she didn't mess up a third time. Another thing to add is they don't leave the base even if it's the correct one, if the table top is wrong they take the table and the base every time. So this whole time we're sitting here thinking are we ever going to have a dining room table to eat on? It's like a recurring expensive nightmare. They could care less about how fast you're getting anything and told me that they were in the process of seriously looking over their SKU numbers to make sure it didn't happen a third time. This time they had a specialty team tending to my case. In other words I was going to wait a very long time. They told me they would give me 48 hours and call me back with a solution. This was September 1 after the second delivery incident . It is now September 3rd and I had to call them and remind them that they were supposed to call me. I was told they're still working on it and I'll probably have to wait another 48 hours for a response, not even the solution. This means 96 hours before they can even give me another two week shipping date! My new delivery date for the third delivery attempt is now September 22, 2026. Update:3rd delivery attempt on Sept.28 was the wrong item again! I contacted the email on the response to my review on Google and nobody responded back it's just to make them look like they care. What a joke! 3 failed delivery attempts and two full months with no dining table.

Most of their bedding, sofas and drapes were in muted whites, beiges or off white. Off hand, I thought it would be the type of furniture and bedding Kim Kardashian would likely purchase. RH is not for the faint at heart with regard to price. Their pricing was a bit to rich for my blood. I do not remember RH being quite that expensive. They do have nice things.

We came home, visited our local store and immediately 3 people came up to greet us, ask if we had any q's. 1 salesperson drew up our space, told us options on how different table shapes would fit depending on 8-10 people sitting. Asked about the colors of our floors, chairs we were thinking of, rugs.. etc. We got more kindness and helpfulness out of the 15min at our local RH store than this place. The IKEA representative kindly explored the options for hangers, which is what I was looking for...specifically black plastic hangers like they have in department stores They only had wood hangers and black hangers for children. So, I was not successful in ordering these items. It is great to know that I can order from the Domain location and it can me delivered to me at the Domain location. In fact, all their Austin signs and Keep Austin Weird signs were a draw to venture into the store. Austin's Furniture depot is located on Burnet Road and offers a unique mix of new furniture, statement pieces, and items from local artists. This is not your typical furniture store. Surprisingly, the Austin signs are quite affordable. I asked Shawn one of the store managers, what do folks do with all these signs. He responded by saying the put them in their homes and businesses. One of the eye-catching items in the addition to the signage, are the abstract and unusual artwork covered in shiny glass. I love abstract anything, therefore, I was very intrigued. They also had some individuals featured in the pictures with bold and colorful features. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.
