Luck played a role on the timing because a few days prior, the perfect furniture for my condo was removed from a previous stage and someone canceled last minute so her crew could fit me in. The unit sold fast to a cash buyer which meant I closed 5 days after accepting the offer. We were contracted for 45 days but she got her crew together and had it moved out asap. Her crew are true professionals. One minor item that I didn't express was putting nails in the walls to hang mirrors and paintings. I had just completely repainted so it was immaculate. Yvette explained that certain hangings were just too heavy to put up with 3M tape. She and her crew assured me that they use the smallest nails possible. After all the items were removed, it was a non issue. They did use very small nails that were easily filled within seconds. The crew were very careful and worked very fast with no damage anywhere. Trust Yvette and her crew to design and stage your property. They won't disappoint(as seen by all the positive 5 star reviews).

Disappointed - Warning - Sandra from Fresh Home Staging requested a $4,000 deposit towards a total…read morecharge of $5,000 to stage my very small one-bedroom apartment. We agreed upon a $3,000 deposit as I thought a $4,000 deposit was too high. Luckily for me, my apartment sold off the market weeks before it was to be listed. My realtor contacted Sandra TWO WEEKS before the staging was to be done and she refused to refund all or any part of the $3,000 deposit. The contract did state non-refundable; however, it didn't seem reasonable that she would find it conscionable to keep the whole $3,000 deposit. My expectation was for a reasonable conclusion. Not to mention my realtor uses her often. She gave him no regard either (favor to a frequent client since she works with him often). Very disappointed in how Sandra handled this situation. Overall, bad experience, and I would not use this company again.

I contacted a few stagers to get a sense of the price to quality ratio. Carole Soffer Design came in the mid range option. I chose them and think their hard work and creative approach made magic happen in the most efficient way. Besides the fact Michael was able to work on a very short advanced notice he also saved me a ton on hassles with the HOA. First, they have a full time driver who can move truck anytime if any issue with loading/unloading arises. Second, they completed the full staging in a single day, dropping major pieces in the morning and wrapping it up with small touches in the afternoon. All mover guys employed by Carole Soffer performed at the highest level of efficiency and accuracy. Everyone knew very well what to do and when. It seemed to me like a very well orchestrated performance with master Michael as a conductor.
