We agreed upon a $3,000 deposit as I thought a $4,000 deposit was too high. Luckily for me, my apartment sold off the market weeks before it was to be listed. My realtor contacted Sandra TWO WEEKS before the staging was to be done and she refused to refund all or any part of the $3,000 deposit. The contract did state non-refundable; however, it didn't seem reasonable that she would find it conscionable to keep the whole $3,000 deposit. My expectation was for a reasonable conclusion. Not to mention my realtor uses her often. She gave him no regard either (favor to a frequent client since she works with him often). Very disappointed in how Sandra handled this situation. Overall, bad experience, and I would not use this company again.

They were phenomenal! I was SO excited to see my Dad's beloved flat made as beautiful as could be - they did us proud! So much of the staging I have seen lately has been clunky and unattractive. Tad made our flat elegant and sleek and just so gorgeous! I had just been able to replace the old carpet (should not have looked old, but it did!) with sustainable waterproof cork that looks like white oak, and that was the perfect backdrop for their magic! I almost cried when I saw the pictures! The round mirror over the fireplace looks incredible! And we got a great price and a terrific new owner. We found Cecile through the recommendation of friend and consulted with her on the redesign of our kitchen. We had a bit of a time constraint, and didn't want to go overboard on a "dream kitchen" that we'd have to just sell! In addition to her fabulous sense of design, one of Cecile's best qualities is her ability to really LISTEN and translate needs into a workable and fabulous design. With a simple tweak to the existing floor plan, she changed it from a closed off situation, to a beautiful, open kitchen connecting to the rest of the house! Her design removed a wall which opened up the kitchen to the dining room and made room for a half bathroom! It's something I would NEVER have thought of and it worked beautifully! She somehow made the old and the new come together and look natural, plus she picked colors for the walls that gave it that "designer" look!
