Worst lashes EVER. SAVE YOUR $$$. Spent $110. for the most horrible experience ever and Ive worn lashes for about 5 yrs. Most surprisingly is the manager, Danny didnt even offer a refund and Ive been a regular mani-pedi customer for about 4 yrs Don't risk letting, "Lin" EVER do your lashes. She hasnt a clue what shes doing, and doesn't speak a lick of English. HORRIBLE experience, customer service is BAD! The pedicure was RUSHED and she sped thru the things that I had paid EXTRA for... she did not take her time and I paid $75 for my pedicure!! I was done before the lady that had walked in after me and as I'm looking around I see other people pedicure being done with care. The hot rocks were not HOT. I told her "excuse me but the rocks are cold" and she said "oh you want them hot?" Duh, I paid for hot rock treatment... ‍ I showed them a simple picture of my nails with clear base and red tips... simple right?? Wrong! The guy messed up my nails and it looked nothing like the picture! After asking if it can be don't correctly; he simply told me he can add chrome to the top to try and cover up the gap that can be visibly seen on all my nails.... The chrome made it worse and it didn't look how I wanted it to look. He said "well I'm not going to charge you for the chrome" as if that mattered! I'm paying $70+ for a shellac refill set and I wanted a simple red tip! Not all the glittery chrome on my nails. I went to the front cashier to speak with the manager. But of course she did not care and told me that her employee said he used chrome to try and cover up the mistake... I said can it be redone because I don't like it and I'm paying my money! She just looked at me and didn't say anything as if she was bothered that I didn't like the nails that I am paying for! They had attitudes and I felt like they were wasting my time by just speaking in their language to each other but no one offering to fix the ugly nails so I just paid an total of $146 and will never return! when we were seated our seats didn't look like they had been cleaned from the previous client. they didn't have the blue bags on. with that being the numbers they'd given us we sat down anyways. processed to getting our pedicures i had a great woman do my toes they came out awesome. my friend unfortunately didn't have the same experience as her nail technician kept leaving and didn't do all the steps i had done although we were getting the exact same thing... we didn't think much of it until my friends right toe became swollen and pus came out, it seemed as if her skin would've been cut too much. and her other foot didn't look like it had the last coat only one of her feet's toes had shinny finish. As I was sat down the nail tech immediately made an offensive joke about my nail length and when I didn't laugh he immediately treated me differently. I love this place! My guy for nails is Larry, he does such an amazing job and loves doing different designs and nail art. Thu does my pedicures and she is very delicate when working on the nails, but has a firm hand with the foot and leg massages which I love. It's all very clean and professional and they make you feel very comfortable! I also hear they do very good with lashes but have yet to try that part out. read more

Services received: 2 pedicures, dip powder nails Bottom line: Very happy with the end product. Nice, clean facility. Service was good. Went to this salon for the first time today. I got a pedi and dip powder nails and my fiancé got a pedi. We were both very satisfied with the pedicures. The technicians were nice and professional, and the pedicures turned out great. The dip power nails are very well done. The only small negative was that they did not put oil on my cuticles after the dip was applied so my hands were very dry. Other than that, the nails look great! The only suggestion I have for this salon is that they provide a break room for their employees or at least have them take their breaks in a different room than where customers are getting service. There were two pedicure rooms - one with a bunch of chairs and another smaller one across from it with just 7 chairs which is where we were placed. By about half way through our pedis, 4 of the 7 chairs were occupied by employees on break all talking very loudly. I have absolutely no problem with the fact that they were on break just that they were slightly disrupting to our experience. If the salon had just set us in the other pedi room which had plenty of open chairs then the employees could have used that smaller room for their break. This was a very small inconvenience so I don't think it was worth docking a star from the review. Just wanted to provide the feedback for the business. read more

Alan did my nails and I showed him a picture saying that it was exactly how I wanted my nails. Without hesitation, he picked a color and went straight to work! KEEP IN MIND that they only show prices of the spa treatments and the specials. They will not show or tell you the prices UNLESS YOU ASK. There are some hidden fees. Really disappointed in my visit today. The man that did my nails clearly did not want to be there. He was very rough during my manicure and pedicure and was a little rude. He didn't do a great job on the pedicure, it was very rushed and I had an ingrown I asked him to work on and he really didn't do anything. He didn't even clean under the nail he just filled them and pushed the cuticles back. The polish was not great at all. He got it on my sandal and he missed a lot of spot with the clear coat. My manicure was very rough. He whipped my wrists back and forth quite a bit and I felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. He didn't do a very job cleaning up the polish he got on my skin either. For $73 I expect the staff to at least be reasonably polite and not quite so aggressive. The shop is very nice and last time I had a great experience. This time, not so much. If I come back I will certainly request someone else for my services. read more

They are a bit pricier than other nail salons in the Baytown area but I believe you get what you pay for which is a nice ambience and great service. When this place 1st opened, I really loved it. I felt they were different than the other nail salons around. My last 3 visits made me feel differently. 1st of the 3 visits; I usually get a pedicure and pay for the one with longer massage time. The lady I had was on her cell phone, so the time I paid for for the extra massage wasn't given to me. 2nd the lady was on her cell just a little so it was not taking away from my time. But, What I didn't like is that I don't like when she was rubbing on my shin. When she massaged my legs, she continued to massage my shin and not my calf even though I informed her that I did not like that. She was massaging my bone.. At the end, my polish wasn't done correctly and uneven. I just smile and still gave a tip because she was nice. On my 3rd Visit, I informed the lady that I was allergic to latex as I always do, she informed me that they used latex and power free gloves. I could see what they was using was latex gloves. They usually use the blue gloves on me. I asked could I see the box because I knew they were latex and I'm very allergic. She pulled out some blue gloves from someone container and not a box of gloves. When putting out her supplies, they wasn't in the sealed bags. When she clipped my toenails, on my big toe, she clipped the sides of my names and the pulled it down the side of the nail bed. It did bleed and was hurting. She said I had a ingrown nail. I know I didn't and even if I did, I know she was supposed to do that. I am now a nurse and I have been for 12 years. Before this I was a nail technician and has kept up with my state license. My last visit with this tech had a lack of cleanliness and could have caused me an infection. Once she finished my pedicure, she washed off her supplies in my water, dried them and put them back in the same bag and then back in her box. This cause me to want to right a review and never go again. read more

Larry was my nail tech and he was very informative and helpful when I asked about dipping my nails. The place is very stylish, clean and organized. Upon arrival clients sign in on a device which then prints out a ticket with your number. They have a huge selection of alcohol beverages, sodas and water. Best customer service I've had at a nail salon. I came in last Friday and was content but I did break a nail over the weekend. I felt it was my fault and no big deal but I stopped in today to get it fixed. The techs weren't satisfied with how my nails looked or the shellac and insisted that I let them fix 2 & re-polish the set since it had only been a few days. I then asked her to fix my nails to the right shape and she was being lazy. I went here for the first time for a pedicure. They put me in a chair quickly. I sat there for 35 minutes until the water got cold and no one came to do the pedicure. I finally asked for a towel so I could get out of the chair. Zero reaction. They appeared to care less and there was absolutely no communication or indication of when I would finally get service so I left. If you have a wait time of over 30 minutes you should at the very least communicate that up front and please do not seat someone and have them sit in water that turns cold for 35 minutes. This was definitely not worth the price. It is unsanitary, the equipment the staff is using is not up to code and the staff tries to recycle/reuse the nail polish remover after it's been used. I saw them pour the nail polish remover in a bowl and after I was done using it they poured it back into the bottle it came from. The girl that was doing my nails didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails. Once I told her what shape I wanted pointy... I got almond at best. I did tell her how to shape them but she still did a poor job. I got chrome nails as well that was an extra $18. The girl also didn't know how to set chrome nails so I got bubbles and dents on my nails. I spoke to the manger and I will not be returning. While I was here one lady walked out and another had been getting her nails done for over 2 hours the staff doesn't know what they are doing. read more
