I got my nails done and about five days later the pinky nail fell... I called and was told that I could come to fix it, mind you it had not even been a week. I came in to get it fixed, and was told that I needed to pay five dollars to fix the nail, (was not told that over the phone) I immediately stated that I was not going to pay for the fix because never in my life have my nails fallen that quickly. They easily last 2-3 weeks, so 5 days was ridiculous! They then told me that the next time the nail fell before the time frame of 7 days, I could call and ask to send a picture of the missing nail which I didn't know was something I could do cause there's no sign anywhere stating that, so I easily replied with "ok, I didn't know I could even do that" and she responded the smirkiest comment AND with an ugly tone "well now you do" heeeeeck no"! Instead tell your workers in a smirky tone to do a better job, not me. I work hard to pay for a set that is going to LAST, press-ons even last more than 5 days pfffffft!!! Anyways, the nail was fixed and no charge (just this once) and it only took like 6 min or less to fix it. That's just pure greed at this point.... proper customer service would have been to apologize for the nail falling so soon and for the inconvenience of me having to return, and then just fix the damn nail for free. I can understand if I'm constantly coming in with the same excuse that my nails are falling soon, expecting them done for free every time, but this was literally my first time in many years that I've been coming to this nail salon. They should be a little more loyal to their customers, just the way they expect us to be loyal to them and continue coming for services here. I have recommended this nail salon to my mother-in-law, my two sister-in-law's, my coworkers who I used to work with, and many other friends. I am very disappointed. read more

Like to come to this place because it's close to my work. For the most part it usually isn't too bad of a wait. But sometimes I go and it is like a party in there! I have made the request of getting my nails done chrome the last two times. It seems as if there is something that's challenging for most of the technicians but there is always one who gets it right. I will continue to go here because of the convenience in relation to my job however, I'm going to have to pick one person to do my nails in terms of having chrome. I would NOT get my eyes brows waxed because I have watched them dip the wooden stick in the same wax over and over again. I know that you are supposed to get a new wooden stick every time when you wax to eliminate the transmission of germs. Fast service and they did a good job on my French pedicure... the line was a little too thick for my taste and when she asked, I said "it was fine" but the lady noticed my uncertainty and expressed it was okay and she was not trying to rush me (even though there were plenty of people waiting and I was only getting a $20 pedi) Decided to come back to get my nails done for a wedding. Long time loyal customer. Been going here for the past 2 years. I don't know what has changed but the past two times I have gone I was not spoken to when I walked in, I sat there for 10 minutes before leaving as I understand they were very busy. Good for them I thought. Today I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help. I asked for a refill. I hoped to be in and out since it was empty, I stood there for 5 minutes was not told to sit anywhere or any of that goodness so I sit down and nobody comes up to me. I see other nail techs not doing anything but they where still too busy. 15 minutes later I am told it will be a minute before they could get to me. I just said. No got up and left. My shellac nails chipped in 5 days , went in to fix them and they told me I didnt get shellac.. first time I asked for shellac so how am I supposed to know the difference? They said these were just powder as if I had done something wrong... I ASKED for shellac... why is that my fault that I have powder? They tried to get me to get a refill when these are supposed to last 3-4 weeks from what I have read. All I wanted them was to fix one main nail that looks horrible. Came in to get 2 full sets, 1 shellac mani, and 3 pedicures. It was an hour before closing time but they still took us anyway. I sat waiting for someone to do my pedicure for at least 20 mins, long story short they were rushing and really didn't want to soak off our previous sets and do a new full set which then they suggested refills. My daughter was asked if she wanted to soak or have her old set ripped off (I'm guessing to save them time) I asked for them to be soaked off and decided not to get full sets. I'll go elsewhere. To top it off the girl that did the soak off on my daughter over filed her nails so bad. She only had one set before this one. I cannot stand poor customer service. read more

First time coming in and they are my new go-to nail salon in the Pasadena area! I was taken care of right away by Sophie and she did an amazing job with my shellac manicure ($25). She didn't talk to me (which is what I always prefer anyway) and she didn't talk too much to her co-workers either. The place is rather small but it wasn't crowded when I went. I came on a weekday during lunch time and it was just me and 3 other customers. One thing I didn't appreciate was the towel that I had to lay my hands on. It was dirty and had nail polish stains all over. Also, the strong chemical smell kind of got to me as well but thankfully I was in and out in 35 minutes. The nail salon that I frequent doesn't have a strong chemical smell so that's one thing that bothered me about this place. One thing that I've never experienced at all of the nail salons that I've been to is that they have punch cards here! After a certain amount of punches, you get $15 off your service. I've never been to a nail salon with a punch card system so it's nice that they do that here. read more
