This company went above and beyond…read more I have a large house (4 HVACS) built 18 years ago and its never had the ducts cleaned (I never knew this was necessary!). We also were having issues with out upstairs unit having poor air distribution between bedrooms. Ray (I think he's the owner) came out for a bid. Super knowledgeable and gave me an estimate that was 35% of a previous bid (who was clearly trying to scam me!). He also listed to my concerns about the upstairs duct issues. Even though this was not within his scope, he offered to call a reputable company (he often work with) that repairs hvac ducts, have this guy come out when our ducts were being cleaned so he could explain the issue in industry terms! The actual cleaning was great. I had four guys and it took them 8 hours for my 4 units. They were all very polite and did their best to vacuum up debris after the process (I did vacuum a second time- but I'm a clean freak). HIGHLY recommend this small business!

Suzanne S. and Ray were so pleasant to speak with. They are honest, timely, professional, and…read moreethical people. They both took the time to listen to what I needed and Ray even asked my why I thought I needed to do a cleaning to see if it was worth it for me. Wonderfully honest people and company. We need more people and companies like them along with Ryan from Mastercraft Mechanical Services, LLC | Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC (https://yelp.to/G4o6Ji6oSV), who recommended T&D Duct Cleaning to me. Thank you again!

We just had one of the best contracting experiences in the 40 years in our home. On October 16,…read more2019, we contracted Kyle Electric to install the wiring for a portable generator both inside and outside our home. Their electrician named Jack, had grown up with electrical knowledge gained in his family. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The entire experience rates an A +. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST. Please read before calling them. First, I am all…read moreabout businesses being in business to make money. I also understand professional electricians are expensive especially on weekends. HOWEVER, my daughter and future son-in-law bought their first home, in Carroll Co. They briefly lost power one evening. A week later lost power again BEFORE a storm on a Saturday afternoon. By Sunday morning still no power. Could not reach anyone at the power company to confirm it was a power outage. ALL surrounding neighbors had power. So being in the home only 2 weeks and as first time home buyers, they worried there may be an issue with the electrical in the house so called Tim Kyle electric. They sent our 2 people. Who quickly assessed the issues was a power outage from Potomac Edison. Quick service call right? Wrong, they proceeded to write up an estimate for a very expensive generator and charged them $600 for the 10 minutes it took to figure out there was no power coming into the house!!!!!!!!! Oh, and that was with a first responders discount! Just to tell them it was an issue with the power company! Despicable. It was a Sunday morning in June, not like it was Christmas Day. I will let everyone I know in Carroll Co. know about how they took advantage of young first time home owners. Eventually this business approach will catch up to them and ruin their questionable 5 Star google reviews. I think every parent can put themselves in my shoes and would be appalled as well.
